Description

The present invention relates to a mug container.

A container comprising: a container body that contains contents; and a head that is connected to the mouth portion of the container body via a weakened portion that can be broken and seals the mouth portion so as to cover the head portion of the container body. In the state where the overcap is detachably attached to the container body, and the overcap is removed from the container body, the weakened portion is broken to open the mouth of the container body, and then the overcap is opened. A configuration is known in which the container body is mounted again (for example, see Patent Document 1 below).

However, in the configuration of the conventional technique described above, it is possible to visually check whether the tear-off container has been opened with the overcap attached to the container body, that is, whether the weakened portion has been broken or not. was difficult.
Moreover, there was room for improvement with respect to ensuring the sealing performance in the container body after opening the tear-off container in which the weakened portion was broken.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and can reliably confirm whether or not the container has been opened, and can improve the sealing performance in the container body after opening. The purpose is to provide a container.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following means.
The masher container according to the present invention closes the container main body in which the contents are stored and the opening of the mouth of the container main body, bulges outside the container main body, and can be inverted and deformed inside the container main body. A dome-shaped blocking plate formed on the cap body, and a cap body that is detachably attached to the mouth of the container body in a state where the blocking plate is inverted and deformed toward the inside of the container body, The closing plate is formed with a communication hole communicating with the inside of the container main body, and the cap body is connected via a breakable weakening portion to close the communication hole, and at least the container main body A part is formed integrally with the closing plate and the cap body. When the cap body is attached to the mouth of the container main body, the closing plate is elastically deformed, and is attached to the closing plate. Before liquid contact and through the communication hole It is characterized in that sealing portions to cut off communication between the interior of the container body and the outside is disposed.

With such a feature, if the closing plate in which the communication hole is formed is formed in a dome shape that bulges outside the container body, and if this closing plate is not reversely deformed inside the container body, the cap Since the body cannot be attached to the mouth of the container body, even if the cap body is attached to the mouth of the container body after opening, it is possible to change the appearance of the tear-off container compared to before opening. . In other words, the length of the chopping container after opening is shorter by the height along the container axial direction than the opening before the opening of the closing plate from the mouth of the container body. It can be easily recognized that the bitter container has been opened.
In addition, when the cap body is attached to the mouth of the container body, the container body is in a state of elastically deforming the closure plate and in liquid-tight contact with the closure plate and through the communication hole. Since the seal portion for blocking communication with the outside is provided, the sealing performance in the container body can be reliably ensured even after opening.

Further, the cap body is connected to the closing plate via the weakening portion so that the top wall portion closes the communication hole and the peripheral wall portion opens toward the side opposite to the container body. Also good.

In this case, since the top wall part is connected to the closing plate via the weakening part in the state where the peripheral wall part of the cap body is opened upward, the appearance before opening the tear-off container is greatly different from that after opening. It becomes possible, and it can be made to visually recognize easily and reliably whether it has been opened by the consumer. Furthermore, the tear-off container can be formed without complicating the mold structure.

In addition, the seal portion of the cap body includes a press-fit shaft portion that is press-fitted into the communication hole while elastically deforming the closing plate, and the content is held at a tip portion of the press-fit shaft portion. The part may be disposed.

In this case, since the press-fit shaft portion is press-fitted into the communication hole, the sealing performance inside the container body after opening can be ensured more reliably, and when the press-fit shaft portion is pulled out, it swells inside the container body. It is possible to squeeze the press-fit shaft portion with the opening peripheral edge of the closing plate and return the excess contents adhering to the press-fit shaft portion into the container body, and apply the content to the held portion via the holding portion. It is possible to prevent the contents from accidentally adhering to an unexpected part when supplying or supplying.
In addition, when the cap body is attached to the mouth after opening, the closing plate is inverted and deformed toward the inside of the container body. Therefore, when the press-fitted shaft portion is pulled out from the communication hole, the outer surface side of the closing plate is temporarily Even if the contents adhere to the inner surface, the contents are easily guided toward the communication hole along the outer surface of the closing plate when the press-fitting shaft portion is press-fitted or by its own weight.

Moreover, the expansion-contraction part which can move the said obstruction board with respect to the said opening part may be arrange | positioned in the outer peripheral part of the said obstruction board.

According to this configuration, when the press-fit shaft portion is pulled out from the communication hole, the closing plate is moved outside the container body by the pulling force (friction force) acting between the outer peripheral surface of the press-fit shaft portion and the opening peripheral edge portion of the communication hole. When an attempt is made to reversely deform (restore) toward the front, the expansion / contraction part expands and contracts before the closing plate is restored. As a result, the closing plate moves with respect to the mouth portion while maintaining the reverse deformation to the inside of the container body, so that the lifting force acting between the outer peripheral surface of the press-fit shaft portion and the opening peripheral edge portion of the communication hole is increased. Can be relaxed. For this reason, when the press-fitted shaft portion is pulled out from the communication hole, it is possible to suppress the restoring deformation of the closing plate toward the outside of the container body, and to maintain the closing plate in a state of being inverted and deformed inside the container body.
As described above, the state in which the closing plate is inverted and deformed toward the inside of the container main body can be reliably maintained, so that when the press-fit shaft portion is pulled out, excess contents attached to the press-fit shaft portion are removed by the opening peripheral edge portion of the communication hole. It becomes easy to rub off.
In addition, since the closing plate is reliably inverted and deformed toward the inside of the container body, when the cap body is mounted again after opening, the press-fitting shaft portion (holding portion) follows the outer surface of the closing plate and enters the communication hole. Will be led to. Therefore, the press-fitting shaft portion (holding portion) can be easily guided toward the communication hole, and operability can be improved.

Further, the seal portion of the cap body may include an abutting cylinder portion that is in liquid-tight contact with an opening peripheral portion of the communication hole in the closing plate in a state where the closing plate is elastically deformed.

In this case, since the sealing portion is provided with the abutting cylinder portion that is in liquid-tight contact with the opening peripheral portion of the communication hole in the closing plate in a state where the closing plate is elastically deformed, the sealing inside the container body after opening is performed. The property can be maintained more reliably.

The container main body includes a bottomed cylindrical container having the mouth portion, and an inner plug attached to the mouth portion of the container. It may be formed integrally with the cap body.

In this case, since the contents can be filled in the upright posture with the bottom portion facing downward and the mouth portion facing upward, the efficiency of the filling operation can be improved. Furthermore, after filling the contents, it is possible to assemble the rigging container having the closing plate and the cap body simply by attaching the inner plug to the mouth portion, so that the structure can be simplified and the assemblability can be improved. .

According to the tear-off container according to the present invention, whether or not the container has been opened can be surely visually confirmed, and the sealing performance in the container body after opening can be improved.

Hereinafter, a tear-off container according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the mug container 1 according to the present embodiment is detachably attached to a bottomed cylindrical container main body 11 in which contents are accommodated and a mouth part 12 of the container main body 11. And a cap-shaped cap body 13 having a crest. Note that, in the mug container 1 of the present embodiment, the container main body 11, a closing plate 31 described later, and the cap body 13 are integrally formed of the same synthetic resin material.
Here, the central axes of the container body 11 and the cap body 13 are located on a common axis. Hereinafter, this common axis is referred to as the container axis O, the cap body 13 side is referred to as the upper side, the container body 11 side is referred to as the lower side along the container axis O direction, and the direction orthogonal to the container axis O is referred to as the radial direction. A direction along the axis O is referred to as a circumferential direction.

The container main body 11 has a bottomed cylindrical barrel portion 21, a shoulder portion 22 projecting radially inward from the upper end opening edge of the barrel portion 21, and an upward from an inner peripheral edge of the shoulder portion 22. The above-described mouth portion 12 is provided.
The trunk | drum 21 is equipped with the bottom part 23 formed by being pinched | interposed and welded by radial direction in the state which the lower end opening part 21a was heated, and the lower end opening part 21a of the container main body 11 is obstruct | occluded by this bottom part 23. In addition, the bottom part 23 is formed after the filling of the contents into the tear-off container 1 is completed. That is, the barrel portion 21 is formed in a cylindrical shape that opens along the container axis O direction immediately after molding, and the contents are filled into the tear-off container 1 through the lower end opening portion 21a. . Moreover, the bottom part 23 is formed in the rectangular shape long in one direction among radial directions by the side view of the tear container 1.

A male screw portion 25 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 12, and the cap body 13 is detachably screwed to the mouth portion 12 (see FIGS. 2 and 3). The cap body 13 may be detachably attached to the mouth portion 12 by undercut fitting or the like.

The upper end opening edge of the mouth portion 12 is provided with a closing plate 31 that closes the upper end opening of the mouth portion 12 and bulges upward (outside the container main body 11) with respect to the upper end opening edge. . The closing plate 31 is formed thinner than the mouth portion 12 and bulges while curving upward from the upper end opening edge of the mouth portion 12 toward the inside in the radial direction. A communication hole 32 that communicates with the inside of the container main body 11 is formed coaxially with the container axis O at the center of the closing plate 31 in the radial direction. Further, the closing plate 31 is configured to be reversibly deformable along the container axis O direction starting from the upper end opening edge of the mouth portion 12. Specifically, the closing plate 31 is reversely deformed downward from the protruding state shown in FIG. 1 with the upper end opening edge of the mouth 12 as a starting point, so that the upper end of the mouth 12 as shown in FIG. It is held in a depressed position depressed downward with respect to the opening edge.

The cap body 13 includes a disk-shaped top wall portion 33 and a cylindrical peripheral wall portion 34 extending upward from the outer peripheral edge of the top wall portion 33.

The ceiling wall portion 33 is connected to the closing plate 31 through the weakening portion 45 so as to be ruptured so that the outer surface of the ceiling wall portion 33 closes the communication hole 32 of the closing plate 31 at the protruding position.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, when the weakened portion 45 is broken and the cap body 13 is attached to the mouth portion 12 of the container main body 11, the couching plate 31 in the depressed position is directed downward. In a state of being elastically deformed, a seal portion 41 is provided that shuts off the communication between the inside and the outside of the container body 11 that is in liquid-tight contact with the closing plate 31 and passes through the communication hole 32.
As shown in FIG. 1, the seal portion 41 includes a contact cylinder portion 42 that extends upward from the top wall portion 33. The contact cylinder portion 42 is formed to have a larger diameter than the communication hole 32 described above.

In the state shown in FIG. 1, the peripheral wall portion 34 opens toward the upper side opposite to the container body 11. On the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 34, a female screw portion 35 that is screwed into the male screw portion 25 of the mouth portion 12 is formed.

Next, the operation of the above-described rigging container 1 will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 1, the cap body 13 of the rigging container 1 filled with the contents is twisted or pulled with respect to the container main body 11 to tear the cap body 13, thereby removing the cap body 13. Is separated from the container body 11. Thereby, even if the communication hole 32 is opened, the container 1 is opened, and the contents can be supplied through the communication hole 32.

Thereafter, in order to close the tear container 1, the cap body 13 is screwed to the mouth portion 12 in a state where the cap body 13 is turned upside down so that the peripheral wall portion 34 of the cap body 13 opens downward. Then, after the lower end edge of the abutting cylinder part 42 abuts on the upper surface of the closing plate 31 in the protruding position, the closing plate 31 is pushed downward by the abutting cylinder part 42, so that the closing plate 31 is The reverse deformation is performed with the upper end opening edge of the mouth 12 as a starting point. As a result, the closing plate 31 is in a depressed position with respect to the upper end opening edge of the mouth portion 12. At this time, the lower end edge of the contact cylinder portion 42 is in contact with the opening peripheral edge portion of the communication hole 32 so as to surround the communication hole 32 from the outside in the radial direction on the upper surface of the closing plate 31.

Thereafter, the closure plate 31 is further pushed in by the abutting tube portion 42 by screwing the cap body 13 to a position where the top wall portion 33 of the cap body 13 approaches or contacts the upper end opening edge of the mouth portion 12. Thereby, the cap body 13 is attached to the mouth portion 12 of the container main body 11 with the closing plate 31 elastically deformed. In this case, the abutting tube portion 42 is in liquid-tight contact with the closing plate 31 in a state of receiving an upward restoring force from the closing plate 31. Note that before the cap body 13 is screwed, the cap body 13 may be screwed after the closing plate 31 is pushed into the container body 11 to be inverted and deformed. Further, when the peripheral wall portion 34 is screwed into the mouth portion 12, the lower end opening edge of the peripheral wall portion 34 is close to the shoulder portion 22 of the container body 11 from above.

In addition, when supplying the contents again, the contents can be supplied through the communication holes 32 by releasing the screwing of the cap body 13 and opening the communication holes 32.

Thus, according to the present embodiment, the closing plate 31 in which the communication hole 32 is formed is formed in a dome shape that bulges outside the container body 11, and the closing plate 31 is formed into the container body 11. Since the cap body 13 cannot be attached to the mouth portion 12 of the container main body 11 unless it is inverted and deformed inside, even if the cap body 13 is attached to the mouth portion 12 of the container main body 11 after opening, It becomes possible to change the external appearance of the container 1 compared with before opening. That is, the tearing container 1 after opening has a length along the container axis O direction shorter than that before opening because the length of the closing plate 31 protruding from the mouth 12 of the container body 11 is shortened. Due to the change, it can be easily recognized by the consumer that the container 1 has been opened.
In addition, since the top wall 33 is connected to the closing plate 31 via the weakening portion 45 with the peripheral wall portion 34 of the cap body 13 being opened upward, the tear container 1 is opened before and after opening. It becomes possible to make the appearance greatly different, and it is possible to easily and surely recognize whether or not the customer has opened it. Furthermore, the tear-off container 1 can be formed without complicating the mold structure.

Further, when the cap body 13 is attached to the mouth portion 12 of the container main body 11, the cap body 13 is in liquid-tight contact with the closing plate 31 in a state where the closing plate 31 is elastically deformed, and the communication hole 32 is formed. Since the seal portion 41 that blocks communication between the inside and the outside of the container main body 11 that is passed through is provided, the sealing performance in the container main body 11 can be reliably ensured even after opening.
Further, since the sealing portion 41 described above includes a contact cylinder portion 42 that comes into liquid-tight contact with the opening peripheral edge of the communication hole 32 in the closing plate 31 in a state in which the closing plate 31 is elastically deformed, The sealing performance in the container body 11 can be more reliably maintained.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was explained in full detail with reference to drawings, the concrete structure is not restricted to this embodiment, The design change etc. of the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention are included.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the bottom portion 23 formed by being welded or fused in the radial direction in a state where the lower end opening portion 21a of the body portion 21 is heated is provided and formed in a tube shape, but is not limited thereto. Absent.

Furthermore, although embodiment mentioned above demonstrated the structure where the outer surface of the top wall part 33 was connected with the obstruction board 31 in the state which the surrounding wall part 34 opened upwards, it is not restricted to this. For example, the inner surface of the top wall portion 33 may be connected to the closing plate 31 with the peripheral wall portion 34 opened downward.
Even in this case, when the cap body 13 is attached to the mouth portion 12 of the container main body 11 after opening, the length along the container axis O direction of the entire tear-off container 1 becomes shorter than that before opening. It is possible to easily recognize that the person has opened the bag.

In addition, the contents to be filled in the mug container 1 are not particularly limited, such as liquids and powders.
Furthermore, the sawing container 1 of the present embodiment may be used as the sawing container 100 with the applicator 102. Specifically, the cap body 113 of the string container 100 shown in FIG. 4 is formed with a housing cylinder portion 101 that bulges downward from the radial center portion of the top wall portion 133. The accommodating cylinder portion 101 extends coaxially with the abutting cylinder portion 42, the upper end opening portion opens toward the inside of the cap body 113, and the lower end opening portion is closed by the top wall 101 a. The top wall 101a is connected to the closing plate 31 in a state where the communication hole 32 is closed.

As shown in FIG. 5, the applicator 102 is formed in a rod shape and is separate from the container body 11. In such a tear-off container 100, as shown in FIG. 6, the cap body 113 is first scraped from the container body 11 and the tear-off container 100 is opened as in the above-described embodiment. Next, the fitting part 103 of the applicator 102 is undercut fitted into the housing cylinder part 101 of the cap body 113.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the applicator 102 has a fitting portion 103 fitted into the accommodating cylinder portion 101 and a diameter reduced with respect to the fitting portion 103 to elastically deform the closing plate 31. The press-fitting shaft portion 104 is press-fitted into the communication hole 32, and the application portion (holding portion) 105 is provided at the distal end portion (lower end portion) of the press-fitting shaft portion 104 and holds the contents. Yes.

The fitting portion 103 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and an outer peripheral surface thereof is undercut fitted in the housing tube portion 101. The press-fit shaft portion 104 extends downward from the lower surface of the fitting portion 103 coaxially with the container shaft O, and the outer peripheral surface is configured to be slidable on the opening peripheral edge of the communication hole 32 in the closing plate 31. ing.
The application unit 105 is formed in a brush shape, a brush shape, a sponge shape, or the like, for example, and can hold the contents in the container body 11. Further, instead of the application unit 105, a holding unit capable of holding the contents such as a dropper may be provided.

In the above configuration, the cap plate 113 is pushed toward the container body 11 while the press-fitting shaft portion 104 is press-fitted into the communication hole 32, so that the closing plate 31 is inverted and deformed starting from the upper end opening edge of the mouth portion 12. At the same time, the press-fitting shaft portion 104 enters the container body 11 while sliding on the opening peripheral edge portion of the communication hole 32. Thereafter, the cap body 113 is screwed into the mouth portion 12 of the container body 11 so that the cap body 113 is mounted and the press-fit shaft portion 104 and the application portion 105 are immersed in the contents in the container body 11. Thus, the contents adhere to the press-fitting shaft portion 104 and the application portion 105. At this time, since the press-fit shaft portion 104 is press-fitted into the communication hole 32, the outer peripheral surface of the press-fit shaft portion 104 and the opening peripheral edge portion of the communication hole 32 are in close contact with each other. That is, the press-fit shaft portion 104 functions as a seal portion 41 that closes the communication hole 32 in a liquid-tight manner.

When the applicator 102 is used, the applicator 102 is pulled out of the communication hole 32 by releasing the screwing of the cap body 113 and pulling up the cap body 113. In this case, the press-fit shaft portion 104 is pulled up while sliding on the opening peripheral portion of the communication hole 32, so that excess contents attached to the press-fit shaft portion 104 are scraped off at the opening peripheral portion of the communication hole 32. Then, it is pulled out from the communication hole 32.

According to this configuration, since the press-fit shaft portion 104 is press-fitted into the inner peripheral edge of the communication hole 32, the sealing performance in the container body 11 after opening can be ensured more reliably, and the press-fit shaft portion 104 is connected to the communication hole 32. When inserting and removing from the container body 11, the press-fit shaft portion 104 is squeezed by the opening peripheral edge of the closing plate 31 swelled inside the container body 11, and the excess contents adhering to the press-fit shaft portion 104 are returned into the container body 11. Thus, when the contents are applied to the application portion via the application unit 105, the contents can be prevented from erroneously adhering to an unexpected part.
In addition, since the closing plate 31 is in the depressed position after opening, even if the contents are attached to the upper surface side of the closing plate 31 when the press-fitting shaft portion 104 is pulled out, Thus, the contents are easily guided toward the communication hole 32 along the upper surface of the closing plate 31.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, an expansion / contraction portion 110 that allows the closing plate 31 to move with respect to the mouth portion 12 may be disposed on the outer peripheral portion of the closing plate 31. Specifically, the expansion / contraction portion 110 is formed thinner than the central portion of the closing plate 31 and the mouth portion 12, and covers the entire circumference in the circumferential portion of the connecting portion with the mouth portion 12 in the closing plate 31. It is arranged. That is, the closing plate 31 and the upper end opening edge of the mouth portion 12 are connected via the extendable portion 110.
As shown in FIG. 8, the cap body 113 is screwed to the mouth portion 12 in a state where the closing plate 31 is reversed and deformed with the expansion / contraction portion 110 as a starting point. At this time, the expansion / contraction part 110 is folded at the central part in the radial direction.

According to this configuration, when the applicator 102 is pulled out from the communication hole 32, the closing plate 31 is moved by the pulling force (frictional force) acting between the outer peripheral surface of the press-fit shaft portion 104 and the opening peripheral edge portion of the communication hole 32. When attempting to restore toward the protruding position, the expansion / contraction part 110 is expanded and contracted before the closing plate 31 is restored. As a result, the closing plate 31 moves in the pulling-up direction (upward or radial direction) of the press-fit shaft portion 104 with respect to the mouth portion 12 while maintaining the depressed position, and therefore the outer peripheral surface of the press-fit shaft portion 104 and the communication hole The lifting force acting between the 32 opening peripheral portions can be relaxed. Therefore, the reversal (restoration deformation) of the closing plate 31 to the protruding position when the applicator 102 is pulled out from the communication hole 32 can be suppressed, and the closing plate 31 can be maintained in the depressed position.

Thus, since the closing plate 31 is maintained in the depressed position, when the press-fit shaft portion 104 is pulled out, excess contents attached to the press-fit shaft portion 104 are easily squeezed out by the opening peripheral edge portion of the communication hole 32.
Further, since the closing plate 31 is surely positioned at the depressed position, when the applicator 102 is returned to the container main body 11 after the applicator 102 is used, the press-fitting shaft portion 104 (the applicator 105) of the applicator 102 is used. ) Is guided into the communication hole 32 along the outer surface of the closing plate 31. Therefore, the press-fitting shaft portion 104 (applying portion 105) of the applicator 102 can be easily guided toward the communication hole 32, so that operability can be improved.

The expansion / contraction portion 110 is not limited to a thin wall, and may be appropriately selected as long as the closing plate 31 is movable with respect to the mouth portion 12 in a state where the closing plate 31 is in the depressed position, such as a bellows shape or a bent portion. Design changes are possible.

Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the configuration in which the entire container body 11 is integrally formed with the closing plate 31 and the cap bodies 13 and 113 has been described. However, at least a part of the container body 11 includes the closing plate 31 and the cap body. 13 and 113 may be formed integrally.
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the container body 11 of the mug container 220 of the present embodiment is attached to the bottomed cylindrical container 200 having the mouth 12 and the mouth 12 of the container 200. And an inner stopper 201.

The container 200 includes a mouth portion 12, a shoulder portion 22, and a trunk portion 21, and a bottom portion 202 that closes a lower end opening 21a of the bottom portion 21, and these mouth portion 12, shoulder portion 22, trunk portion 21, and bottom portion. 202 are continuously provided with their respective central axes positioned on the container axis O. The container 200 is formed integrally with a synthetic resin material by, for example, blow molding a preform formed into a bottomed cylindrical shape by injection molding.
In the illustrated example, the upper end portion of the mouth portion 12 is a reduced diameter portion 203 that is reduced in diameter relative to the lower portion.

The inner plug 201 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a top, a mounting cylinder 210 to be mounted on the mouth portion 12 (reduced diameter portion 203) of the container 200, and a diameter smaller than that of the mounting tube 210, and is fitted in the mouth portion 12. A seal cylinder 211 to be joined, and an upper connection portion of the mounting cylinder 210 and the seal cylinder 211 are connected to each other, and an annular connection ring 212 disposed on the opening edge of the mouth portion 12 is provided.
A closing plate 31 that closes the upper end opening of the connecting ring 212 is connected to the inner peripheral edge of the connecting ring 212. Further, the cap body 13 is connected to the closing plate 31 through the weakening portion 45 so that the ceiling wall portion 33 closes the communication hole 32 of the closing plate 31.

According to this configuration, the contents can be filled in the state in which the container 200 is in the upright posture with the bottom portion 202 facing down and the mouth portion 12 facing upward, so that the efficiency of the filling operation can be improved. Furthermore, after filling the contents, it is possible to assemble the tear-off container 220 having the closing plate 31 and the cap body 13 simply by attaching the inner plug 201 to the mouth portion 12, thereby simplifying the structure and improving assemblability.
