Description

Glass plate transport container
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a glass sheet transport container for transporting glass sheets.
Background
Glass plates of various sizes used for displays such as LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) are becoming larger. The glass sheets are generally transported by stacking a plurality of glass sheets in a transport container and loading the glass sheets into a container. However, the size of the container is insufficient compared with the size of the large-sized glass plate, and when the glass plates are horizontally stacked on the transport container, the transport container becomes excessively large, and it is difficult to load the transport container into the container. The glass plate may be broken by forcible loading.
In view of such a situation, patent documents 1 and 2 disclose a transport container in which glass plates are stacked and held in an inclined state. With such an idea, even if the size of the glass plate is large, the size of the transport container, particularly the width of the transport container, can be suppressed, and the glass plate can be loaded into a container.

[ problem to be solved by the invention ]
In order to increase the filling rate into a container, to load a large number of glass plates and to achieve efficient transportation, a method of stacking two or more transportation containers in a container may be employed. In this manner, a column for supporting the stacked transport container is required at the corner of the transport container.
Patent document 1 discloses a transport container in which struts are arranged at four corners. The pillar can be folded or detached by the action of the locking pin or the hinge pin, so that the operation of attaching and detaching the glass plate is easy.
When the glass plates are taken out from the transport container, the glass plates need to be taken out while pressing the paper clips disposed between the stacked glass plates. However, when the support column is of a collapsible type as described above, the member is likely to interfere with the collapsed support column, and it is difficult to smoothly perform the work. In addition, in consideration of the risk of lateral deviation of the glass sheet due to impact during transportation, in a transportation container, a support member for supporting lateral movement is generally provided on a side surface of the glass sheet, but when the support member is present within the movable range of the collapsible column, the column interferes with the support member, and smooth operation is difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention relates to a technique capable of suppressing a reduction in the efficiency of glass plate transportation and the efficiency of glass plate loading and unloading work.
[ MEANS FOR solving PROBLEMS ] A method for solving the problems
One aspect of the present invention relates to a glass plate transport container, including: a base; a support base having an arrangement surface which is installed to be inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the base and on which the glass plate laminate is arranged; a side surface support member provided on one side surface of the support table and supporting a side surface of the glass sheet laminate; and a plurality of support columns which are arranged to extend upward from the base, at least one of the support columns being of a collapsible type which is movable so as to be poured toward one side of the base in a state of extending upward, the side support member being provided at a position which is not within a trajectory of movement of the support column.
For example, the reversible support is a first support supported by a rotating member provided on an installation surface set at a position lower than the main surface of the base, and the first support is rotatable about the rotating member.
For example, the first support column is provided on the side of an end portion of the support base that contacts the base, the second support column is provided on the side of an end portion of the support base that is spaced upward from the base, and the second support column is foldable at a position halfway in the height direction extending from the base.
For example, the disposition surface is inclined at an angle of 17 to 20 degrees with respect to the horizontal direction.
[ Effect of the invention ]
According to the glass plate transportation container of the present invention, the glass plate can be smoothly loaded and unloaded without lowering the transportation efficiency of the glass plate.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a glass sheet transport container of an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 shows a side view of the same glass sheet transport container.
The glass plate transport container 1 of the present embodiment is a device for transporting a glass plate laminate G in which glass plates such as LCD glass substrates are stacked, and includes a base 20 and a support table 30, the base 20 includes a slit into which a claw of a forklift can be inserted, and the support table 30 is fixed to an upper portion of the base 20. An arrangement surface 31 on which the glass plate laminate 10 (see fig. 2) is arranged is provided on the upper surface of the support base 30, and the arrangement surface 31 is inclined at a predetermined angle (inclination angle) θ with respect to the horizontal direction. The predetermined angle θ is usually set in the range of 17 to 20 degrees, preferably about 18 degrees, but is not particularly limited. Fig. 1 shows a state in which the glass sheet laminate 10 is not disposed.
Further, the support base 30 includes: a cushioning material 34 constituting the disposition surface 31; a lower support member 32 provided at a lower edge of the disposition surface 31 and capable of abutting against a lower end of the glass laminate disposed on the disposition surface 31; and at least one pair of side surface support members 33 provided on both side edges (edges other than the upper edge and the lower edge) of the placement surface 31 and capable of coming into contact with both side surfaces of the glass sheet laminate 10 placed on the placement surface 31. In the present embodiment, the two lower support members 32 are substantially flat and provided on the lower edge of the disposition surface 31, and the side support members 33 are substantially flat and provided on a part of the side edges of the disposition surface 31. The lower support member 32 and the side support member 33 extend in the vertical direction with respect to the support base 30 and protrude longer than the thickness of the glass plate laminate 10.
In the present embodiment, the support base 30 is fixed to the base 20 by a plurality of members such as the columns 40, but the method and members for fixing are not particularly limited. The disposition surface 31 is a planar shape, but may be a curved surface shape such as an upwardly convex or a downwardly convex shape. The cushion material 34 is formed of a material having a predetermined thickness and capable of absorbing an impact on the glass sheet laminate 10, but is not necessarily required.
When transporting the glass sheet laminate 10, the glass sheet laminate 10 is placed on the placement surface 31 (buffer material 34) as shown by the one-dot chain line in fig. 2, and the lower end of the glass sheet laminate 10 is supported by the lower support member 32 by coming into contact with the lower support member 32 by free fall, and the side surface of the glass sheet laminate 10 is supported by the side surface support member 33, so that the vertical and horizontal directions are stable.
The glass plate transport container 1 further includes a plurality of support columns 51 and 52 arranged to extend upward from the base 20. The base 20 has a quadrangular shape in plan view, and four support columns 51 and 52 are disposed at four corners of the quadrangle. The pillars 51 and 52 are members for stacking the glass plate transport container 1 in two or more layers in the container during transport. The upper ends of the pillars 51, 52 are provided with projections 53, and when the glass plate transport container 1 is stacked on another glass plate transport container 1, the projections 53 come into contact with the bottom surface of the base 20. For example, by forming a recess in each corner of the bottom surface of the base 20, the projection 53 is fitted into the recess during stacking, and the stacked glass plate transport containers 1 are firmly fixed in a horizontal state, thereby preventing the mutual displacement in the horizontal direction. This makes it possible to increase the filling rate into the container and to load a large number of glass plates, thereby improving the efficiency of transportation.
Further, at least one of the pillars 51 is a first pillar 51 provided on the end portion side of the support base 30 contacting the base 20. As shown by the two-dot chain line in fig. 2, the first support 51 is configured as a retractable support that can be moved so as to be tilted toward one side of the base 20 from a state in which the entire support extends upward. In the present embodiment, the two first struts 51 have such a structure.
On the other hand, at least one of the support columns 52 is a second support column 52 provided on one side of an end portion of the support base 30 that is spaced upward from the base 20, and is provided opposite to the first support column 51. As shown by the two-dot chain line in fig. 2, the second stay 52 can be folded at a position halfway in the height direction extending from the base 20. In the present embodiment, the two second pillars 52 have such a structure.
Since the four pillars disposed at the four corners of the base 20 are foldable or foldable, the glass sheet transport container 1 can be easily approached to the glass sheet laminate 10 from the outside, and the glass sheet can be easily attached and detached.
In the present embodiment, the side support member 33 is provided at a position that is not within the locus of movement of the first support column 51 and the second support column 52. In fig. 2, a trajectory X of an arrow indicates a trajectory of movement of the upper end of the first support 51, and a trajectory Y of an arrow indicates a trajectory of movement of the upper end of the second support 52. These trajectories are all deviated from the side support member 33, and it is understood that the side support member 33 does not interfere with the movement of the first and second support columns 51 and 52.
The side support member 33 is normally provided in consideration of the risk of lateral displacement of the glass sheet due to impact during transportation, but if interference occurs when the first and second supports 51, 52 are folded, the work becomes complicated, and the work efficiency may be reduced. In the present embodiment, since the first support column 51 and the second support column 52 can be folded without interfering with the side support member 33, a reduction in work efficiency can be suppressed.
The side support member 33 is attached to an attachment hole provided in a side surface of the support base 30 by a support tool 35.
Further, the first support column 51 is rotatable by a hinge 61 provided on the base 20 as a first rotating member, and the user can tilt the first support column 51 toward the base 20 about the hinge 61 and can pull up the tilted first support column 51. The second support 52 is foldable by a hinge 62 as a second rotating member provided at a position halfway in the height direction extending from the base 20. The two-dot chain line in fig. 2 shows a case where the upper end portion 52a of the second support column 52 is rotatable about the hinge 62 and foldable.
As described above, the glass plate transport containers 1 are stacked in two or more layers in the container, and therefore the support column needs to have high strength, but particularly, the strength of the hinges 61 and 62 needs to be ensured. Various methods exist for securing the strength of the hinges 61, 62, and it is conceivable to increase the thickness of the hinges 61, 62 in the height direction as one method.
However, the increase in the thickness of the hinge may make it difficult to access various devices in the lateral direction and to access the devices in various directions toward the paper surface in fig. 2. For example, as one ring of work, there are cases where: when each glass sheet is taken out from the glass sheet laminate 10, the glass sheets are taken out while pressing a paper clip disposed between the laminated glass sheets. The member pressing the paper jam approaches the paper surface in fig. 2, but the approach of such member may be hindered due to the thickness of the hinge.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the first pillar 51 is supported by the hinge 61 provided on the installation surface 20b set at a position lower than the main surface 20a of the chassis 20, and the first pillar 51 is rotatable about the hinge 61. By providing the installation surface 20b lower than the predetermined height H separately from the main surface 20a on which most of the support base 30 is arranged and providing the hinge 61, interference from the outside to the device due to the thickness of the hinge 61 can be suppressed, and a reduction in work efficiency can be prevented.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and modifications, improvements, and the like can be appropriately made. The material, shape, size, numerical value, form, number, arrangement position, and the like of each component in the above-described embodiments are arbitrary and are not limited as long as the present invention can be realized.
The present application is based on japanese utility model application 2019-003531 filed on 18/9/2019, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
