Description

The present invention relates to a suction tool having a rotary brush of a vacuum cleaner, and more particularly to a suction tool of a vacuum cleaner that improves the life and reliability of the rotary brush.

Conventionally, the rotary brush of the suction tool of a vacuum cleaner has a structure as shown in FIG. 17A (conventional example 1).
The rotating brush 200 is rotated by a rotational force of a brush motor (not shown) that is a driving source via a belt 190. At the center of the rotating brush 200 is a shaft portion 220 made of metal, resin, or the like, and bearing portions are provided at both ends thereof. One end of the shaft portion 220 is rotatably supported by the gear side bearing portion 270 on which the belt 190 is applied. The gear side bearing portion shaft 270 is fixed to a bearing holding portion 625 formed on the suction tool. Further, the other end of the shaft portion 220 is rotatably supported by a fixed-side bearing portion (not shown) opposite to the gear-side bearing portion 270, and the fixed-side bearing portion is also held by the bearing holding portion of the suction tool. . A rotary cleaning body support 230 that holds a rotary cleaning body 240 that is a dust removing body such as a brush or a blade is fixed to the shaft portion 220. Further, the rotational force is transmitted to the holding member 250 via the rotation driving unit 251 by the belt 190, and the shaft unit 220 is rotated.

The gear-side bearing portion shaft 270 includes a bearing portion 273 and a bearing holding portion 271 that holds the bearing portion 273. The shaft portion 220 is slidably held with the bearing portion 273 by the held portion 221 that is a portion where the shaft portion 220 faces the bearing portion 273. Further, the bearing holding portion 271 is formed with an engaging portion 272 that protrudes toward the shaft portion 220, and engages with a reduced diameter portion 224 near the tip of the shaft portion 220. Further, a retaining portion 222 that protrudes in the radial direction is formed at the tip of the shaft portion 220.

FIG. 18 shows another configuration of the suction tool of the conventional vacuum cleaner (refer to Conventional Example 2, Patent Document 1).
The rotary cleaning body (rotary brush) 39 is rotated by a rotational force of a brush motor (not shown) as a drive source via a belt. The rotary cleaning body (rotating brush) 39 has a shaft portion (shaft body) 47 that rotates integrally with a holding member 45 that holds the brush base 43. The rotational force of the brush motor is transmitted to the connecting portion 59 via the belt. The held portion 87 formed integrally with the shaft portion 47 (shaft body) is rotatably supported by the rotary cleaning body holding portion (rotating brush holding portion) 40. The rotary cleaning body holding portion (rotating brush holding portion) 40 includes a fixed portion (bearing cover) 97 and a bearing 98 (corresponding to a bearing portion) provided therein.

1)Japanese Patent No. 2010-252980 (FIG. 1)

In the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner described above, in Conventional Example 1 shown in FIG. 17, in order to efficiently transmit the rotational force to the rotating brush 200, tension is applied to the belt 190 toward the brush motor side, and the rotation driving unit 251 receives the rotation. A force acts upward. As a result, as shown in FIG. 17B, the gear-side bearing portion shaft 270 side of the shaft portion 220 is pulled upward, and the bearing portion 273 above the shaft portion 220 is pushed upward. An upward force F <b> 1 acts on the bearing holding portion 271 that supports the upper bearing portion 273. On the other hand, the downward force F2 acts on the upper bearing holding portion 271 as a reaction from the facing portion 625a side of the bearing holding portion 625. Since the points at which the force F1 and the force F2 act are different with respect to the extending direction of the shaft part 220, the torque by the force F1 and the force F2 acts on the bearing holding part 271, and as shown in FIG. The part 271 is rotated counterclockwise. Of the bearing portions of the rotating brush 200, the fixed bearing portion opposite to the gear side bearing portion 270 is held by the bearing holding portion of the suction tool, so that the rotating brush 200 moves upward on the gear side bearing portion shaft 270 side. The shaft part 220 is inclined with respect to the bearing part 273. As a result, there is a problem that the sliding between the bearing portion 273 and the shaft portion 220 cannot be smoothly performed, the life of the bearing portion 273 is shortened, and the reliability of the rotating brush may be impaired.

Further, in the conventional example 2 shown in FIG. 18, when a tension is applied to the belt and, for example, a force pulling the connecting portion 59 is applied, the held portion 87 causes the bearing 98 (corresponding to the bearing portion) to move upward. Pushing force works. As a reaction, a pressing force acts downward from the fixed portion (bearing cover) 97. Since the point of action of both forces is at the same position with respect to the direction in which the shaft portion (shaft body) 47 extends, the torque as described above does not occur, and the life of the bearing 98 is not shortened. However, when the rotary cleaning body (rotating brush) 39 is attached to the rotary cleaning body holding portion (rotating brush holding portion) 40, the held portion 87 gets over the engaging portion 103 formed on the fixed portion (bearing cover) 97. Inserted. At this time, there is a problem that the held portion 87, which is a portion that slides with the bearing 98, may be damaged in a wide range along the direction in which the shaft portion (shaft body) 47 extends.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner suction tool and a vacuum cleaner using the same, which improve the life and reliability of the rotating brush. .

The tip of the rotating shaft 63b of the brush motor 63a is inserted into a bearing portion 65a formed on the bearing BOX 65 and is rotatably supported. A gear-side bearing portion 270 that is one bearing portion of the rotating brush 200 described later is also held by a bearing holding portion 65b formed in the bearing BOX 65. That is, the bearing 65a on the brush motor 63a side and the gear-side bearing 270 are integrally connected by the bearing BOX 65. The end of the bearing BOX 65 on the brush motor 63a side covers the outer periphery of the soft cover 63d and seals the cooling air path of the brush motor in the bearing BOX 65.

FIG. 5A shows a partial perspective view of the upper case 61 near the upper side of the bearing BOX 65. FIG. 5B is a diagram in which a part of the upper surface of the upper case 61 in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5B, the cooling air A sucked from the first cooling hole 61h enters the brush motor 63a from the front of the brush motor 63a and cools the brush motor 63a. On the other hand, the cooling air B sucked into the bearing BOX 65 from above the bearing BOX 65 through the second cooling hole 61i is a space where the belt is accommodated in the pinion gear 63e and the belt chamber (bearing BOX 65). ) And cool the gear and belt.

The bearing BOX 65 is made of a resin having high heat resistance, and for example, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin is used. By configuring the bearing BOX 65 as a single box-shaped component, compared to the conventional configuration in which the brush motor bearing portion and the rotating brush bearing portion are separately fixed, the assembly variation and molding variation are suppressed, and the brush The distance between the shafts of the motor 63a and the rotating brush 200 can be maintained.

The controller 63c is supplied with electric power from the vacuum cleaner main body 2 via the hose 3, the pipe 4, the joint pipe 120, and the rotating pipe 11, and is operated by the operation part 3b provided in the hand part 3a. A control signal based on the command is transmitted to the control unit 63c. The electric power adjusted based on the control signal is supplied from the control unit 63c to the brush motor 63a.

(Lower case)
As shown in FIG. 9, the lower case 62 is a horizontally long frame-like body, and a horizontally long suction port 62c is formed. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the bearing portions 270 and 280 at both ends of the rotating brush 200 are detachably attached to the lower case 62 from the lower side of the lower case 62. Further, rotary brush covers 66 a and 66 b are detachably attached to both sides of the rotary brush 200 from below the rotary brush 200, thereby preventing the rotary brush 200 from falling off the lower case 62. In addition, a pair of receiving portions 62 a and 62 b that pivotally support a pair of lateral shaft portions (not shown) formed on both sides of a cylindrical portion 11 c that is a tip portion of the rotating tube 11 described later are formed in the lower case 62. Is done. Between the pair of receiving portions 62a and 62b, a cylindrical portion accommodating portion 62h in which the cylindrical portion 11c of the rotating tube 11 is accommodated is formed.

As shown in FIG. 8, a control unit accommodation portion 62f that accommodates the control portion 63c is formed on the right side of the cylindrical portion accommodation portion 62h. A brush motor housing portion 62g for housing the brush motor 63a is formed on the left side of the cylindrical portion housing portion 62h. A U-shaped lead wire passing part 62i that communicates the control part accommodating part 62f and the brush motor accommodating part 62g in front of the cylindrical part accommodating part 62h.
Is formed. The lead wire passing portion 62i is accommodated with a lead wire 130 that supplies power from the control portion 63c to the brush motor 63a. Further, bosses 62j and 62k are formed at both ends of the rear portion of the lower case 62, and screws inserted from below the bosses 62j and 62k are screwed to the bosses 61d and 61e of the upper case. Furthermore, bosses 62L and 62m are formed at both ends of the rear end of the cylindrical portion accommodating portion 62h, and screws inserted from below the bosses 62L and 62m are screwed to the bosses 61f and 61g of the upper case (FIG. 7). reference). In addition, a U-shaped bumper 621 is attached to the front portion of the lower case 62 in the longitudinal direction (see FIG. 3).

Corresponding to the four first ribs 61a of the upper case 61, four first locked portions 62d are formed on the back surface of the front end of the lower case 62 (see FIG. 8). The bottom locked portion 62d2 may be formed so as to face the lower end of the first rib 61a in close proximity. In a state where the upper case 61 and the lower case 62 are locked, the interval between the pair of reinforcing ribs 61a1 is determined so that the pair of reinforcing ribs 61a1 enter inside the pair of side locked portions 62d1. Therefore, when the upper case 61 and the lower case 62 are locked, even if the reinforcing rib 61a1 is pressed into the side locked portion 62d1, it can be mounted.

Further, three second locked portions 62e are formed on the back surface of the front end of the lower case 62 corresponding to the three second ribs 61b of the upper case 61 (see FIG. 8). That is, between the three second ribs 61b, the second locked portion 62e is formed with a hole 62e1 in which the claw portion 61b1 formed on the second rib 61b is locked.

。   In addition, five hanging portions 622a, 622b, 622c, 622d, and 622e hanging downward are formed at the lower end of the front end of the lower case 62 (see FIG. 6). The cross-sectional shape of each hanging portion 622 is formed in a substantially L shape toward the rear. In addition, you may form in circular arc shape. The central hanging portion 622c is formed wider than the other hanging portions, and is disposed in front of a front opening of a cylindrical portion 11c of the rotating tube 11 described later (see FIG. 9).

(Fixed side bearing)
As shown in FIG. 4, the fixed-side bearing portion 280 has a box-like shape in which the cross section in the direction orthogonal to the shaft portion 220 is substantially square and the four side surfaces are substantially rectangular. A bearing portion 283 that rotatably supports the shaft portion 220 and a bearing holding portion 281 that covers the outer periphery of the bearing portion 283 and holds the bearing portion 283 are provided (see FIG. 15).
The bearing part 283 rotatably supports the held part 223 of the shaft part 220.
The bearing holding portion 281 is formed with an engaging portion 282 that protrudes to the shaft portion 220 side on the other side of the bearing portion 283 and prevents the shaft portion 220 of the rotating brush 200 from coming off. Engages with a nearby reduced diameter portion 227. Further, a rib 286 extending in parallel with the central axis of the shaft portion 220 is formed between the ribs 261 and 262 at the end of the bearing holding portion 281 on the second holding member 260 side. The ribs 261, 262, and 286 form a labyrinth portion 285 that allows outside air to communicate with the space portion 289.

Next, the operation will be described.
By connecting the power cord built in the vacuum cleaner body 2 to an outlet and operating the operation part 3b provided on the hand part 3a, the electric blower in the vacuum cleaner body 2 is driven and suction air is generated. To do. Due to this suction air, air together with dust from the floor surface or the like to be cleaned is supplied from the suction port 62 c on the lower surface of the main body case 6 of the suction tool 5 to the connecting pipe 10 (rotating pipe 11, joint pipe 120), pipe 4. The vacuum cleaner body 2 is taken in via the hose 3. The air containing the dust taken into the vacuum cleaner body 2 is stored in the dust collection chamber, and the air from which the dust has been removed is discharged from the vacuum cleaner body.

When an operation of driving the electric blower is performed by the operation unit 3b, the rotary brush 200 is driven to rotate the rotary brush 200 disposed in the main body case 6 of the suction tool 5 so as to scrape dust on the surface to be cleaned. Electric power is supplied to the brush motor 63a that drives the motor. This electric power is supplied from the vacuum cleaner body 2 to the hose 3, the pipe 4, the joint pipe 120, the rotating pipe 11, and the control unit 63 c that controls the brush motor 63 a that is disposed in the main body case 3 of the suction tool 5. Then, it is supplied to the brush motor 63a.

When cleaning, the user holds the hand portion 3a and moves the suction tool 5 on the surface to be cleaned. When the suction tool 5 is moved, it may collide with a wall or furniture, and a load due to the collision is applied to the suction tool 5 from front and rear, up and down, and left and right. Moreover, if the suction tool 5 is accidentally dropped, a load due to a drop impact is applied.

The four first ribs 61 a formed below the front end of the upper case 61 are locked to the four first locked portions 62 d formed on the upper front end of the lower case 62. Since the lower end of the first rib 61a comes into contact with the bottom locked portion 62d2 of the first locked portion 62d, the load applied to the upper case 61a from above is divided into a plurality of loads from the plurality of first ribs 61a. It is transmitted to the first locked portion 62d. In this way, the load is distributed to the upper case 61 and the lower case 62, and the deformation of the upper case 61 and the lower case 62 due to the load from above is reduced and the strength is increased in the sense that it is difficult to break. Furthermore, when the upper case 61 is fixed to the lower case 62 and the main body case 6 is assembled, the first locked portion 62d serves as a guide for positioning the first rib 61a, so that the assembling property and the assembling efficiency are improved. Is done.

When the bottom locked portion 62d2 is formed so as to face the lower end of the first rib 61a close to the first rib 61a, when the upper case 61 is deformed downward by a load from above, the first rib Since the lower end of 61a abuts against the bottom locked portion 62d2 of the first locked portion 62d, the load applied from above to the upper case 61a is a plurality of loads from the plurality of first ribs 61a as described above. The load is distributed to the upper case 61 and the lower case 62, the deformation of the upper case 61 and the lower case 62 due to the load from above is reduced, and it is difficult to break. Thus, the required strength is ensured in the sense that the deformation of the upper case 61 and the lower case 62 is reduced.

Further, since the pair of side locked portions 62d1 of the first locked portion 62e covers both ends of the first rib 61a and at least a part of the rear surface connected to these, the front and rear direction with respect to the upper case 61 Is applied to the plurality of first locked portions 62d from the plurality of first ribs 61a. In this way, the load is distributed to the upper case 61 and the lower case 62, so that deformation of the upper case 61 and the lower case 62 due to the load from the front and rear direction is reduced, and it is difficult to break.
Even when a load is applied to the upper case 61 from the left and right directions, the load is transmitted from the plurality of first ribs 61a to the plurality of first locked portions 62d. Here, it is desirable that the gap between the both side tongues of the first rib 61a and the side locked portion 62d1 is small. In this way, the load is distributed to the upper case 61 and the lower case 62, so that deformation of the upper case 61 and the lower case 62 due to the load from the left and right direction is reduced and it is difficult to break.

In addition, the first rib 61a is a plate-like body that is flat in the front-rear direction, and has a strength that suppresses deformation in the front-rear direction of the first rib 61a at the root portions of both ends of the rear surface of the first rib 61a. Since the pair of reinforcing ribs 61a1 are formed, the reinforcing rib 61a1 suppresses deformation of the first rib 61a even when a load is applied to the first rib 61a from the front-rear direction, and the strength is increased.

Further, even when a load in the direction of separating the two is applied to the upper case 61 or the lower case 62, the claw portion 61b1 of the second rib 61b is formed on the back surface of the front end of the lower case 62. Since it is latched by the hole 62e1 of the stopper 62e, the upper case 61 and the lower case 62 are prevented from separating.

Moreover, since the 2nd rib 61b was arrange | positioned in the position different from the 1st rib 61a, both do not interfere. As a result, the degree of freedom of design of both increases.

Further, since five hanging portions 622a, 622b, 622c, 622d, and 622e hanging downward are formed at the lower end of the front end of the lower case 62, the frame is a frame-like body as compared with the case where there is no hanging portion 622. The rigidity of the lower case 62 is increased.
Moreover, since the drooping portion 622 is arranged differently from the first locked portion 62d, the drooping portion 622 and the first locked portion 62d can be arranged without interference. As a result, the degree of freedom of design of both increases.
In addition, the driving sound of the electric blower built in the vacuum cleaner body 2 passes through the hose 3 and the pipe 4 and is transmitted to the suction tool 5, but the central hanging portion 622 c passes through the cylindrical portion of the rotating tube 11. Since it arrange | positions ahead of the front opening of 11c (opening to the main body case 6 side), it can suppress that a vibration sound is transmitted to the space ahead of the suction tool 5. FIG.

In the above description, an example in which a load is applied to the upper case 61 has been described. However, even when a load is applied to the lower case 62, the load is dispersed in the upper case 61, and a suction tool that secures a required strength with a light weight. A vacuum cleaner using this can be obtained.

Also, the upper case 61 is provided with the first rib 61a and the lower case 62 is provided with the first locked portion 62d. However, the lower case 62 is provided with the first rib 61a, and the upper case 61 is provided with the first rib 61a. A locked portion 62d may be provided.
Similarly, the second rib 61 b is provided on the upper case 61 and the second locked portion 62 e is provided on the lower case 62. However, the second rib 61 b is provided on the lower case 62 and the second case 61 is provided on the upper case 61. A locked portion 62e may be provided.

Next, the operation of the bearing portions 270 and 280 that rotatably support the rotating brush 200 will be described.
First, operation | movement of the gear side bearing part 270 is demonstrated.
FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the operation of the gear-side bearing portion of the rotary brush of the suction tool of the electric vacuum cleaner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 16A shows a state where the gear side bearing portion 270 of the rotating brush 200 is held by the bearing holding portion 65b. Here, the flat portions of the four side surfaces of the box portion of the gear-side bearing portion 270 come into contact with the inner surface of the bearing holding portion 65b facing it, so that the gear-side bearing portion 270 does not rotate with respect to the bearing holding portion 65b. Retained. Further, the end surface of the cylindrical portion 274 of the gear side bearing portion 270 comes into contact with the inner surface of the bearing holding portion 65b facing it, thereby restricting the gear side bearing portion 270 from moving toward the bearing holding portion 65b. The belt 190 is hung upward with respect to the rotation driving unit 251 of the first holding member 250.
Further, the bearing portion 273 is disposed on one side opposite to the rotary cleaning body 240 with respect to the rotation driving portion 251 so as not to overlap along the direction in which the central axis of the shaft portion 220 extends.

In order to efficiently transmit the rotational force to the rotary brush 200, tension is applied to the belt 190 toward the brush motor side, and a force acts on the rotation drive unit 251 in the upward direction. As a result, as shown in FIG. 16, the gear side bearing portion shaft 270 side of the shaft portion 220 is pulled upward, and the bearing portion 273 above the shaft portion 220 is pushed upward. An upward force F <b> 1 acts on the bearing holding portion 271 that supports the upper bearing portion 273. The point of action of the force F is substantially the center along the direction in which the shaft part 220 of the bearing part 273 extends. On the other hand, the upper bearing holding portion 271 acts as a reaction by a downward force F2 (the same size as the force F1) from the facing portion 65b1 side of the bearing holding portion 65b. Here, the bearing portion 273 is disposed on one side opposite to the rotary cleaning body 240 with respect to the rotation driving portion 251 so as not to overlap along the direction in which the central axis of the shaft portion 220 extends. The bearing holding portion 271 of the portion to be pushed up can be disposed outside the raceway of the belt 190 (on the gear side bearing portion shaft 270 side), and the opposing portion 65b1 of the bearing holding portion 65b does not interfere with the belt 190, so that the bearing The degree of freedom in designing the holding portion 65b increases.

Further, the bearing holding portion 271 has an engaging portion 272 that protrudes toward the shaft portion 220 on one side (the gear-side bearing portion shaft 270 side) from the bearing portion 273 and prevents the rotary brush 220 from coming off. When the shaft portion 220 is inserted into the gear-side bearing portion shaft 270, the engaging portion 272 does not damage the held portion 221 that holds the bearing portion 271, and the life and reliability of the rotary brush 200 is improved.

Moreover, since the cylindrical part 274 which is a part which has the engaging part 272 protrudes to one side, the bearing holding | maintenance part 271 can raise the elasticity of the latching | locking part 272 easily, and the axial part 220 is made into the gear side bearing part axis | shaft. When inserted into 270, the retaining portion 222 of the shaft portion 220 can easily get over the engaging portion 272, and the assembling property is improved. Further, the shaft portion 220 can radiate heat generated by friction with the bearing portion 271 and the locking portion 272 from the surface of the cylindrical portion 274 having a large surface area, and the temperature of the shaft portion can be suppressed from rising, so that the rotating brush 200 lifetime and reliability are improved.

Further, due to the tension of the belt 190, the facing portion 65b1 where the gear side bearing portion shaft 270 contacts the bearing holding portion 65b and the bearing portion 273 partially overlap along the direction in which the central axis of the shaft portion 220 extends. Are arranged as follows. It is desirable that they are arranged so as to overlap 50% or more. That is, as shown in FIG. 16A, the length L1 of the portion where the bearing portion 273 overlaps the facing portion 65b1 with respect to the length L of the facing portion 65b1 along the direction in which the central axis of the shaft portion 220 extends. The ratio is 50% or more. As a result, the positions of the action points of the force F1 and the force F2 coincide. As a result, no torque acts on the bearing holding portion 271 and the shaft portion 220 does not tilt with respect to the bearing portion 273, thereby improving the life and reliability of the rotating brush 200.

Moreover, since the bearing holding part 273 has the space part 279 which the bearing part 273 communicates with external air, the bearing part 273 can be cooled efficiently and the lifetime and reliability of the rotating brush 200 improve.

Further, since the thinned portion 277 is provided in the bearing holding portion 271 of the gear side bearing portion 270, the weight of the bearing holding portion 271 is reduced and the surface area of the bearing holding portion 271 is increased, so that heat is radiated from the cylindrical portion 274. In addition, heat can be radiated from the meat thinned portion 277, and the temperature of the shaft portion can be prevented from rising.

Next, the operation of the fixed portion side bearing portion 280 will be described.
FIG. 15A shows the configuration of the fixed portion side bearing portion 280, and FIG. 15B shows the state where the fixed portion side bearing portion 280 is held by the bearing holding portion 625. Here, the four side surfaces of the fixed-side bearing portion 280 come into contact with the inner surface of the bearing holding portion 625 that faces the fixed-side bearing portion 280, and the fixed-side bearing portion 280 is held so as not to rotate with respect to the bearing holding portion 625. Further, the end surface of the fixed-side bearing portion 280 comes into contact with the inner surface of the bearing holding portion 625 that faces the fixed-side bearing portion 280, thereby restricting the fixed-side bearing portion 280 from moving toward the bearing holding portion 625.

The bearing holding portion 281 has an engaging portion 282 that protrudes toward the shaft portion 220 side on the other side (opposite side to the gear-side bearing portion shaft 270) than the bearing portion 283 and prevents the rotary brush 220 from coming off. When the shaft portion 220 is inserted into the fixed-side bearing portion shaft 280, the engaging portion 282 does not damage the held portion 223 that holds the bearing portion 281, and the life and reliability of the rotating brush 200 is improved.

Since the space part 289 communicating with the bearing part 283 and the labyrinth part 285 communicating with the outside air are formed between the second holding member 260 and the fixed-side bearing part 280, the bearing part 283 can be efficiently cooled. In addition, since dust, hair, and the like can be prevented from entering the bearing portion 283, the life and reliability of the rotating brush 200 are improved.

Thus, according to the suction tool of the vacuum cleaner and the vacuum cleaner using the same according to the first embodiment, the main body case having the suction port opened on the lower surface and the main body case arranged to face the suction port. In a vacuum cleaner suction tool provided with a rotating brush, the rotating brush includes a bearing portion, a shaft portion rotatably supported by the bearing portion, and a rotary cleaning body holding portion fixed to the shaft portion. And a rotary cleaning body held by the rotary cleaning body holding section, and a rotation drive section that is fixed to the shaft section and transmits a rotational force that rotates the shaft section to the shaft section, and the bearing section rotates the shaft section. A bearing unit that is movably supported, and a bearing holding unit that covers an outer periphery of the bearing unit. The bearing unit is disposed on one side opposite to the rotary cleaning body with respect to the rotation drive unit, and the central axis of the shaft unit. It is arranged so that it does not overlap along the extending direction, the body A bearing holding portion for holding the bearing portion is formed on the sleeve, and the bearing portion is arranged so that at least a part of the bearing holding portion overlaps the bearing holding portion along the direction in which the central axis of the shaft portion extends. Since it has an engaging part that protrudes toward the shaft part on one side of the bearing part and prevents the rotary brush from coming off, the shaft part does not tilt with respect to the bearing part and slides on the bearing part It is possible to suppress damage to the shaft portion.

Further, since the bearing holding portion has a portion having an engaging portion projecting to one side, the assemblability when the shaft portion is inserted into the gear-side bearing portion shaft is improved. Moreover, since heat is radiated from the outer surface of the protruding portion, it is possible to suppress the temperature of the shaft portion from rising.

The rotation drive unit is driven to rotate by the belt, and the portion where the bearing unit abuts on the bearing holding unit due to the belt tension and the bearing unit are arranged so as to overlap 50% or more along the direction in which the central axis of the shaft unit extends. Therefore, it can prevent reliably that a shaft part inclines with respect to a bearing part.

Moreover, since the bearing holding part has the space part which a bearing part communicates with external air, the temperature rise of a bearing part can be suppressed.
