Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fall prevention member and a storage shelf.
In a rack type warehouse or the like, a storage shelf for storing a plurality of luggage placed on a pallet is installed. The storage shelf is formed by assembling a plurality of aggregates, and includes a plurality of storage spaces for storing luggage on the top, bottom, left, and right. Each accommodation space of such a storage shelf is provided with a plurality of stays that are connected orthogonally in the horizontal direction, and the pallets are placed on these stays, so that each pallet in the storage space can be loaded. Is housed.
In addition, the storage shelf is provided with a stopper for preventing the pallet from sliding. With such a stopper, it is possible to prevent the pallet from coming off the stay due to vibrations such as an earthquake, and to prevent the pallet and luggage from falling.
For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a fall prevention member that has a protruding portion that functions as a stopper and can be easily installed by covering the stay. According to such a fall prevention member, since it can be installed simply by covering the stay, it is possible to facilitate the work of adding a stopper to the existing storage rack and the assembly work of the new storage rack.
In rack-type warehouses, generally, forklifts and stacker cranes are used to load and unload luggage. However, when lifting with a housed forklift or the like, a part of the forklift or the pallet may be caught on the fall prevention member. At this time, in the case where the fall prevention member that is installed simply by covering the stay as described above is used, the fall prevention member may be lifted and fall off. If the fall prevention member falls off in this way, the work of attaching the fallen fall prevention member to the stay again becomes necessary, or troubles such as hindering the movement of a forklift or the like occur.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to prevent a fall prevention member that can be easily attached to a stay from falling off the stay.
The present invention adopts the following configuration as means for solving the above-described problems.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fall prevention member that is attached to a first stay and a second stay that are connected to each other from different horizontal directions and prevents the fall of the contents placed on the first stay and the second stay. A stopper that protrudes above the upper surfaces of the first stay and the second stay and restricts horizontal movement of the stored item, and is disposed along the side surface of the first stay and has a lower end. Is disposed along the side surface of the second stay, and the lower end is engaged with the lower surface of the second stay. And a protrusion that sandwiches the second stay between the first locking portion and the second locking portion from the horizontal direction, and a stopper, 1st latching | locking part, said 2nd latching | locking part, and said projection part A construction is adopted and a base portion provided.
According to a second invention, in the first invention, the lower end of at least one of the first locking portion and the second locking portion is a claw portion formed by folding. To do.
In a third aspect based on the second aspect, the claw portion is provided on the first claw portion provided on the projection side of the first locking portion and on the projection side of the second locking portion. A configuration in which at least one of the provided second claw portions is employed is adopted.
According to a fourth invention, in any one of the first to third inventions, the protrusion is formed by bending a part of the plate-like base portion downward.
5th invention employ | adopts the structure that the front-and-back surface of the said projection part is orient | assigned to the horizontal direction orthogonal to the entrance / exit direction of the said accommodation in any one of the said 1st-4th invention.
In a sixth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to fifth aspects, the stopper protrudes upward from the upper surface of the base portion in the placement area of the stored item, and is placed in the placement area. A configuration is adopted in which a protrusion is provided to support the contents from below.
A seventh invention adopts a configuration in which a plurality of the protrusions are provided in the sixth invention.
According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, in the sixth or seventh aspect of the present invention, a configuration is adopted in which the projecting portion is provided at a location overlapping the second stay in plan view.
According to a ninth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a first stay and a second stay that are connected to each other from different horizontal directions and on which a stored item is placed, and the first stay and the second stay attached to the first stay and the second stay. A storage shelf comprising a fall prevention member for preventing the fall of the contents placed on the two stays, wherein the fall prevention member according to any one of the first to eighth inventions is used as the fall prevention member. The configuration is adopted.
A tenth invention adopts a configuration in which, in the ninth invention, the fall prevention member is arranged in front of and behind the accommodation arrangement region in the entry / exit direction of the accommodation.
An eleventh aspect of the invention is the ninth or tenth aspect of the invention, in which the fall prevention member is arranged at four corners of a rectangular accommodation arrangement region.
The fall prevention member of the present invention is attached to two stays (first stay and second stay) connected from different horizontal directions (for example, horizontal orthogonal directions), and restricts the horizontal movement of the contents by a stopper. be able to.
Further, in the fall prevention member of the present invention, the lower end portion of the first locking portion disposed along the side surface of the first stay is locked to the lower surface of the first stay and is disposed along the side surface of the second stay. The lower end portion of the second locking portion is locked to the lower surface of the second stay. For this reason, even when a forklift or the like or a part of the stored object is caught by the fall prevention member of the present invention when lifting or removing the stored object, the lower end part of the first engaging part and the lower end part of the second engaging part are The movement of the fall prevention member can be restricted and the fall prevention member can be prevented from lifting. Therefore, according to the fall prevention member of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the fall prevention member from falling off the stay. In the fall prevention member of the present invention, the first stay is sandwiched from the horizontal direction by the first locking portion and the projection, and the second stay is sandwiched from the horizontal direction by the second locking portion and the projection. Here, since the first stay and the second stay are connected to each other from different horizontal directions, the first locking portion and the protrusion sandwich the first stay, the second locking portion and the protrusion. The direction in which the part sandwiches the second stay is different. For example, when the first stay and the second stay are connected from the orthogonal direction, the direction in which the first locking portion and the projection sandwich the first stay, and the second locking portion and the projection are The direction in which the second stay is sandwiched differs by 90 °. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the fall prevention member from horizontally moving in any direction. That is, according to the fall prevention member of the present invention, the horizontal movement of the fall prevention member is restricted by the first latching portion, the second latching portion, and the projection sandwiching the stay, and the first engagement as described above. The lower end portion of the stop portion and the lower end portion of the second locking portion are locked to the lower surface of the stay, thereby preventing the fall prevention member from being lifted. Therefore, the fall prevention member installed so as to cover the stay can be fixed to the stay without performing fastening or welding with a bolt or the like. Therefore, the fall prevention member of the present invention can be easily attached to the stay.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a fall prevention member and a storage shelf according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following drawings, the scale of each member is appropriately changed in order to make each member a recognizable size.
(First embodiment)
Fig.1 (a) is a top view which shows schematic structure of the automatic warehouse 1 provided with the rack 2 (storage shelf) of this embodiment. As shown in this figure, the automatic warehouse 1 includes a
The
The stacker crane 3 includes a carriage 3a that travels on a track, two
In such an automatic warehouse 1, the stored
In addition, the stored
Next, a detailed configuration of each
The
The
In the
Such
The
The
With reference to FIG. 2, the detailed structure of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the right rear
The
The
この第1爪部13a(すなわち第1係止部13の下端部)は、第1ステー2cの下面に係止される。
The
この第2爪部14a(すなわち第2係止部14の下端部)は、第2ステー2dの下面に係止される。
The
As shown in FIG. 2A, the protruding
When the
In addition, the left back
In the
In the
Further, according to the
That is, according to the
Further, in the
Further, the
Further, in the
Moreover, in the
In addition, the

As described above, the preferred first embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. Various shapes, combinations, and the like of the constituent members shown in the above-described embodiments are examples, and various modifications can be made based on design requirements and the like without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the lower end portion of the

(Second Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the description of the second embodiment, the description of the same parts as in the first embodiment will be omitted or simplified.
FIG. 3 is a plan view of the
FIG. 4 is a four-side view of the right rear
As shown in FIG. 4, the right rear
The
As described above, when the
As shown in FIG. 4A, the second projecting
The second projecting
As shown in FIG. 5A, the left back
When the right front
Further, when the right front
In this way, even if the right front
The fall prevention member 2fA of the present embodiment having such a configuration protrudes upward from the upper surface of the
Further, the fall prevention member 2fA of the present embodiment includes a plurality of
Further, in the fall prevention member 2fA of the present embodiment, the cylindrical protruding
Moreover, in the fall prevention member 2fA of this embodiment, the
As described above, the preferred second embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. Various shapes, combinations, and the like of the constituent members shown in the above-described embodiments are examples, and various modifications can be made based on design requirements and the like without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the configuration in which only one row of the
Further, for example, the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, the structure which the protrusion part of this invention is the
Further, for example, a plurality of notches may be provided on the upper end of the
