Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp with a dimmer, incorporating a negative ion generator capable of maintaining generation of negative ions even in a state of dimming to the maximum darkness.SOLUTION: Since a DC output voltage from a converter 9 can be made constant if a dimming circuit 3 and an LED lamp module 2 are branched and the converter 9 is incorporated, a stable and constant high voltage can be obtained if this output voltage is conducted to a high voltage generating unit 5 for a DC input, and, even in a state of dimming to the maximum darkness, negative ions 10 can be generated continuously from a discharge body 6. Further, when illuminance of the LED lamp becomes nearly minimal by dimming, a dimming circuit output voltage is detected and thereby an operation confirmation LED 12 can be lit.

Description

The present invention relates to an LED lamp having a negative ion generator.

Conventionally, several lamps having a negative ion generator have been commercialized so far as they can easily obtain an air cleaning action and a relaxation effect (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Currently, bulb-type LED lamps are the mainstream, but they are beginning to be applied to fluorescent LED lamps and ceiling LED lamps. Of course, some ideas were combined with incandescent bulbs, and some bulb-type fluorescent lamps also had negative ion generators. In particular, a bulb-type with a base can be used to replace cigarette smoke and pet odors without an air purifier because it can be used for lighting, air cleaning, and relaxation by simply replacing a conventional lighting device such as a light bulb socket. It has been evaluated in places to worry.
Japanese Patent No. 4504493

As mentioned in the prior art, LED lamps with this negative ion generator can be used in existing lighting equipment, but naturally, negative ions are not generated when the lights are turned off, and air purification and relaxation effects cannot be obtained. It was in. Such a phenomenon is not possible with a dedicated negative ion air purifier. However, even if it is turned off such as during the daytime, the air must be purified, especially if there are people or pets. Furthermore, although the relaxation effect of negative ions at bedtime is said to bring about a good night's sleep, there is a problem that negative ions are not generated when the light is turned off. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to obtain an LED lamp that can maintain the generation of negative ions even when it is turned off for sleeping.

With regard to claim 1, the LED lamp has a negative ion generator and has a dimmer, and stably generates negative ions even in the darkest dimming state by an external dimming operation. A diverter circuit and an LED lamp module are branched so as to obtain a converter circuit, and a constant output voltage is led from the converter to a high-voltage generation unit for DC input so that a discharge body can be obtained with a constant high voltage output. In addition, negative ions are continuously generated from the discharge body even in a state where the dimming operation is dimmed to the maximum by the dimming operation. In this way, if a converter is incorporated in the circuit before the high voltage generation unit, the DC output voltage from the converter can be made constant, and if this output voltage is led to the high voltage generation unit for DC input, a stable high voltage can be obtained. Thus, negative ions can be generated from the discharge body.

With regard to claim 2, when the illuminance of the LED lamp becomes close to the minimum by the dimming operation, it has a function of detecting the dimming circuit output voltage and turning on the LED for operation confirmation. Allow the user to recognize that negative ions are generated even when illuminated.

According to the present invention, by incorporating the converter into the circuit with the above-described configuration, negative ions can be stably generated even in the darkest and light-adjusted state as far as claim 1 is concerned. It has a useful effect as lighting. Further, as for claim 2, it can be confirmed that negative ions are generated by the operation confirmation LED which is turned on when the illuminance becomes near the minimum by dimming, so that a psychological effect can be expected.

The circuit concept of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. FIGS. 5, 6, 7 and 8 are application images in the embodiments.

FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram of a circuit for realizing a dimmable LED lamp 1 incorporating a negative ion generator of the present invention. The converter circuit is provided by branching between the dimming circuit 3 and the LED lamp module 2 so as to be generated, and a constant output voltage is led from the converter 9 to the high-voltage generating unit 5 for direct current input to output a constant high voltage. The discharge body 6 is obtained, and is configured to continuously generate negative ions 10 from the discharge body 6 even in a state where the light is dimly maximally darkened by the light control operation. In this figure, the dimming operation from the outside is performed by the dimming remote controller 7. The voltage output from the dimming circuit 3 is indicated by the waveform indicated by the solid line portion of the original waveform a17 to waveform b18. The voltage output from the dimming circuit 3 is about 20V peak. The discharge body 6 may be a needle-like metal or a bundle of carbon fibers, or a conductive resin or rubber.

FIG. 2 is a diagram in which circuits from the dimming circuit 3 to the converter 9, the high voltage generating unit 5, and the discharge body 6 are extracted. The voltage to be displayed is one example, and the output from the light control circuit 3 is as shown by a solid line (waveform b18). This voltage is converted into a constant DC voltage 12V by the converter 9 (waveform c19). To do. In this way, the output voltage of the DC high voltage generating unit 5 can be fixed at, for example, -4 KV using this DC voltage as a power source. Thus, even if the output voltage from the dimming circuit 3 is lowered to about 20 V near the limit by the external dimming device, the output voltage from the high voltage generating unit 5 is kept constant by the converter 9 and the discharge body 6 From this, negative ions 10 can be continuously generated. That is, even when the illuminance of the LED lamp is near the minimum, the release of negative ions 10 is maintained.

FIG. 3 is a conceptual diagram of a circuit for realizing a dimmable LED lamp 1 incorporating a negative ion generator according to the present invention. The dimming operation from the outside is performed by using an existing dimming controller 8 in a wired manner. Is.
