別体構成の側壁部と底部とを接合して成ると共に上方開口部を有する容器本体が、前記上方開口部に装着されて液体を吸引注出する吸引式注出ポンプ装置を有する吸引式注出ポンプ装置付き液体容器であって、
前記側壁部と底部とが、合成樹脂層と酸素バリア層とを積層した積層構成を各々有し、
前記側壁部は、円筒、角筒の如き筒状体であり、該筒状体は折曲接合部を円周と直交する上下方向に有しており、
前記底部は、その周縁部が絞り成形により立上り形成された立上部を有しており、該立上部が前記側壁部の少なくとも一部の全周と接合されて容器本体と成る構成であり、
且つ前記吸引式注出ポンプ装置の前記上方開口部に対する装着手段が下記(1)〜(4)のいずれかの構成であることを特徴とする吸引式注出ポンプ装置付き液体容器。
