Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a terminal block separator for separating a connecting terminal block formed by connecting two-piece terminal blocks into two.
Various plate-like terminal blocks that have a plurality of connecting portions for connecting lead wires and electrically connect the lead wires connected to the connecting portions have been proposed. A plurality of such terminal blocks are connected in the thickness direction to form a connecting terminal block, and the connecting terminal block is further held on the installation rail to constitute a collective terminal block device.
In such a terminal block, a two-piece terminal block that is separable into two pieces each having a connecting portion is known. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, the two-
Here, in the collective terminal block device that can separate the connection terminal block into the first piece row and the second piece row, a terminal block separator for separating the connection terminal block is attached to the end of the connection terminal block. (For example, Patent Document 1). This terminal block separator is composed of two pieces, a fixed piece and a separate piece that is detachably coupled to the fixed piece, the fixed piece is connected to the end of the first piece row, and the separated piece is the second piece. It attaches so that it may connect with the edge part of a row | line | column, and when a separation piece is separated from a fixed piece, it is comprised so that the 2nd piece part row | line | column may follow the direction separated from a 1st piece part row | line | column.
In the conventional terminal block separator, as shown in
The present invention has been made in view of the current situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a terminal block separator in which the installation of the collective terminal block device is easier than before and a collective terminal block device including the terminal block separator. .
The present invention provides an end of a connecting terminal block formed by connecting a plurality of terminal blocks, which are connected to a first rail part and a second strip part, having a connecting part for connecting lead wires in a separable manner along an installation rail. To separate the connecting terminal block into a first piece row connected to the first piece of each terminal block and a second piece row connected to the second piece of each terminal block. A terminal block separator, which is attached to an installation rail and is connected to an end of the first piece part row of the connecting terminal block, and is attached to the connecting piece so as to be separable from the connecting terminal block. A separation piece coupled to the end of the second piece part row, and a turning piece that is rotatably held around a turning axis in the longitudinal direction of the installation rail with respect to the fixed piece. Is provided with a working end extending from the center of rotation in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the installation rail. When the rotating piece is rotated from the normal position, the operating end presses the separating piece, so that the separating piece moves in the direction of separating from the fixed piece. The terminal block separator is characterized in that the second piece row connected to the piece is moved in a direction to separate from the first piece row.
In such a configuration, the connecting terminal block can be separated into the first piece portion row and the second piece portion row by rotating the turning piece around the turning axis in the longitudinal direction of the installation rail. Therefore, compared with the above-described conventional configuration, the length in the longitudinal direction of the collective terminal block device can be shortened because it is not necessary to extend the knob in the longitudinal direction of the installation rail. In addition, the collective terminal block device provided with the terminal block separator of the present invention requires a space for rotating the rotating piece in the short direction of the installation rail. Regardless, since the space for connecting the lead wire to each terminal block is secured in the short direction of the installation rail, it is not necessary to separately secure the space for rotating the rotating piece.
In the present invention, the separation piece is mounted on one side upper part of the fixed piece, and the rotation piece is rotatably held on the other side upper part of the fixed piece, and its action end is below the separation piece. It is proposed that the separation piece is configured to be separated from the fixed piece by the action end pushing up the separation piece when the turning piece is turned from the normal position.
In such a configuration, the separation piece on the opposite side can be pushed up from below simply by turning the turning piece on the upper side of the terminal block separator, so that it can be separated from the fixed piece by a relatively simple operation. The pieces can be reliably separated.
In the present invention, the terminal block includes a conductive fitting that forms a connecting portion for connecting a lead wire, and the conductive fitting includes a first fitting attached to the first piece, and a first fitting. It is comprised by the 2nd metal fitting with which two piece parts are mounted | worn, and in the combined state of a 1st piece part and a 2nd piece part, a 1st metal fitting and a 2nd metal fitting are closely fit in an up-down direction, and mutually press-contact Thus, when the first metal part and the second metal part are electrically connected and the first piece part and the second piece part are separated, the second piece part moves relative to the upper part of the first piece part. Along with this, the second fitting is detached from the first fitting, and the position where the working end of the rotating piece pushes up the separation piece is a position where the first fitting and the second fitting of each terminal block are closely fitted. It is proposed that they are provided at positions that are arranged in a line along the longitudinal direction of the installation rail.
In such a configuration, when separating the connection terminal block, the second metal fitting of each terminal block will be dropped from the first metal fitting, but the second metal fitting is in a close fitting state with the first metal fitting, In order to drop off the first bracket, it is necessary to move the second bracket upward with a relatively strong force. On the other hand, in such a terminal block separator, the position where the working end presses the separation piece is arranged in a line in the longitudinal direction of the installation rail with the position where the first metal fitting and the second metal fitting are closely fitted. Therefore, the force which pushes up the separation piece by the turning piece can be efficiently transmitted to the portion where the second fitting is fitted to the first fitting. Therefore, according to this configuration, the connection terminal block can be smoothly separated with a relatively small force.
In the present invention, the rotating piece is provided with a restricting claw that engages with the separating piece and restricts the upward movement of the separating piece at the normal position. It is proposed that when it is rotated, the restricting claw is retracted from the separation piece and the separation piece can be moved upward.
In such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the separation pieces from being separated due to vibration or impact, and to prevent the connection terminal block from being unintentionally separated. Further, since the restriction claw is retracted from the separation piece in accordance with the movement of turning the rotation piece from the normal position, there is an advantage that the restriction by the restriction claw can be easily released when the separation piece is separated.
Further, in the present invention, the rotating piece is formed with a lever rod insertion hole in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the installation rail, the lever rod is inserted into the lever rod insertion hole, and the lever rod is It is proposed that the rotating piece can be rotated by tilting. Here, a rod-shaped tool such as a screwdriver can be suitably used as the lever rod.
In such a configuration, by rotating the rotating piece via the lever rod, the rotating piece can be easily moved even when the terminal block separator is in a narrow place or a remote place that is difficult to reach by the operator. Further, the connection terminal block can be separated into two rows with a small force by utilizing the lever action. In addition, such a configuration has an advantage that the rotating piece is difficult to be bulky because it is only necessary to provide the lever rod insertion hole without providing the knob on the rotating piece.
In the present invention, the rotating piece is provided with an operation end extending in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the installation rail, and the rotating piece is operated by pressing the operation end. It is proposed that it is comprised so that can be rotated.
In such a configuration, the rotating piece can be rotated without using a tool such as a lever. Since the operation end extends in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the installation rail, the operation end portion is less bulky than a conventional knob protruding in the longitudinal direction of the installation rail, and has an advantage that it is easy to operate. is there.
Further, in the present invention, the rotating piece is slidably disposed so as to abut on the fixed piece so that the rotating piece cannot be rotated from the normal position. It is proposed to provide a lock piece that can be slid at a release position where the moving piece can be rotated.
In such a configuration, in the state where the lock piece is in the fixed position, the rotating piece does not rotate even if the rotating piece is touched unintentionally. Separation is eliminated, and the safety of the collective terminal block device can be improved.
Further, in the present invention, the rotating piece is formed with a lever rod insertion hole in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the installation rail, the lever rod is inserted into the lever rod insertion hole, and the lever rod is It is proposed that the pivot piece can be pivoted by tilting, and the lock piece is one that closes the lever rod insertion hole at the fixed position and opens at the release position. The
In a state where the rotation piece cannot be rotated by the lock piece, there is a risk that the rotation piece may be damaged if a strong torque is applied to the rotation piece by the lever action of the lever rod. In a state where the piece is in the fixed position, the lever bar cannot be inserted into the lever bar insertion hole, so that it is possible to reliably prevent the rotating piece from being damaged by an erroneous operation.
Further, in the present invention, the upper end portion of the lock piece is exposed on the rotating piece, and the lock piece is slid between the fixed position and the release position by operating the upper end portion. It is proposed that In such a configuration, not only can the lock piece be easily operated, but also whether or not the rotating piece is fixed by the lock piece can be grasped at a glance by the position of the upper end portion of the lock piece.
Another aspect of the present invention is a terminal block comprising an installation rail, a first piece attached to the installation rail, and a second piece detachably attached to the first piece. A collective terminal block device comprising a plurality of connection terminal blocks connected along an installation rail, and the terminal block separator attached to an end of the connection terminal block.
According to this configuration, it is possible to realize a collective terminal block device that is more compact and easy to install than the conventional configuration.
As described above, in the terminal block separator of the present invention, there is no need to provide a knob protruding in the longitudinal direction of the installation rail at the end of the collective terminal block device, and a space for operating the knob is secured. There is no need to do. For this reason, according to the terminal block separator of the present invention, the length in the longitudinal direction of the collective terminal block device can be shortened compared to the conventional configuration, and the collective terminal block device including the terminal block separator of the present invention is The space required for installation is small compared to the conventional configuration, and the installation is easy.
Embodiments of the present invention are described according to the following examples.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the collective
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
Here, the two-
As shown in FIG. 8A, the
Below, the
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the
As shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, the fixing
As shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, the
9-12, the
As shown in FIG. 13,
In the
When the
The
FIG. 14 shows the other
In the collective
As described above, according to the
In particular, in the
Further, in the collective
Further, in the present embodiment, the
Further, in this embodiment, a lever
In the present embodiment, the rotating
Next, a modified
As shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, a
The
The
As described above, the
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
