本発明を使用する時は、 ウエスト部（１）を左前にして帯の上に巻き、ウエストの太さに合わせてウエスト部（１）の生地の両端から露出したボタン穴開き平ゴム（３）の穴をそれぞれ選び、右合わせ部（７）側のボタン穴開き平ゴム（３）はウエスト部（１）の裏側（内側）のボタン（９ａ）に、左あわせ部（８）側のボタン穴開き平ゴム（３）は表側（外側）のボタン（９ｂ）に、それぞれ留めることでしっかりと装着する。
裾部（４）は左右の端の面ファスナー（１１ａ）（１１ｂ）を合わせる事でスカート状にし、右合わせ部側面ファスナー（１１ａ）の背に付いている右合わせ部スナップボタン雄（１２）と裾部の中央部スナップボタン雌（１３）を合わせ留め、その左右それぞれに付いている隣り合った足首包みスナップボタン（１４ａ）（１４ｂ）同士を留めることで左右の足首を包み、ズボン型にする。その後中央部スナップボタン雌（１３）と足首包みスナップボタン雌（１４ａ）の間 にある左右の裾部スナップボタン雌（１５ａ）と裾部スナップボタン雄（１５ｂ）をそれぞれ留め、ズボン型になった裾部の隙間を塞ぐ。
