Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire set capable of preventing detachment of a splice part by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An electric wire set 1 has a splice part S obtained by connecting core wires 11 and 12 from which a plurality of electric wires 10 and 20 are exposed. In the electric wire set 1, there is a point where the electric wires 10 and 20 are twisted in at least a part of a base end side from the splice part S. It is preferred that a maintaining member K maintaining a twisted state is attached so as to surround at least a part of the point where the electric wires are twisted. This is especially effective in the case that the core wire of at least one electric wire among the plurality of electric wires is formed of a metal different from that of the core wire of the other electric wire.

Description

The present invention relates to an electric wire set having a splice part in which core wires are joined to each other.

For example, as described in Patent Document 1 below, in the electrical wiring of a vehicle such as an automobile, the core wire is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy in view of recyclability such as the weight reduction of the vehicle body and the ease of separation from iron. A formed aluminum wire may be used.

When such an aluminum electric wire and an electric wire in which a core wire is formed of another metal are mixed, when creating an electric wire set having a splice part in which core wires are joined as described in Patent Documents 2 to 4 below. Since dissimilar metals have to be welded, the peel strength of the splice part (the magnitude of the force required to peel off the splice part; the same applies hereinafter) is reduced. In particular, copper, which is widely used as a core wire for electric wires, is known to be a material that is difficult to weld to aluminum, and when a “copper-aluminum” electric wire set is created, the peel strength of the splice is sufficient. It may not be a thing. Patent Documents 2 to 4 disclose a configuration in which the splice part is prevented from being peeled by covering the splice part with various exterior materials. There is a problem that the required level has not yet been reached for reasons such as insufficient strength and the exterior material and the splice portion not being in close contact.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an electric wire set that can prevent the splice from being peeled off with a simple configuration.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an electric wire set having a splice part in which exposed core wires of a plurality of electric wires are joined to each other, at least a part of the electric wire on the proximal end side of the splice part. The gist is that there are places where the two are twisted together.

In this case, the maintenance member which maintains the state twisted so that at least one part of the location where the said electric wires were twisted together should just be attached.

In addition, the core wire of at least one of the plurality of electric wires only needs to be formed of a metal different from the core wires of the other electric wires.

According to the present invention, when a force for separating the wires from each other acts on the wire set, the “twisting” of the portion where the wires positioned on the proximal side of the splice portion are twisted together is tightened. That is, since at least a part of the force for separating the electric wires is absorbed by the twisted portion and the entire force is not transmitted to the splice part, it is possible to prevent the splice part from peeling off. Moreover, since it is only necessary to set a location where the electric wires are twisted together on the base end side with respect to the splice portion, an increase in manufacturing cost can be suppressed.

In addition, if a maintenance member surrounding the twisted portion is provided, it is possible to prevent the above "twisting" from unraveling when a force that tries to separate the electric wires is applied. The acting force is further suppressed.

The above configuration is particularly effective for an electric wire set having a splice portion in which different metal core wires are joined together. Specifically, an electric wire set including a copper electric wire and an aluminum electric wire having a splice portion in which copper and aluminum are joined can be exemplified.

Fig.1 (a) is an external view of the electric wire set concerning embodiment of this invention, FIG.1 (b) is when the force which is going to pull an electric wire apart with respect to the electric wire set shown to Fig.1 (a) is added. It is the figure which showed the modification of the electric wire set shown to Fig.1 (a). It is a figure for demonstrating the suitable preparation procedure of the electric wire group shown to Fig.1 (a).

An electric wire set 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. The electric wire set 1 according to this embodiment shown in FIG. 1A is obtained by electrically connecting two electric wires, a first electric wire 10 and a second electric wire 20. Specifically, it has a splice portion S in which the core wire 11 of the first electric wire 10 and the core wire 21 of the second electric wire 20 are joined. The metal constituting the core wire 11 of the first electric wire 10 to be joined and the metal constituting the core wire 21 of the second electric wire 20 are different. In the present embodiment, the core wire 11 of the first electric wire 10 is aluminum (including an aluminum alloy or the like. Hereinafter, when referred to simply as “aluminum”, the aluminum wire is included), the core wire 21 of the second electric wire 20 is copper (copper alloy). Hereinafter, the term “copper” simply includes a copper alloy and the like.

The joining method of the aluminum core wire 11 of the first electric wire 10 and the copper core wire 21 of the second electric wire 20 is not limited to a specific method as long as electrical conduction between the two electric wires can be secured. Specifically, various types of welding such as ultrasonic welding and resistance welding can be exemplified.

A portion T where the wires are twisted together is present at least at a part of the base end side from the splice portion S formed by joining the core wires 11 and 21. In this embodiment, the 1st electric wire 10 and the 2nd electric wire 20 are twisted together from the splice part S side edge part of the coating | covering materials 12 and 22 which cover the core wires 11 and 21. FIG. This twisting may be performed once or more (simply as long as the part that constructs the twisted part T in each electric wire is twisted so as to have a spiral shape of 360 degrees or more).

Thus, if there is a portion T where the wires are twisted together at the base end side with respect to the splice portion S, even if a force for pulling the wires apart from each other is applied as shown in FIG. A part is consumed as a force for tightening the “twist” of the portion T where the wires are twisted together. That is, since at least a part of the force for separating the electric wires from each other is absorbed by the twisted portion T and the entire force is not transmitted to the splice portion S, the separation of the splice portion S can be prevented.

Moreover, since it is only necessary to set the location T where the electric wires are twisted together on the base end side with respect to the splice portion S, an increase in manufacturing cost can be suppressed.

The following are mentioned as such a modification (electric wire set 1a) of the electric wire set 1. In the electric wire set 1a according to the modification shown in FIG. 2, a maintenance member K is attached so as to surround at least a part (at least a part in the axial direction) of the portion T where the electric wires are twisted together. This maintenance member K maintains the state where the wire state is twisted together. What surrounds the circumference | surroundings of the twisted part T, and produces | generates the force which resists this force when force is applied in the direction in which twist is eliminated with respect to an electric wire. As such a maintenance member K, a cylindrical (ring-shaped) member as shown in FIG. 2 that tightens the twisted portion T can be exemplified.

As shown in FIG. 3, the electric wire set 1 according to the present embodiment is a bundle of electric wires to be assembled (FIG. 3 (a)), and a predetermined portion of the electric wire (based on the exposed core wires 11 and 21). After the end portions are twisted together (FIG. 3 (b)), the core wires 11 and 21 are joined to form the splice portion S (FIG. 3 (c)). This is because if the predetermined portions of the electric wire are twisted after the core wires 11 and 21 are joined, the twisting is likely to be unwound by the elastic force of the electric wire. If the core wires 11 and 21 are joined after the electric wires are twisted together, the twisted portions are hardened to some extent during the joining operation of the core wires 11 and 21 by ultrasonic welding or the like, so that the twist becomes difficult to unwind.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.

For example, although the electric wire set 1 concerning the said embodiment demonstrated that it was comprised with two electric wires called the 1st electric wire 10 and the 2nd electric wire 20, the electric wire which comprises an electric wire set was multiple, It is only necessary that the core wire of at least one of the plurality of wires is made of a metal different from the core wires of the other wires, and the number of wires constituting the wire set is not limited to two.

Further, the portion T where the electric wires are twisted together may be present at any position as long as the base end side of the splice portion S.
