Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a liquid receiving device for an electrode plate and a method for discharging an electrolytic solution and a solid matter in the liquid receiver.
In the electrolytic refining of copper, crude copper is used as an anode, the copper seed plate is used as a cathode, and the electrolytic solution in a general electrolytic cell is charged.By passing through the electrolyte, copper is eluted from the crude copper and electrodeposited onto the copper seed plate. Produces product copper. For moving and replacing the anode and cathode (generally referred to as electrode plates), a crane apparatus comprising a suspension mechanism that lifts the electrode plates from a general electrolytic cell and a traveling carriage that transports the lifted electrode plates together with the suspension mechanism. Is used. Such a crane apparatus includes a liquid receiving device that receives an electrolytic solution dripped when the electrode plate is lifted. For example, the receiving device for an electrolytic crane of Patent Document 1 includes a saddle receiving tray at the lower end of a swing arm whose upper end is pivotally attached to an electrode plate beam that supports the electrode plate in a suspended manner, and swings the swing arm.設置 Install the saucer below the electrode plate and retreat upward. Further,
By the way, in the electrolytic refining process of copper, impurities such as As, Sb, Bi and the like are eluted from the crude copper together with the excess Cu. In order to remove these impurities from the general electrolytic cell, a part of the electrolytic solution is extracted and sent to a liquid purification process for purifying the electrolytic solution. In the liquid purification process, the copper in the liquid is reduced in the copper removal electrolytic cell, and then impurities are removed in the clean electrolytic cell and returned to the general electrolytic cell. Also in this clean electrolytic cell, the electrode plate is moved and replaced by a crane device similar to that used in general electrolytic cells. Since the electrolytic solution is dripped from the electrode plate suspended from the clean electrolytic cell, it is necessary to receive a liquid that receives the electrolytic solution. It is possible.
However, as described above, since the clean electrolytic cell is an electrolytic cell that removes impurities eluted from the crude copper in the general electrolytic cell, many impurities adhere to the electrode plate. For this reason, when the electrode plate is lifted, many impurities fall into the liquid receiver together with the electrolytic solution. Therefore, solids are deposited on the liquid receptacle every time the electrode plate is moved or replaced.
The bottom of the liquid receiver of a conventional electrolytic cell that has been used conventionally is usually provided with a drained outlet for clogging. Drain the electrolyte. However, as described above, solid matter accumulates in the liquid receiver of the clean electrolytic cell. Therefore, when applying the liquid receiver of the general electrolytic cell, when discharging from the same outlet, the solid matter having low fluidity is discharged from the outlet. It is thought that it does not flow until. Further, even if the solid matter reaches the discharge port, it is conceivable that the solid matter is clogged in the discharge port, preventing the accumulated electrolyte and solid matter from being discharged.
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the liquid receiving apparatus of the electrode plate which discharges | emits a solid substance easily from the liquid receiver of the electrode plate suspended from the clean electrolytic tank in a copper electrolytic refining process.
The electrode plate liquid receiving apparatus of the present invention that solves such a problem includes the electrolyte solution and / or the solid matter contained in the electrolyte solution that is dropped from the electrode plate suspended from the electrolytic cell in the copper electrolytic refining process. A liquid receiver received on the electrolytic cell, a horizontal moving device for moving the liquid receiver in a horizontal direction, and a tilting device for tilting the liquid receiver are provided. According to the electrode plate liquid receiver, the solid matter deposited on the liquid receiver can be easily discharged by tilting the liquid receiver.
In the electrode plate liquid receiving apparatus, the electrolytic cell may be a clean electrolytic cell for a copper electrolytic refining process. In particular, in a clean electrolytic cell, many impurities adhere to the electrode plate, and thus many impurities fall and accumulate on the liquid receiver. As in the configuration of the present invention, tilting the liquid receptor is effective for discharging a large amount of deposits. The electrolytic cell may be a copper removal electrolytic cell in a copper electrolytic smelting process.
In the electrode plate liquid receiving device, the tilting device maintains the liquid receiver horizontally when receiving the electrolytic solution and the solid material, and the liquid receiving device when discharging the electrolytic solution and the solid material. It may be tilted. The liquid receiver can discharge the solid matter deposited on the liquid receiver by the tilting operation of the liquid receiver.
In the electrode plate liquid receiving device, the tilting device may tilt the liquid receiving device to 45 to 85 ° during tilting. Furthermore, it is preferable that the tilt angle at the time of tilting is 50 °. By tilting the liquid receiver at such an angle, it is possible to easily discharge the solid matter and to work safely.
The electrode plate liquid receiver may include a cleaning device for cleaning the liquid receiver when the liquid receiver is tilted. Moreover, the said washing | cleaning apparatus is good also as flowing washing water on an inclined surface at the time of the inclination of the said liquid receiver. According to such a liquid receiving apparatus for an electrode plate, it is possible to easily discharge solid matter by washing.
Further, in the method for discharging liquid and solid matter of the liquid receiver of the present invention, the electrolytic solution dropped from the electrode plate suspended from the electrolytic cell in the copper electrolytic refining step, and the solid matter contained in the electrolytic solution are It is characterized by tilting the liquid receptor received on the electrolytic cell. According to the liquid receiver solid and solid discharge method, the solid deposited on the liquid receiver can be easily discharged.
In the method for discharging liquid and solid matter of the liquid receiver, the electrolytic cell may be a clean electrolytic cell for a copper electrolytic refining process. In particular, many solids fall and accumulate in the liquid receiver of the clean electrolytic cell. As in the configuration of the present invention, tilting the liquid receptor is effective for discharging a large amount of deposits. The electrolytic cell may be a copper removal electrolytic cell in a copper electrolytic smelting process.
In this liquid receiver liquid and solid discharge method, the washing water may be flowed to the inclined surface of the liquid receiver when the liquid receiver is inclined. According to the method for discharging liquid and solid matter of the liquid receiver, the solid matter can be easily discharged by flowing washing water.
According to the electrode plate liquid receiver of the present invention, the solid matter deposited on the liquid receiver can be easily discharged.
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a view showing a state of movement of a part of the electrolytic solution in the electrolytic scouring process of copper. 2 to 4 are configuration diagrams of the suspension device 1 according to the present embodiment.

The suspension device 1 according to the present embodiment is a crane device that moves and replaces the
The traveling
The traveling
The above-described
FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the
The
The

Next, the operation of the
The tilt angle of the
The
The

Next, the movement and replacement work of the
In such an operation of moving and replacing the electrode plate, the electrode plate loaded in the clean electrolytic cell 4 is lifted and moved, so that the electrolyte attached to the electrode plate drops and accumulates in the
When a predetermined amount of electrolyte accumulates in the
