前記把持アームの上端部に連結され、該把持アームを開閉すると共に、該把持アームの下端部で車輪の踏面を把持した状態でロックするアーム開閉機構と、
前記把持アームの中間部に設けられ、該把持アームが車輪の踏面を把持する動作時に、前記減速機の下方に回り込んで該減速機を支持する減速機支持片と、
