Description

The present invention relates to a hot and cold water mixing faucet device, and more particularly to a hot and cold water mixing faucet device that mixes hot water supplied from a hot water supply source and water supplied from a water supply source to stop hot water.

Conventionally, as a hot and cold water mixing faucet device that mixes hot water supplied from a hot water supply source and water supplied from a water supply source to stop hot water, for example, as described in Patent Document 1, A hot water supply passage through which hot water supplied from and a water supply passage through which water supplied from a water supply source pass are formed inside, and each of the hot water supply passage and the water supply passage is passed through the mixing chamber of the valve unit. A water passage forming member made of resin that forms a hot water mixing passage for allowing the hot water mixed in the outlet to flow into the water outlet is provided inside, and the lower part of the resin water passage forming member is inserted into the mounting hole of the counter and attached. It is known that the faucet body is fixed to the counter.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-27540

However, in the resin-made water passage forming member used in the above-described conventional hot and cold water mixing faucet device, the pressure (primary pressure) by the hot water supplied from the hot water supply source or the water supplied from the water supply source is the resin. Because it is constantly acting inside the water flow channel forming member, a relatively high rigidity that can withstand the load due to the water pressure and the temperature difference between the water in the water channel and the water in the water channel is required. In spite of this, there is a problem that the rigidity is lower than that of the metal water passage forming member and it is easily damaged.
In addition, since the lower part of the resin water passage forming member extends into the mounting hole of the mounting portion of the counter, kitchen sink, wash bowl, etc., the resin water passage forming member is damaged by any chance. In this case, there is a high possibility that water leaks not only to the upper surface of the mounting part but also to the lower part of the mounting hole of the mounting part. There is a problem of having sex.
In particular, it is not uncommon for housing equipment such as faucets to have a usage period of more than 20 years, and it is necessary to ensure long-term reliability.

Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and can prevent water leakage from spreading by retaining the water leakage only on the upper surface of the mounting portion, making it easy to detect water leakage at an early stage. It is an object of the present invention to provide a hot and cold water mixing device.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a hot and cold water mixing faucet device that mixes hot water supplied from a hot water supply source and water supplied from a water supply source to stop hot water. A spout that forms a water discharge port, and a hot water supply hole that is attached to the attachment portion so as to cover an attachment hole that penetrates the attachment portion in the vertical direction and supplied from a hot water supply source and a water supply source. A metal pedestal member that forms a water passage hole for water to pass through, a seal member provided between the pedestal member and the mounting hole of the mounting portion, and a pedestal member that passes through the pedestal member A water passage forming member made of resin that forms a water passage and a water passage communicating with each of the water passage and the water passage, and the water passage formed on the downstream side of the water passage and the water passage. From each of the hot water passage and the water passage of the water passage forming member A hot water mixing valve unit that mixes the supplied hot water and water and switches the hot water supplied from the water passage forming member and the hot water supplied from the water passage to a water-flowing state or a water-stopping state. Yes.
In the present invention configured as described above, the hot water passage of the resin water passage forming member into which hot water that has passed through the hot water passage hole of the metal base member flows from the hot water supply source, and the metal base from the water supply source. Regardless of the operation status of the hot water mixing valve unit, water pressure is always applied to each of the water passages of the resin water passage forming member into which water that has passed through the water passage holes of the member flows. Even if the hot water passage or water passage of the resin water passage forming member is damaged and water leaks to the outside, the base member mounted on the counter is made of metal, so the base member It is possible to prevent the damage of water from spreading and increasing the damage caused by water leakage. Also, even if the resin water passage forming member is damaged and leaks water, the gap between the base member and the counter mounting hole is sealed by the seal member, so that the water leak is only on the counter. Since it is possible to prevent leakage and leakage of water from the mounting hole of the counter to the lower side of the pedestal member, it is possible to easily detect water leakage at an early stage.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the metal is further inserted into a through hole formed so as to penetrate the resin water passage forming member in the vertical direction and is opposed to the through hole of the water passage forming member. The screw member is screwed into the screw hole formed in the base member.
In the present invention configured as described above, the screw member is inserted into the through hole of the resin water passage forming member and is screwed into the screw hole of the metal base member, thereby making the resin materials different from each other. The water passage forming member and the metal base member can be securely fastened. Moreover, since the through hole of the water passage forming member into which the screw member is inserted is formed so as to extend in the vertical direction, the outer diameter of the water passage forming member can be suppressed and the entire apparatus can be downsized.

In this invention, Preferably, it has a cover member which forms the said spout and covers the outer peripheral part of the said resin-made water flow path formation member, This cover member is predetermined | prescribed between the said water flow path formation member. Create a gap.
In the present invention configured as described above, by forming a predetermined gap between the resin water passage forming member and the cover member covering the outer periphery of the resin water passage forming member, Even if the resin water passage forming member breaks and water leaks outside the water passage forming member, this gap becomes a drainage path for water leaking onto the counter, and the water leaks from the lower part of the cover member onto the counter. It can make it easier to detect water leaks early.

According to the hot and cold water mixing faucet device of the present invention, leakage can be kept only on the counter to prevent expansion of leakage damage, and it is possible to easily detect leakage at an early stage.

The resin water passage forming member 10 and the metal pedestal member 8, which are made of different materials, are fastened by inserting and screwing the lower end portion of the screw member 18 into the female screw hole 8 c formed in the pedestal member 8. Be able to.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, in a state where the resin water passage forming member 10 and the metal base member 8 are connected, the hot water supply passage 10 a and the water supply passage 10 b of the water passage forming member 10, respectively. A connecting portion between the hot water hole 8a and the water hole 8b of the pedestal member 8 corresponding to is attached with an O-ring 36 and is liquid-tightly sealed.

Next, FIG. 9 is a plan view showing a nut holder member of a hot water mixing faucet device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 10 is a hot water mixing valve unit of the hot water mixing faucet device according to an embodiment of the present invention. It is a disassembled perspective view which shows a cylindrical member, a pressing member, and a screw member.
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 10, a resin nut holder member 38 is detachably attached to the outer periphery of the water passage forming member 10. The nut holder member 38 has a substantially annular shape with a notch 38a formed in a part thereof, and metal nuts 40 are fixed at three locations.
Further, the nut holder member 38 can be elastically deformed so that the horizontal width of the notch 38a expands and contracts when the nut holder member 38 is attached to and detached from the water passage forming member 10, and the entire nut holder member 38 is It is formed of a material having rigidity while retaining elasticity that is detachable from the resin water passage forming member 10. In addition, in the nut holder member 38 shown in FIG. 9, each state before and after elastic deformation is shown by a solid line and a broken line, respectively.
Furthermore, in a state where the nut holder member 38 is attached to the outer periphery of the water passage forming member 10, each of the three screw attachment holes 10e formed so as to extend downward from three places on the upper surface of the water passage forming member 10 The mounting holes 40a of the nut 40 of the nut holder member 38 are opposed to each other in the vertical direction so as to coincide with each other.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 10, each of the screw members 26 attached to the attachment hole 24 a of the pressing member 24 passes through each screw attachment hole 10 e of the water passage forming member 10 and each of the nut holder members 38. The nut 40 is screwed together. Further, since the screw member 26 is fastened to the metal nut 40 of the nut holder member 38 which is a separate member from the resin water passage forming member 10, the screw member 26 is attached to the resin water passage forming member 10. The fastening strength can be increased as compared with the case of direct fastening. Further, in a state where the screw member 26 is fastened to the nut 40, the pressing member 24 is formed on the upper surface of the holding portion 22 a that is formed above the intermediate portion on the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical member 22 and protrudes inward from above. The cylindrical member 22 is pressed against the water passage forming member 10 by being pressed.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 9, in a state where the nut holder member 38 is attached to the water passage forming member 10, the outer peripheral surface of the nut holder member 38 is more than the outer peripheral surface (outer diameter) of the water passage forming member 10. Projecting outward, the lower surface of the outer peripheral portion of the nut holder member 38 is in contact with the upper end of the cover portion 4b of the spout 4 so that the vertical movement of the cover portion 4b of the spout 4 is restricted.

In addition, a predetermined gap is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the cover portion 4b of the spout 4 and the outer peripheral surface of the water passage forming member 10, and the cover portion 4b of the spout 4 is made into a hot and cold water mixing faucet device by this gap. 1 about the central axis A extending in the vertical direction of FIG. 1 (the direction of the arrow “R” shown in FIG. 1) and the left direction shown in FIG. It can be rotated in the direction of the arrow “L” (shown). Furthermore, by the clearance between the inner peripheral surface of the cover part 4b of the spout 4 and the outer peripheral surface of the water passage forming member 10, the resin water passage forming member 10 should be damaged and the outside of the water passage forming member 10 should be damaged. Even if a water leak occurs, this gap becomes a way of leaking water on the counter 6, and the water leaks from the lower part of the cover part 4b of the spout 4 onto the counter 6, making it easy to detect the water leak at an early stage. It is like that.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 10, the peripheral edge of the center hole 24 a of the pressing member 24 protrudes inward from the inner peripheral edge of the holding portion 22 a of the cylindrical member 22, and the pressing member 24 is the hot water / water mixing valve unit 20. The hot and cold water mixing valve unit 20 is fixed to the upper surface of the water passage forming member 10 in contact with the step portion 42 a of the casing member 42.

Also, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 and 10, a part of the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member 22 is formed so as to extend downward from the upper end of the cylindrical member 22 and bend its lower end in a substantially horizontal direction. A key groove 22c is formed. On the other hand, a part of the inner peripheral surface of the main body cover 28 is formed with a locking projection 28a that can be locked to the key groove 22c of the cylindrical member 22. By stopping, the main body cover 28 is fixed to the cylindrical member 22.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, in the opening 28 b above the main body cover 28, the operation shaft member 46 of the hot and cold water mixing valve unit 20 that operates the movable valve body 44 of the hot and cold water mixing valve unit 20 is directed upward. The bearing portion 2 a of the operation handle 2 is fixedly attached to the operation shaft member 46.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4 and FIG. 10, the structure of the hot / cold water mixing valve unit 20 incorporated in the hot / cold water mixing faucet apparatus 1 of this embodiment is the same as the structure of a known hot / cold water mixing valve unit. Although the detailed description is omitted, the hot and cold water mixing valve unit 20 includes a casing member 42 and a fixed valve body holding member that is fixed to the lower end of the casing member 42 and fixes the fixed valve body 48 from below. 50, a fixed valve body 48, a movable valve body 44 slidably and rotatably disposed on the fixed valve body 48, and an operation shaft member 46 for operating the movable valve body 44. Yes.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the fixed valve body holding member 50 is supplied from hot water supplied from the hot water passage 10 a of the water passage forming member 10 and from the water passage 10 b of the water passage forming member 10. A water passage 50a and a water passage 50b into which each of water flows are formed. The hot water and water that have passed through each of the water passage 50a and the water passage 50b are transferred to the hot water passage 10a and the water passage 10b of the water passage forming member 10 via the fixed valve body 48 and the movable valve body 44, respectively. Mixing is performed in a hot and cold water mixing chamber 20a communicating with the mixing path 10c, and the flow rate and temperature of the mixed hot water are adjusted. The hot water adjusted in the hot water mixing chamber 20 a flows out from the hot water mixing path 50 c formed in the fixed valve body holding member 50 to the hot water mixing path 10 c of the water passage forming member 10. Further, the hot water in the hot water / mixing passage 10 c of the water passage forming member 10 flows from the inlet 4 c of the spout 4 toward the water outlet 4 a.

Next, the operation (action) of the hot and cold water mixing apparatus 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention described above will be described.
When using the hot and cold water mixing faucet device 1, as shown in FIG. 1, the operation handle 2 is pulled up in the direction of the arrow “open”, and the operation handle 2 is rotated in the direction of the arrow H or the arrow C as necessary. When the operation is performed, the movable valve body 44 slides and / or rotates so that each of the hot water passage 10a and the water passage 10b of the water passage forming member 10 and the hot water mixing passage 10c communicate with each other, and the water passage forming member 10 is moved. Hot water and water flow out of the hot water passage 10a and the water passage 10b, respectively, and flow into the hot water mixing chamber 20a through the hot water passage 50a and the water passage 50b of the fixed valve body holding member 50. The hot water mixed in the hot water / water mixing chamber 20a and adjusted to a predetermined temperature at a predetermined flow rate passes through the hot water / water mixing path 50c of the fixed valve body holding member 50 from the hot water / water mixing path 10c of the water passage forming member 10. It flows into the inlet 4c of the spout 4 and is discharged from the outlet 4a.
When the horizontal position of the spout 4a of the spout 4 is desired to be changed, the cover 4b of the spout 4 is moved to the right as shown in FIG. 1 is rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow “R” shown in FIG. 1 or the left direction shown in FIG. 1 (the direction indicated by the arrow “L” shown in FIG. 1). The mixing faucet device 1 is turned around the central axis A.

According to the hot and cold water mixing faucet device 1 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention, the resin water passage through which hot water that has passed through the water passage hole 8a of the metal base member 8 flows from the hot water supply hose 30 that is a hot water supply source. The water passage 10a of the forming member 10 and the water passage 10b of the resin water passage forming member 10 into which the water that has passed through the water hole 8b of the metal base member 8 flows from the water supply hose 32 that is a water supply source, respectively. Although the water pressure is always applied regardless of the operating condition of the hot water / mixing valve unit 20, the hot water passage 10a and the water passage 10b of the resin water passage forming member 10 are damaged by any chance. Even if water leakage to the outside of the water passage forming member 10 occurs, the pedestal member 8 mounted on the counter 6 is made of metal, so that even the pedestal member 8 is destroyed and leakage damage is increased. Can be prevented. Even if the resin water passage forming member 10 is damaged and leaks, the gap between the base member 8 and the mounting hole 6a of the counter 6 is sealed by the seal member sheet packing 12. Since the water leakage can be kept only on the counter 6 and the water leakage can be prevented from leaking from the mounting hole of the counter below the base member 8, it is possible to easily detect the water leakage at an early stage.

Further, according to the hot and cold water mixing faucet device 1 according to the present embodiment, the screw member 18 is inserted into the through hole 10d of the resin water passage forming member 10 and screwed into the female screw hole 8c of the metal base member 8. Thus, the resin water passage forming member 10 and the metal pedestal member 8 of different materials can be securely fastened. Moreover, since the through-hole 10d of the water passage forming member 10 into which the screw member 18 is inserted is formed to extend in the vertical direction, the outer diameter of the water passage forming member 10 is suppressed, and the hot and cold water mixing device 1 is The whole can be reduced in size.

Furthermore, according to the hot and cold water mixing faucet device 1 according to the present embodiment, a predetermined amount is provided between the resin water passage forming member 10 and the cover portion 4b of the spout 4 covering the outer periphery of the resin water passage forming member 10. If the resin water passage forming member 10 is broken and water leaks to the outside of the water passage forming member 10, the gap serves as a drainage path for water leaking onto the counter 6. Since the water leaks out from the lower part of the cover 4b of the spout 4 onto the counter 6, it is possible to easily detect the water leak at an early stage.

In the hot and cold water mixing apparatus 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention described above, as an example, a hot water passage 10a, a water passage 10b, and a hot water mixing passage 10c are formed inside a resin water passage forming member 10. However, the present invention is not limited to such a form, and the present invention can also be applied to a form of a water passage forming member in which the hot and cold mixing passage 10c is omitted.
