Description

The present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic. More specifically, the present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsified skin cosmetic that is refreshed at the time of use, has a quick familiarity with the skin, and has excellent emulsification stability.

Conventionally, emulsified cosmetics containing oils such as milky lotions and creams have been developed for the purpose of keeping the skin healthy by imparting appropriate moisture to the skin and not letting the oil escape moisture. There are various types of emulsifying cosmetics that can be used depending on the types of surfactants and thickeners to be blended. Among them, oil-in-water emulsifying cosmetics containing acrylic acid / alkyl methacrylate copolymers are particularly preferred. The material has a feeling of use such that moisture is repelled on the skin when applied to the skin, and its refreshing and refreshing usability is preferred (for example, see Patent Document 1). On the other hand, cosmetics are difficult to spread from the application site, and there is a problem that the familiarity to the skin is bad. As an improvement measure, a method of blending alcohols (monohydric alcohols such as ethanol and polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin) has been employed (for example, see Patent Document 2). However, in this case, there are problems such as alcohol odor by adding alcohols and irritation to the skin during application, and other measures have been studied. In addition, emulsification type cosmetics are required to have emulsion stability due to their product characteristics.

According to the present invention, an oil-in-water emulsified skin cosmetic that is refreshed at the time of use, has a quick familiarity with the skin, and has excellent emulsification stability in a wide temperature range from low to high temperature is provided.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

In the present invention, a silicone surfactant represented by the following formula (I) is used as the component (a).

Figure 2013203732
Figure 2013203732

In the formula (I), R 1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. A methyl group is preferred.

R 2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. Preferably it is a C1-C6 alkyl group, and a methyl group is especially preferable.

k is the average number of moles added of ethylene oxide groups and represents a number of 3 to 20, preferably a number of 6 to 10. If k is less than 3, the emulsion stability will be insufficient, while if it exceeds 20, the familiarity with the skin will be worse.

(A) A component can be manufactured by a conventional method using a well-known technique. For example, alkyltrisiloxane, one-end alkyl-capped polyoxyalkylene, and the like are reacted (hydrosilylation reaction) in an organic solvent such as isopropyl alcohol. The reaction is carried out under a nitrogen atmosphere under reflux conditions, and chloroplatinic acid or the like is used as the catalyst. The target compound can be obtained by removing the solvent from the reaction solution with a separatory funnel or the like.

The component (a) mainly contributes to the speed of familiarity with the skin and the emulsion stability, and its blending amount is 0.005 to 5.0% by mass in the total amount of the cosmetic of the present invention, preferably 0.00. It is 01-3.0 mass%, More preferably, it is 0.02-2.0 mass%. If it is less than 0.005% by mass, it is difficult to obtain a skin-familiar speed that can be sufficiently satisfied. On the other hand, even if it exceeds 5.0% by mass, there is an effect commensurate with the increase in the amount. It is difficult to obtain and may affect stability.

The component (b) is an acrylic acid / alkyl methacrylate copolymer having a structural unit represented by the following formula (II).

Figure 2013203732
Figure 2013203732

In the formula (II), R 3 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 10 to 30 carbon atoms. m and n are positive integers indicating the number of added moles of each unit.

The component (b) is also referred to as an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer, and has a hydrophilic part attributed to a carboxyl group and a lipophilic part attributed to an alkyl group, and has good emulsifying properties. Component (b) is commercially available, for example, under the trade names PEMULEN TR-1 and PEMULEN TR-2 from Lubrizol Advanced Materials, and these can be suitably used. In addition to the component (b), a carboxyvinyl polymer or the like can be used in combination.

The component (b) mainly contributes to the stabilization of the preparation, and its blending amount is 0.005 to 5.0% by mass, preferably 0.01 to 3.0% by mass in the total amount of the cosmetic of the present invention. More preferably, it is 0.05-2.0 mass%. If it is less than 0.005% by mass, it is difficult to obtain sufficient emulsification stability. On the other hand, if it exceeds 5.0% by mass, the usability (stickiness during application, sliminess, skin familiarity) becomes poor.

Although the component (b) has a refreshing feeling of use, since it is a water-soluble polymer, there is a tendency to cause stickiness and sliminess when blended in a large amount. In the present invention, by using the component (b) in combination with the component (b), even when the component (b) is mixed, stickiness and sliminess can be suppressed.

In the skin cosmetics of the present invention, water, surfactants (for example, anionic surfactants, cations, etc.) that are usually blended as bases in cosmetics, in addition to the above essential components, within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention. Surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, nonionic surfactants, etc.), oils (eg, hydrocarbon oils, synthetic ester oils, silicone oils, liquid fats, solid fats, waxes, etc.), higher fatty acids, higher alcohols, powders Ingredient, water-soluble polymer (eg, natural, semi-synthetic, synthetic), thickener, UV absorber, sequestering agent, lower alcohol, saccharide (eg, monosaccharide, oligosaccharide, polysaccharide), organic amine, pH Conditioners, vitamins, antioxidants, antioxidant assistants, other components that can be blended, and the like can be blended as necessary. However, it is not limited to these examples.

The dosage form of the oil-in-water emulsified skin cosmetic of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it can be applied to the skin. However, creams, emulsions, gels, packs, masks, impregnating liquids impregnated into sheet-like bases, etc. Is mentioned. The appearance may be transparent, translucent, or opaque.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. Unless otherwise specified, all the amounts are mass%.

(Comparative Examples 1-8, Examples 1-9)
Samples 1 to 17 shown in Tables 1 and 2 below were prepared by a conventional method. Using the obtained samples, the emulsification stability, the speed of familiarity with the skin, and the freshness were evaluated according to the above evaluation methods. The results are shown in Tables 1-2. Note that, as described above, the evaluation of the speed of familiarity with the skin and the freshness was performed on the basis of the sample 1, so that “the speed of familiarity with the skin” of the sample 1 in Table 1 The evaluation of “freshness” was expressed as “Ctrl”.

In Tables 1 and 2, “(a) -8 (* 1) ” is a silicone surfactant represented by the above formula (I) (wherein R 1 is a methyl group, R 2 is a methyl group, and K = 8) Used). “(A) -17 (* 2) ” used the silicone surfactant represented by the above formula (I) (wherein R 1 represents a methyl group, R 2 represents a methyl group, and K = 17). “(A) -43 (* 3) ” used the silicone-based surfactant represented by the above formula (I) (wherein R 1 represents a methyl group, R 2 represents a methyl group, and K = 43). The trade name “PEMULEN TR-2” (manufactured by Lubrizol) was used for the “acrylic acid / alkyl methacrylate copolymer (* 4) ”.

As is clear from the results of Tables 1 and 2, Examples 1 to 9 satisfying the constituent requirements of the present invention were excellent in emulsification stability, speed of familiarity with the skin, and freshness.

On the other hand, Comparative Examples 1 to 8 that do not satisfy the constituent requirements of the present invention could not have all the effects of the present invention. For example, in Comparative Example 1, neither component (a) nor component (b) was contained, and the emulsion stability and usability were not sufficient. In Comparative Example 2, the component (b) was included but the component (a) was not included, and the speed of familiarity with the skin was not sufficient. In Comparative Example 3, the component (a) was included but the component (b) was not included, and the emulsion stability and refreshing were poor. When the number of moles of the ethylene oxide group added to the component (a) is larger than 20 as in Comparative Example 5, the speed of familiarity with the skin is not sufficient, and the components (a) as in Comparative Examples 6 to 7 and 8 are used. The expected effect was not obtained when a silicone surfactant other than the above was used or when a water-soluble polymer other than the component (b) was blended. Further, as apparent from the comparison between Example 8 and Comparative Example 4, when the component (b) was mixed in a large amount, the refreshing feeling was lost in Comparative Example 4 where the component (a) was not blended, and stickiness / slimming occurred. However, in Example 8 used in combination with the component (a), stickiness / slimming due to the combination of the component (b) could be suppressed.

Hereinafter, the formulation example of this invention cosmetics is shown. In the following, components (a) and (b) are the same as those used in Example 1.
