Description

The present invention relates to a hotel pan widely used in hotels, restaurants, restaurants, etc. and a rack for containers similar to this hotel pan.

In hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, etc., multi-function cookers such as steam conventions, steam convention ovens, etc., which are steamed, baked, boiled, cooked and fried in combination with superheated steam are becoming widespread.
Large-sized ovens and warmer grills are also widely used.
Hotel breads are used for such purposes as adding food in such cooking, cooking food, and adding food directly in the buffet.
The term “hotel breads” is used herein to refer not only to products that are internationally standardized as hotel breads, but also to containers such as gastronomic breads, bats, and containers that have a collar around a rectangular recess. The purpose of the rack.

Until now, horizontal racks for hotel breads have been widely used, and there has been no vertical rack for drying after washing.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a tableware dryer that opens and closes in an X shape and leans tableware, and Patent Document 2 discloses a draining stand on which a draining colander is placed. However, none is applicable to hotel breads. .

An object of this invention is to provide the rack which can store hotel bread vertically.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a hotel bread rack that is lightweight, easy to carry and stackable.

The hotel bread rack according to the present invention includes a frame member and a leg frame, the leg frame supports the frame member substantially horizontally, and the frame member is integrated with or separate from the frame member. The pair of left and right mounting frames includes a mounting groove for mounting and holding the hotel pans in an upright state and spanning between the pair of left and right mounting frames. Is for inserting the collar of a hotel bread.

As described above, hotel breads are intended for containers having a collar around a rectangular recess, and there are no restrictions on the material such as stainless steel or resin.
Hotel pans with an external dimension of 530 mm x 325 mm are set to 1/1 size, 2/1 size (650 x 530), 2/3 size (353 x 325), 1/2 size (325 x 265), L1 / Two sizes (530 × 163), 1/3, 1/4, 1/6, 1/9, 1/12 size and the like are standardized.
These hotel breads have a flange portion that extends substantially horizontally from the top of a rectangular recess in plan view, and a bent portion that is bent so that the outer peripheral portion on the front end side of this flange portion is stepped down in a step shape.
Therefore, the rack according to the present invention is placed vertically using this collar portion.

In the present invention, the frame member is for forming a mounting frame in a pair of left and right, and has a frame shape in which four bar members are connected to a square shape or an H shape by welding or the like.
The mounting frame may be formed integrally with two opposing bar members among the four bar members, and is formed by connecting another frame member to the opposing bar members by welding or the like. May be.
The leg frame is used to support the frame member (mounting frame) substantially horizontally so that the hotel pan can be placed vertically in an upright state and drained easily, and the mounting frame is formed or connected to the frame member. Preferably, the leg frame is connected to each of the remaining opposing bar members other than the bar member.
In this case, it is preferable that the leg frame has a substantially inverted U shape and is connected in the left-right direction along the bar members before and after the frame member.
When the pair of front and rear leg frames are provided so as to face each other in this manner, the lower end of the substantially inverted U shape becomes the leg tip part, and the upper part is easy to grasp when carried.

In this specification, both end directions along the mounting frame are expressed as the front-rear direction, and a direction (opposite direction) orthogonal to the mounting frame is expressed as the left-right direction.
In the present invention, the material of the frame member, the mounting frame and the leg frame is not limited.
Examples include aluminum, stainless steel, and iron.
These members may be welded and joined using an extruded aluminum alloy, and if such a method is adopted, it is lightweight and easy to carry, has rust-resistant features, For example, there is no trouble such as loosening of screws that occurs when screws are connected.

Since hotel breads have a plurality of sizes, as described above, between a pair of left and right mounting frames, a plurality of sizes of hotel breads can be obtained by providing a mounting subframe substantially in parallel. It may be possible to stand upright.
Further, the placing groove may be placed upright so that the cut angle of the groove is inclined by a predetermined angle with respect to the vertical direction, and the inside of the hotel pans is slightly inclined downward.
Furthermore, the mounting groove formed in the pair of left and right mounting frames may have a groove widening portion with a wide opening width in the groove opening portion so that the brim portion of the hotel bread can be easily inserted.
The brim of hotel bread has a folded part with a shallow step at the tip, so the surface of the brim is hooked in this mounting groove, but if the thickness is set so that the back does not hook, the hotel bread is in a certain direction It is possible to make it possible to place it vertically only.

The present invention can also allow another rack to be stacked on top of the leg frame.

Since the rack according to the present invention can store hotel breads in a vertical position, drainage is good and effective for saving space for storing hotel breads.
In addition, if a mounting subframe is provided between the mounting frames, hotel breads of different sizes can be stored at the same time.
Furthermore, it can be easily carried and stacked using the leg frame, and can be carried on a carriage.

An example of the structure of the rack 10 according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 12, the hotel pan 1 has a flange portion 1a extending in the horizontal direction on the upper surface side of the rectangular concave portion 1d in plan view where ingredients and dishes are placed.
Many are made using stainless steel, but some have been molded in recent years.
The flange portion 1a has a bent portion 1b that is lowered by one step so as to be stepped on the tip side.
Therefore, many of the concave portions 1c are formed on the back surface of the flange portion 1a by forming the bent portion 1b, which is one step lower than the surface of the flange portion 1a, with a press or the like.

FIG. 1 shows an example in which hotel pans 1, 2, and 3 having different sizes are vertically placed on a rack 10 in an upright state, and FIG.
The rack 10 is manufactured by manufacturing a frame member 11 in which two bar members 11a, 11b in the front-rear direction and left and right bar members 11c, 11d are welded in a frame shape. In this embodiment, the left and right bar members 11c, 11d The letter-shaped mounting frames 13 and 13 were connected by welding.
Between the pair of left and right mounting frames 13, 13, mounting subframes 14, 14 having an L-shaped cross section were provided in parallel with the mounting frame 13.
Note that this embodiment can accommodate hotel bread sizes 1/1, 2/3, 1/2, L1 / 2, 1/3, and 1/4. In the example, two mounting subframes 14 are provided so that they can be mounted in a row, but the number of mounting subframes is selected according to the type of hotel pan size to be targeted. .
The left and right mounting frames 13 have a substantially U-shaped cross section with a width dimension w so that the inside forms a hollow portion in the front-rear direction.
Between this width dimension w, it has multiple mounting grooves 13a so that the collar part 1a of the hotel pan to place vertically may be located.
An example of the structure of the mounting groove 13a is shown in FIG.
If the recessed portion 1d of the hotel pan 1a is vertically placed in a state where it faces obliquely downward, draining is improved.
Therefore, the cutting angle from the upper end of the mounting frame 13 is inclined by θ = 5 to 15 ° with respect to the vertical, and the width dimension d of the bottom of the groove is equivalent to the thickness of the collar portion 1a formed with the stepped bent portion 1b, or Slightly larger dimensions.
In addition, the opening part side of the mounting groove 13a makes it easy to insert the brim part 1a of the hotel pan by forming a groove widening part 13b having a wide upper groove width.
By designing the mounting grooves 13a of the pair of left and right mounting frames 13 and 13 in this manner, the space between the mounting grooves 13a as shown in a side view in FIG. 3B and a plan view in FIG. Since the front side of the collar part 1a and the back side of the bent part 1b are inserted, the hotel pan is placed vertically at a predetermined angle.
In the present embodiment, among the groove walls cut obliquely, only the lower groove wall located on the left side in FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 3D to 3F, when the collar portion 1a is inserted so that the concave portion 1d of the hotel pan 1 faces obliquely upward, the recess portion 1c on the back side of the collar portion 1a of the hotel pan becomes the groove wall. It does not get caught in, but acts to fall down.
Accordingly, the hotel pan can be placed vertically only in a normal state with the concave portion on the surface facing slightly downward.
The mounting groove 14a of the mounting subframe 14 is an example having an L-shaped cross section because it is only necessary to insert one brim of a hotel pan having a small size.
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 1 viewed from the back of the hotel pan and FIG. 10 viewed from the front of the hotel pan, the large-sized hotel pan 1 is bridged between the pair of left and right mounting frames 13 and 13. The hotel pans 2 and 3 having a small size can be vertically placed in a standing state, and can be placed vertically so as to be bridged between the placement frame 13 and the placement subframe 14.

The substantially inverted U-shaped leg frames 12, 12 are connected to the bar members 11a, 11b in the front-rear direction of the frame member 11 by welding.
The pair of front and rear leg frames 12, 12 are connected by a connecting frame 16 between upper central portions.
As described above, it is preferable to connect the pair of leg frames 12 and 12 with the connecting frame 16 to improve the rigidity of the rack. However, the connecting position is not limited to the upper central portion of the leg frame.
Further, a structure without the connecting frame 16 may be adopted by attaching a reinforcing member between the leg frame 12 and, for example, the frame member 11 or the like to ensure the rigidity of the rack.
The leg frame 12 has leg tips 12a and 12a at the lower end and has an inverted U shape having a stepped portion 12b whose upper portion is horizontal, and a stepped portion of the lower rack between the leg tips 12a and 12a. The horizontal width of the upper part is narrower than the lower end so that 12b can be accommodated.
Accordingly, stacking can be performed as shown in FIG. 4 in a two-stage stacked state and in FIG. 5 in a three-stage stacked state.

In this embodiment, a stacking metal fitting is attached so that the stacking state can be fixed.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a stacking frame 15 is connected to the lower part of the leg frame 12 in the horizontal direction, and a protective cover 15 a made of resin is attached to the stacking frame 15.
Although this protective cover is not always necessary, it is difficult to damage the stacking bracket by attaching the protective cover 15a.
As shown in FIG. 4, the stacking frame 15 of the upper rack 10a is stacked on the stacked portion 12b of the lower rack 10b.
This state is shown in FIG.
This state is fixed by using stacking metal fittings 17 pivotally attached to both ends of the connecting frame 16.
The stacking bracket 17 has one of L-shaped main body portions 17a that are elastically deformed and is pivotally attached to the connecting frame 16 by a shaft attachment portion 17b, and the other end has a hook portion 17c that is bent inside the L-shape.
Accordingly, as shown in FIGS. 7B and 7C, the stacking bracket 17 can be fixed by rotating it inside the stacking frame 15.
In this embodiment, by the direction of both sides of the leg frame Ashisaki top end spacing L 1 than the interval L 2 of the 12 as shown in FIG. 8 designed to be slightly larger, in FIG. 8 (b) As shown, the bar members 11a and 11b of the frame member 11 do not interfere with the inner sides of the upper ends of the leg frames 12 and 12 when stacked.
This state is shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 11, the rack according to the present invention can be used by being mounted on a carriage 20 having casters 21 and the like.
In this embodiment, members such as the frame member 11, the mounting frame 13, the leg frame 12, the stacking frame 15, and the sub mounting frame 14 are manufactured using an aluminum alloy extruded material, and are connected by welding.
If it does in this way, it will become a rack which is hard to rust, is lightweight, and is easy to carry.

In the present invention, the stacking method between the stacked racks is not limited. For example, a stacking fitting 117 made of an approximately U-shaped elastic material shown in FIG.
The stacking bracket 117 has a main body portion 117a having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a locking portion 117b and an operation portion 117c formed by bending the tip portion into a cylindrical shape at both ends of the main body portion.
The procedure for fixing using the stacking metal fitting 117 is shown in FIGS. 13B to 13D, and the stacking fixing state is shown in FIG.
One locking portion of the stacking metal fitting 117, in FIG. 13C, the upper locking portion 117b is applied to the protective cover 15a of the stacking frame 15, while the lower operation portion 117c is placed on the lower rack. This is an example of insertion along the lower side of the stepped portion 12b of 10b.
Although FIG. 14 shows an example in which the connecting frame 16 is not provided, the connecting frame 16 may be provided, and stacking may be performed using the stacking fitting 117 at a position slightly shifted to the left and right so as not to interfere with the connecting frame.
