Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a food packaging container for storing vegetables, meats, prepared vegetables and the like used for sale or take-out.
Food packaging containers that are used in convenience stores and supermarkets and store vegetables, meat, and prepared foods for sale are molded from a synthetic resin sheet and a transparent synthetic resin sheet. It is comprised from the cover body which covers a main body.
Since the end of such a food packaging container is formed by punching a hard resin sheet, the cut surface is a sharp straight line, and if a human hand or finger is rubbed along its longitudinal direction, it will be cut. The possibility has been pointed out. From this point of view, for example, registered utility model No. 3044932 (Patent Document 1) describes a technique of providing unevenness in the vertical direction so that the end portion is not linear.
In the technique described in the registered utility model No. 3044932, when the end portion of the food packaging container is corrugated and uneven, when the raw sheet for manufacturing the food packaging container is cut into individual food packaging containers The part which gave the uneven | corrugated process appears as a wavy cut surface. Therefore, this wavy cut surface prevents the fingers from rubbing, but if the cut portion to be cut into individual food packaging containers is shifted, the wave shape of the end portion changes, so the effect of preventing rubbing may change. There was sex. For this reason, it is considered that strict accuracy is required for uneven processing and cut portions.
Therefore, the present invention enables a manufacturing with a margin without demanding strict accuracy requirements, and provides a technology that does not change the effect of rubbing even if there is a slight deviation in the degree of uneven processing and the cutting location. It was made for the purpose.
That is, for a food packaging container for containing food, a plurality of concave holes are formed on one surface of a flange portion extending outward from the side wall to make both surfaces of the flange portion rough and vertical. Provided is a food packaging container characterized in that the end surface is configured as a mixed cut surface formed by a concave cut portion that cuts a concave hole and a horizontal cut portion that does not cut the concave hole.
Since the concave hole is formed on the one surface of the flange portion, it is only necessary to form a convex mountain or a concave hole in the mold corresponding thereto, so that the mold can be easily formed. Since the concave hole provided in the flange portion makes both surfaces of the flange portion rough, if the concave hole is cut in the vertical direction, an end surface with undulations in the vertical direction can be obtained. And since a plurality of concave holes are formed vertically and horizontally, it is possible to cut any of the plurality of concave holes even if the cutting line for cutting the flange portion is shifted in any of the front, rear, left and right directions, and the cutting with waviness up and down A surface can be formed. And since the end surface of a flange part is comprised as a mixed cutting surface formed by the concave cutting part which cut | disconnects a concave hole, and the horizontal cutting part which does not cut | disconnect this concave hole, a cutting surface with a wave | undulation up and down is obtained. Moreover, since the horizontal cutting part which does not cut | disconnect a concave hole is provided, it is sufficient to provide a concave hole partially in a flange part, and it is easy to process it, and can suppress | limit the resin modification | denaturation by a deformation as much as possible. And since it has such a mixed cut surface in the flange part edge part, rubbing of fingers etc. can be prevented effectively.
Of the concave cut portion and the horizontal cut portion that appear on the end face of the flange portion, the maximum length of the horizontal cut portion can be 5 mm or less. Even if a horizontal end portion appears on the end surface of the flange portion, the maximum length is 5 mm or less, so that it is not long enough to rub and scratch the fingers, and has an effect of preventing rubbing.
Moreover, it can be set as the packaging container for foodstuffs in which another one concave hole adjoining in the direction away from a side wall with respect to one concave hole is formed diagonally with respect to a side wall. Another concave hole that is adjacent in the direction away from the side wall with respect to the one concave hole is formed obliquely with respect to the side wall, so that the cutting line that cuts the flange portion is front, rear, left, and right from a predetermined position. Even if it is slightly deviated, a mixed cut surface having the same degree of unevenness can be formed.
Furthermore, in a food packaging container for containing food, a plurality of concave holes are formed vertically and horizontally on both the upper and lower surfaces of the flange portion extending outward from the side wall to roughen both surfaces of the flange portion. The end surface of the flange portion includes an upper concave cutting portion that cuts the concave hole on the upper surface of the flange portion, a lower concave cutting portion that cuts the concave hole on the lower surface of the flange portion, and a central cutting portion that cuts the central portion without the concave hole. Provided is a food packaging container configured as a mixed cut surface to be formed.
Since the plurality of concave holes that make the both surfaces of the flange portion rough are provided on both the upper surface and the lower surface of the flange portion vertically and horizontally, unevenness within the thickness of the flange portion can be provided. Therefore, modification of the resin due to deformation can be suppressed as much as possible. In addition, since the flange portion itself is not uneven, it is difficult for the cut surface to change due to the shift of the cut portion that cuts the flange portion. Then, the end surface of the flange portion is formed by an upper concave cutting portion that cuts the concave hole on the upper surface of the flange portion, a lower concave cutting portion that cuts the concave hole on the lower surface of the flange portion, and a central cutting portion that cuts the central portion without the concave hole. Therefore, a flat cut surface having minute irregularities on the upper and lower surfaces can be obtained. And since it has such a mixed cut surface in the flange part edge part, rubbing of fingers etc. can be prevented effectively.
A part of the end face of the flange portion can be formed as a mixed cut surface. This is because it is considered that it is not always necessary to provide a processing edge that forms a mixed cut surface in a portion where fingers or the like do not normally hit when the food packaging container is opened and the food is taken out.
As an example, the mixed cut surface can be provided around the corner of the frame-like flange portion in plan view. This is because this part is considered to be touched most by fingers. On the other hand, the corners of the frame-like flange portion are also arc-shaped and are not easily rubbed. Moreover, it is difficult to open the food packaging container from the central part of the frame-like long side or short side surface, and it is considered that rubbing of fingers with this part hardly occurs.
According to the food packaging container of the present invention, it is difficult to cause scratches or the like even if a finger touches the end. Moreover, in the manufacturing process of the food packaging container, it is possible to provide a margin for the degree of unevenness processing and the dimensional accuracy of the cut portion, and a food packaging container having an excellent yield can be obtained.

Opposite to the
Multiple recessed hole types :
A plurality of concave holes are formed on the surface of the
First, for example, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the
A plurality of such concave holes are formed vertically and horizontally on the surface of the sheet (flange portion), but they may be randomly arranged or regularly arranged. However, the plurality of
As shown in FIG. 3, when the
The distance between the recessed holes adjacent to the direction along the side wall 12 (D2 direction) (the distance between the centers of the recessed holes) is smaller than 10 mm. This is because if the interval is wider than 10 mm, the length of the
The size of the concave hole is preferably about 0.2 mm to 1 mm in terms of average diameter. This is because if it is smaller than 0.2 mm, it is difficult to project in a convex shape on the opposite surface to the surface on which the concave hole is formed. Moreover, it is because it may become a through-hole and it may worsen the appearance when it is larger than 1 mm.
On the other hand, even when the concave holes are randomly arranged, it is preferable to arrange the concave holes so that the interval between the concave holes (interval between the centers of the concave holes) is smaller than 10 mm. This is to prevent the length of the horizontal cutting portion from exceeding 10 mm. Since it can be made smaller than 10 mm, the concave holes can partially overlap each other.
When the
In addition, although a recessed hole may be formed from the upper surface of a
Second, the
When the
Mixed cutting plane position :
The mixed cut surface can be applied to the entire circumference of the
Further, in the
Moreover, the mixing cut surface can be provided in the
