Description

本発明は各種音響機器や情報通信機器等に使用されるスピーカ装置や電子機器および車両に関するものであり、より特定的には、小型のスピーカキャビネットで低音再生を実現するスピーカ装置に関するものである。   The present invention relates to a speaker device, an electronic device, and a vehicle that are used in various acoustic devices, information communication devices, and the like, and more specifically to a speaker device that realizes low-frequency reproduction in a small speaker cabinet.

最近のオーディオの市場動向は、DVDに代表されるデジタルオーディオ機器の普及にともない高品位再生対応が必要不可欠となりつつある。   In recent audio market trends, high-quality playback support is becoming indispensable with the spread of digital audio equipment represented by DVD.

一方、住宅事情や自動車を取り巻く環境下では、省スペース化、省エネ化が厳しく要求されつつある。   On the other hand, under the circumstances of housing and the environment surrounding automobiles, space saving and energy saving are being strictly demanded.

上述の要求を満足させることができるスピーカおよびスピーカ装置として、小型であるにもかかわらず、重低音再生に優れたスピーカおよびスピーカ装置の開発が要求されている。   As a speaker and a speaker device that can satisfy the above-mentioned requirements, development of a speaker and a speaker device that are excellent in reproduction of heavy bass is demanded despite being small.

これらの背景をもとに、従来の技術を図5により説明する。   Based on these backgrounds, the prior art will be described with reference to FIG.

従来のスピーカ装置は、キャビネット10と、このキャビネット10に取付けられたスピーカユニット11と、キャビネット10の内部に配置された圧力調整体12とからスピーカ装置を構成している。   The conventional speaker device comprises a speaker device including a cabinet 10, a speaker unit 11 attached to the cabinet 10, and a pressure adjusting body 12 disposed inside the cabinet 10.

ここで、このスピーカ装置は、そのキャビネット10が小型であるため、キャビネット10の空室が呈する音響スティフネスの影響で、低音を良好に再生することが困難である。   Here, since the cabinet 10 is small in size, it is difficult to reproduce the low sound satisfactorily due to the acoustic stiffness exhibited by the vacant space of the cabinet 10.

この小型のスピーカ装置で、低音を良好に再生するために、キャビネット容積で決定される低音再生限界の課題を解決する1つの手段として、キャビネット10の内部に活性炭等に代表される圧力調整体12を配置することで対応している。   As one means for solving the problem of the bass reproduction limit determined by the cabinet volume in order to reproduce the bass sound satisfactorily with this small speaker device, the pressure regulator 12 represented by activated carbon or the like is provided inside the cabinet 10. It corresponds by arranging.

次に、スピーカ装置の動作について説明する。   Next, the operation of the speaker device will be described.

スピーカユニット11に電気信号が印加されるとキャビネット内の圧力が変化し、活性炭等に代表される圧力調整体12が配置された空室の圧力が変化する。この圧力変化に伴う空気分子が圧力調整体12に吸着または放出されて、キャビネット10内部の圧力変動は抑制される。   When an electrical signal is applied to the speaker unit 11, the pressure in the cabinet changes, and the pressure in the vacant room in which the pressure adjusting body 12 represented by activated carbon or the like is arranged changes. Air molecules accompanying this pressure change are adsorbed or released to the pressure regulator 12, and the pressure fluctuation inside the cabinet 10 is suppressed.

このように、従来のスピーカ装置は、キャビネットが等価的に大きな容積のキャビネットとして動作して、小型のキャビネットでありながら、あたかも大きなキャビネットにスピーカユニットを搭載したような低音再生が可能となる。   As described above, the conventional speaker device operates as a cabinet having an equivalently large volume, and can reproduce a low sound as if the speaker unit is mounted in a large cabinet while being a small cabinet.

尚、この出願の発明に関する先行技術文献情報としては、例えば、特許文献1が知られている。   For example, Patent Document 1 is known as prior art document information relating to the invention of this application.

また、紙の抄紙時に紙と紙の間に粒状活性炭を抄きこんだ活性炭入り紙は特許文献2が知られている。   Patent Document 2 is known as a paper with activated carbon in which granular activated carbon is made between papers during paper making.

However, although the conventional speaker device results in excellent bass reproduction capability in proportion to the weight of the activated carbon placed in the box, recently activated carbon is arranged as a result of the accelerated thinning of thin TVs. The space is also reduced, and the amount of activated carbon placed in a limited space is also reduced accordingly. Therefore, there is a problem that the effect of the pressure adjusting body is reduced and the bass reproduction capability is also lowered.

本発明は前記課題を解決し、省スペースでも有効な圧力調整体を有し、低音再生能力が向上したスピーカボックスを提供することを目的とするものである。   An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a speaker box having a pressure adjusting body that is effective even in a space-saving manner and having improved bass reproduction capability.

上記目的を達成するために、本発明による圧力調整体は活性炭と化学繊維とバインダーとを混合した材料を抄紙した活性炭シートで構成されている。すなわち、従来の粒状活性炭をそのままボックス内に袋に入れて配置するのではなく、シート状に薄膜化されている。   In order to achieve the above object, the pressure regulator according to the present invention is composed of an activated carbon sheet obtained by papermaking a material obtained by mixing activated carbon, chemical fibers, and a binder. That is, the conventional granular activated carbon is not placed in a bag as it is in a box, but is thinned into a sheet.

Conventional pressure regulators put activated carbon in the bag to fix the position of the activated carbon.Because the activated carbon needs to have a layer between the bag and activated carbon in order to adsorb and desorb air, a certain thickness is required. However, since it is sufficient that the activated carbon is brought into contact with the binder or the chemical fiber and the contact between the activated carbons is reduced, the amount of air that can be adsorbed by the activated carbon is increased. Further, since an air layer between the activated carbon and the bag is not necessary, the air layer can be made thin and space can be saved. As a result, the sheet-like pressure adjusting body improves the bass reproduction capability even in a space-saving manner. In addition, even when the sheets are stacked, a space is generated because the sheets are not completely in close contact with each other, and the activated carbon adsorbs the air in the space, thereby further improving the bass reproduction capability.

以上のように本発明は、シート化した圧力調整体を配置させてスピーカボックスを構成したものである。この構成により、圧力調整体は、従来よりも薄型化が可能となるため省スペースでも低音再生能力を発揮する。また、シート状の圧力調整体を重ね合わせることにより、シート間が完全密着していないためスペースが少し生じ、その生じたスペースの空気を活性炭シートが吸着することで空気吸着量が増し低音再生能力が向上する。   As described above, according to the present invention, a speaker box is configured by arranging a pressure adjusting body formed into a sheet. With this configuration, the pressure adjusting body can be made thinner than the conventional one, so that the bass reproduction capability is exhibited even in a space-saving manner. In addition, by overlapping the sheet-shaped pressure regulators, there is little space because the sheets are not completely in close contact, and the activated carbon sheet adsorbs the air in the generated space, increasing the amount of air adsorbed and the bass reproduction capability Will improve.

以下、本発明の実施の形態について図面を用いて説明する。   Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

(実施の形態1)
以下、実施の形態1を用いて、本発明の特に請求項1から請求項4に記載の発明について説明する。
(Embodiment 1)
Hereinafter, the first to fourth aspects of the present invention will be described with reference to the first embodiment.

図1は、本発明の一実施形態の圧力調整体を配置したスピーカボックスを示したもの、図2は、本発明の一実施形態の圧力調整体の模式図を示したものである。   FIG. 1 shows a speaker box in which a pressure adjusting body according to an embodiment of the present invention is arranged, and FIG. 2 shows a schematic diagram of the pressure adjusting body according to an embodiment of the present invention.

図1および図2に示すように、圧力調整体13は化学繊維13Aをシート化し強度を上げるためにバインダー13Cを使用してさらに繊維の表面に粒状の活性炭13Bを吸着させて構成している。   As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the pressure adjusting body 13 is formed by forming a chemical fiber 13A into a sheet and using a binder 13C to increase the strength and further adsorbing granular activated carbon 13B on the surface of the fiber.

この構成により活性炭13Bと活性炭13Bを入れる袋の間の空気層の必要がなくなるため圧力調整体13のかさ高さが従来より小さくなるため圧力調整体13をボックス内に配置させるのに必要なスペースも小さくなる。その結果、従来の圧力調整体より小さくなっても低音再生能力を発揮する。   This configuration eliminates the need for an air layer between the activated carbon 13B and the bag in which the activated carbon 13B is placed, so that the bulk of the pressure regulator 13 is smaller than before, and the space necessary to place the pressure regulator 13 in the box. Becomes smaller. As a result, even if it becomes smaller than the conventional pressure regulator, the bass reproduction capability is exhibited.

ここで言う活性炭とは炭化後に賦活工程を有しており、微細な細孔を有している活性炭を指す。   Activated carbon as used herein refers to activated carbon that has an activation step after carbonization and has fine pores.

In addition to the activated carbon, the activated carbon sheet has natural fibers and chemical fibers. The activated carbon is desirably 85% by weight or more, the natural fiber is 10% by weight or less, and the chemical fiber is 5% by weight or less. When the amount of activated carbon is less than 85% by weight, the bass reproduction capability is proportional to the amount of activated carbon, so the effect of improving the bass reproduction capability is reduced. Moreover, when the natural fiber increases, the ratio of activated carbon decreases for the same reason as described above, and the bass reproduction capability decreases. Chemical fiber is necessary to make the paper hard. If the paper is not hard, the activated carbon powder falls off and cannot be made into a sheet. In addition, it is possible to increase the weight of the activated carbon contained in the sheet by making it harder including chemical fibers. Therefore, the low-frequency sound reproduction ability is higher in the activated carbon sheet containing the chemical fiber.

Moreover, you may use a binder instead of a natural fiber. The binder has the effect of preventing the activated carbon from falling off in a smaller amount than the natural fiber, and the content of the activated carbon increases. As a result, the bass reproduction capability is further improved. The composition of the sheet is preferably 90% by weight or more for activated carbon, 5% by weight or less for chemical fiber, and 5% by weight or less for binder. If the activated carbon is less than 90% by weight, in order to achieve the same performance, the thickness of the sheet must be increased, and the space effect is reduced. On the other hand, when the amount of the binder exceeds 5% by weight, the binder is adsorbed in the pores of the activated carbon, so that the air adsorbing ability is lowered and the bass reproduction ability is also lowered. Further, if the chemical fiber is more than 5% by weight, the effect of the activated carbon is lowered, so that it is preferably 5% by weight or less which is the minimum necessary for forming into a sheet.

The particle size of the activated carbon 13B of the activated carbon sheet which is the pressure adjusting body 13 is desirably 10 μm or more and 100 μm or less. If the particle size of the activated carbon is larger than 100 μm, the activated carbon becomes bulky, so that the weight of activated carbon occupying the same surface area is reduced and the bass reproduction capability is lowered. On the other hand, if the particle size of the activated carbon is smaller than 10 μm, the activated carbon flows out from the mesh when paper is made, resulting in a poor yield. Further, if the mesh is made small in order to prevent the activated carbon from flowing out, dehydration takes time and productivity is lowered. Therefore, it is desirable that the activated carbon has a particle size of 10 μm or more and 100 μm or less in order to increase the productivity of papermaking and increase the bass reproduction capability.

また、同重量の活性炭シートを使用する場合でも複数枚重ねて使用することが望ましい。活性炭シート同士の接触部分の空気も有効に活用できるために活性炭が吸着する空気量が増大する。そのため、粒状の活性炭を配置するよりもシート化して重ねた方が低音再生能力は向上する。   Moreover, even when using the activated carbon sheet of the same weight, it is desirable to use a plurality of stacked sheets. Since the air at the contact portion between the activated carbon sheets can also be used effectively, the amount of air adsorbed by the activated carbon increases. Therefore, the low-pitched sound reproduction ability is improved by forming sheets and stacking them rather than disposing granular activated carbon.

また、活性炭シートに含まれる天然繊維は木材パルプを使用することで安価で抄紙の生産性が高くなる。また、環境負荷を低減するために、天然繊維には非木材パルプを使用しても良い。特に非木材パルプに竹パルプを使用すると竹パルプ自体が木材パルプより硬いために得られる活性炭シートも硬くなりボックス内に配置する際に形が崩れたりするのを低減することができる。   Moreover, the natural fiber contained in the activated carbon sheet is inexpensive and increases the productivity of papermaking by using wood pulp. Moreover, in order to reduce an environmental load, you may use a non-wood pulp for natural fiber. In particular, when bamboo pulp is used for non-wood pulp, the activated carbon sheet obtained because the bamboo pulp itself is harder than the wood pulp becomes hard, and it is possible to reduce the collapse of the shape when placed in the box.

また、活性炭シートは天然繊維で被覆されたサンドイッチ構造としても良い。天然繊維で被覆することで活性炭が脱落してボックス内部で導電性である活性炭の粉体が浮遊し、電子機器がショートすることを回避することができる。その上、天然繊維は空気を透過させるので被覆してもある程度、空気吸着能力を保持できるために低音再生能力の著しい低下は見受けられない。   The activated carbon sheet may have a sandwich structure coated with natural fibers. By covering with natural fibers, it is possible to prevent the activated carbon from falling off and the activated carbon powder that is conductive from floating inside the box to short-circuit the electronic device. In addition, since natural fibers transmit air, even if they are coated, the air adsorption ability can be maintained to some extent, so that the bass reproduction ability is not significantly reduced.

また、キャビネットは密閉した状態であることが望ましい。開放系の場合には使用環境化や季節により湿度の影響で水蒸気が活性炭の細孔に吸着されるために空気の吸着能力が低下し、低音再生能力も低下する。従って、密閉にすることにより湿気の浸入を防ぐ構造にする方が好ましい。   Moreover, it is desirable that the cabinet be sealed. In the case of an open system, water adsorption is adsorbed on the pores of the activated carbon due to the influence of humidity and humidity depending on the use environment and the season, so that the air adsorption ability is lowered and the bass reproduction ability is also lowered. Therefore, it is preferable to have a structure that prevents moisture from entering by sealing.

以下に本発明の実施例を記載するが、この実施例が本発明の範囲を何ら限定するものではない。   Examples of the present invention will be described below, but these examples do not limit the scope of the present invention.

(実施例2)

(Comparative Example 1)

<特性評価>
上記圧力調整体をスピーカボックスに配置し、周波数特性(F0)を測定した。これらの測定結果を下表に示す。
<Characteristic evaluation>
The pressure adjusting body was placed in a speaker box, and frequency characteristics (F0) were measured. These measurement results are shown in the table below.

Figure 2013141278
Figure 2013141278

当該表から、実施例の圧力調整体を搭載したスピーカボックスは比較例1の圧力調整体に比べて、省スペースでの低音再生が向上していることが明らかである。このことから、実施例の圧力調整体は製品の薄型化に対しても低音再生能力の優れたスピーカ用ボックスを提供でき、小型化が可能となる。   From the table, it is clear that the speaker box equipped with the pressure adjusting body of the example has improved bass reproduction in a space-saving manner as compared with the pressure adjusting body of Comparative Example 1. From this, the pressure regulator of the embodiment can provide a speaker box with excellent bass reproduction capability even when the product is thinned, and can be downsized.

以上のように本発明は、抄紙した活性炭シートの圧力調整体を有するスピーカボックスを構成することにより、従来ではボックスが小型になるほど低音再生が困難(f0上昇)であることを改善でき、さらに圧力調整体を薄型にすることができたため、より省スペースでの低音再生を可能としたものである。   As described above, according to the present invention, by constructing a speaker box having a pressure adjusting body of a paper-made activated carbon sheet, it is possible to improve the difficulty of low-frequency reproduction (f0 increase) as the box becomes smaller in size. Since the adjustment body can be made thin, low-frequency sound reproduction can be achieved in a smaller space.
