Description

The present invention relates to a method for reforming an existing flooring floor into a flooring floor with warm water heating or a carpet floor, a tile floor, a tatami floor, and the like, and a hot water panel used for the reforming.

Due to the effects of aging and other factors, there are many requests to renovate existing flooring floors to floors with hot water heating.

As a method to meet such demands, in the conventional case, the existing flooring is peeled off to expose the base or slab, a hot water panel is laid on the floor, and a flooring floor or the like is further placed on the hot water panel. We are constructing.

However, this method is expensive and often cannot be used as it is in the case of an old wooden base, etc., so it is necessary to newly reform the base as well, which further increases the cost.

Further, in the case of a wooden base, there is also a problem that the carpenter work is put in between because the hand is also applied to the building side of the building, which not only increases the cost but also increases the construction period.

In addition, in the case of existing rooms, if there are furniture that cannot be moved or if there is water, the renovation itself must be given up.

Currently, the following method is known as a method for reforming an existing room without floor heating into a room with floor heating.

Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2010-222873)

This remodeling method is the content that cuts off the existing floor according to the size of the hot water panel to the ground, peels it off, lays the hot water panel here, and constructs the floor material on the entire floor including this hot water panel. is there.

However, in this method, the floor after remodeling becomes bulky by the thickness of the new flooring, so there is no problem if the doorway is a sliding door type, but in the case of a door type that opens inside, this door is the floor surface. It may become impossible to open and close.

Of course, there is a method of constructing a particularly thin floor material, but this will weaken the floor strength.
