Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a rotating electrical machine, and more particularly to a rotating electrical machine that improves the space factor of a winding while suppressing winding disturbance and collapse.
In the conventional rotating electric machine, the position of the first-layer wire on the first layer is determined by winding the dummy coil by one turn around the main body at the end of the main body. Thereby, the winding disorder | damage | failure and winding collapse of the coil | winding are suppressed (for example, refer patent document 1).
Further, in a conventional rotating electrical machine, an insulator formed of insulating resin, rubber, or the like is provided along the entire core back side of the teeth, so that the wire is wound without a gap. Thereby, collapse of the winding is suppressed (for example, refer to Patent Document 2).
By the way, in the conventional rotary electric machine (refer patent document 1), a wire is wound according to a dummy coil. Therefore, if the wire diameter of the dummy coil and the wire diameter of the wire match or are similar, there will be no large gap.
On the other hand, if the wire diameter of the dummy coil and the wire diameter of the wire are significantly different, there is a possibility that a gap is generated and a large gap is generated.
That is, depending on the size of the wire diameter, which is the wire diameter of the wire, there is a possibility that a useless gap is generated between the wires at the first layer folding point. In such a case, there is a risk that the dummy coil may cause winding disturbance or collapse.
For this reason, if the dummy coil is not designed according to the wire diameter, the useless gap between the wires cannot be reduced.
Moreover, even if the dummy coil is designed in accordance with the wire diameter, it cannot be wound without causing a useless gap between the wires with one dummy coil.
Therefore, the conventional rotating electric machine has a problem that it is not possible to suppress winding disturbance or collapse.
Further, in the conventional rotating electric machine (see Patent Document 2), since the insulator is provided along the entire inner peripheral side surface of the core back of the teeth, it can suppress the winding collapse, but the space of the winding itself is increased. The rate drops.
Therefore, the conventional rotating electrical machine has a problem that the space factor of the winding, which is the ratio of the conductor in the cross section of the winding, cannot be improved.
In other words, the conventional rotating electrical machines (
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and provides a rotating electrical machine capable of improving the space factor of a winding while suppressing winding disturbance and winding collapse. It is for the purpose.
The rotating electrical machine of the present invention includes a rotor, a stator having a stator core, an insulator attached to the stator core and formed of an insulating member, and provided integrally with the insulator, and deformed by external pressure. A dummy coil and a wire wound around the teeth of the stator core, and the dummy coil is formed between the teeth and a core back provided substantially perpendicular to the teeth. The wire wound in the first layer of the winding formed in the stator core is adjacent to the dummy coil, and is wound in the stator core. The wire wound in the first layer of the second layer of the wire is arranged in a state where the coil wound in the last layer of the winding is pushed.
The present invention has an effect that the space factor of the winding can be improved while suppressing the winding disturbance and winding collapse of the winding by providing the insulator with a dummy coil that can be deformed by an external pressure.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an electric motor 61 according to

As shown in FIG. 3, the
A core back 1b is formed at one end of the tooth 1a, and a tooth tip 1c is formed at the other end of the tooth 1a. That is, as will be described later, the teeth 1a are formed so as to stand on the core back 1b and the teeth tip 1c.
Specifically, the teeth 1a are formed to extend substantially perpendicularly from the core back 1b, and the combined shape of each of the teeth 1a and the core back 1b is formed in a substantially T shape in plan view. That is, the core back 1b is provided substantially vertically with respect to the teeth 1a.
The core back 1b is formed with a predetermined curvature.
Teeth tip 1c is provided substantially perpendicular to teeth 1a. The shape of the tooth tip 1c is formed in a substantially square shape in plan view. The teeth tip 1c is partially exposed to the

The distance between the rotor 52 shown in FIG. 1 and the stator 81 shown in FIG. 2 needs to be a gap whose radial dimension is, for example, 1 mm or less. For this reason, the tooth tip 1c is not insulated.

The angle θ is not particularly limited.

As described above, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the rotating electrical machine includes the rotor 52, the stator 81 having the
FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a state after the insulator in
In the second embodiment, items that are not particularly described are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the same functions and configurations are described using the same reference numerals.
As shown in FIG. 9, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the insulator has a separable shape. Specifically, the peripheral side surface of the tooth 1 a is not covered with the insulating

More specifically, the

Therefore, since the
As described above, since the insulator is divided into two parts, the gap between the folded portions of the first layer to the second layer can be filled without depending on the wire diameter of the
Accordingly, it is possible to improve the space factor of the winding 6 while suppressing the winding disturbance and collapse of the winding 6.

In the third embodiment, items not particularly described are the same as those in the first and second embodiments, and the same functions and configurations are described using the same reference numerals.
As shown in FIG. 10, the

Accordingly, it is possible to suppress the winding disturbance and collapse of the winding 6 and to improve the space factor of the winding 6.
