Description

【0001】

Hereinafter, an embodiment of an overlaid wooden floor heating panel of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. Overlay type wooden floor heating panel (hereinafter, referred to as wood floor heating panels) A, for example, a thickness of 12 mm, width 75 mm, an elongate wood pieces 2, 2 of length 2400 mm, the flexible backing material of 3 is provided with a connecting flooring 1 which is connected in a lateral direction by a plurality (24 in the embodiment example) and can be wound (see FIG. 5), and is connected to the long wooden piece 2 in the same direction. Vertical edge members 4, which are tapered outward, are attached to both left and right ends of 1.
[0010]
For example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the long wooden piece 2 is formed by joining and integrating three to five solid wooden boards I, B, C, and D in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 4, each of the long wooden pieces 2 is formed with grooves 5, 5 for burying pipes, which are laid on the floor and are open on the back side which is the floor side. A hot water pipe 6 made of cross-linked polyethylene is buried in the groove 5, and hot water from a heat source device (not shown) is supplied to the hot water pipe 6 and circulated through substantially the entire wooden floor heating panel A. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the concave grooves 5, 5 are covered with the flexible back material 3 in a state where the hot water pipe 6 is buried .
[0011]
The wooden boards I, B, C, and D are made of a hardwood alder or a conifer cedar or the like, and are sawn in the shape of a vertically long plate along the grain direction, and the length in one longitudinal direction is about 100 to 800 mm. As shown in FIG. 3, the concave portion 7 and the convex portion 8 formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction are fitted to each other, and are fixed by bonding with an appropriate adhesive. 2.
[0012]
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB of the wooden floor heating panel A shown in FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. The long wooden pieces 2 and the long wooden pieces 2 and the vertical edge members 4 are unevenly fitted to each other (toning), and the back side of the connecting floorboard 1 The back member 3 formed by bonding an aluminum sheet 9 for heat equalization and a nonwoven fabric 10 is adhered, and the long wooden pieces 2 and the vertical edge members 4 are connected by the back member 3.
[0013]
Further, lateral edge members 11, 11 which are also tapered outward are attached to the upper and lower ends of the connecting floor 1 in the direction orthogonal to the long wooden piece 2. These horizontal edge materials 11 are attached in a state where the connecting floor material 1 is spread in a flat plate shape, and are spliced together with the long wooden pieces 2 by concave and convex fitting like the vertical edge material 4. It is a structure, and it is screwed to the vertical edge member 4 using the fixing metal fittings 13 and 13 shown in FIG. 5 at the time of installation of the wooden floor heating panel A with the tapered corner materials 12 and 12 arranged at the four corners.
[0014]
Reference numeral 14 denotes a hot water connection port provided on one side of the lateral edge material 11, and the hot water connection port 14 is connected to outgoing / return hot water pipes 15 and 15, and the other end of the hot water pipe 15 is provided inside the room. The pipe is connected to an outdoor heat source device via a hot water outlet (not shown) attached to a wall or the like.
[0015]
FIG. 5 is an explanatory view for explaining a winding state of the connecting floor material 1 at the time of packing or storing the wooden floor heating panel A. The connecting floor material 1 including the vertical edge material 4 is shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the lateral edge material 11, the corner material 12, and the fixing bracket 13 are separated from the connecting floor material 1 and put in a packing box.
[0016]
Next, a method of installing the wooden floor heating panel A will be described. First, after the connected floor material 1 in a rolled state as shown in FIG. 5 is spread on a floor such as a flooring with the back material 3 facing down, the side edge materials 11 are attached to the connected floor material 1. Thereafter, corner members 12 and 12 are arranged at four corners between the horizontal edge member 11 and the vertical edge member 4, and the horizontal edge member 11 and the corner material 12 are screwed to the vertical edge member 4 by using the fixing brackets 13 and 13. Stop and fix. Then, a plug (not shown) at the tip of the hot water pipe 15 connected to the hot water connection port 14 may be connected to a hot water outlet.
[0017]
According to the present embodiment, the wooden floor heating panel A connects the plurality of long wooden pieces 2 and 2 so as to be able to be wound by the back material 3 configured by bonding the aluminum sheet 9 and the nonwoven fabric 10 together, Since the configuration is such that the hot water pipes 6 are embedded in each of the long wooden pieces 2, the long wooden pieces 2 in which the hot water pipes 6 are embedded become the surface material, and the existing house is built without impairing the basic tone of the room floor. It can be used by laying it on a floor such as a wooden floor, and can realize hot water floor heating excellent in workability.
[0018]
In addition, since the long wooden piece 2 has a configuration in which three to five solid wooden boards A, B, C, and D are connected in the longitudinal direction and integrated, for example, due to the influence of heat, moisture, and the like. Even if the wooden board is warped, the warp is distributed to each of the wooden boards a, b, c and d. As a result, the warp of the long wooden piece 2 as a whole hardly occurs.
[0019]
In other words, the longer the length of the solid wood board, the greater the warpage of both ends due to deformation. Therefore, when a long piece of wood having a length of about 2400 mm is manufactured from one solid wood board, Although the warp becomes extremely large, and there is a concern that the warp will far exceed the permissible limit, as in the present invention, three or more wooden boards A, B, C, and D having a length of about 100 to 800 mm are connected. In the case where the long wooden piece 2 is formed, it is possible to disperse the warp in each of the wooden boards I, B, C, and D. For example, the warp occurs in each of the wooden boards A, B, C, and D. Even so, the long wooden piece 2 does not warp significantly as a whole.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a plurality of long wooden pieces are connected to each other by a flexible backing material so as to be able to be wound, and a hot water pipe for supplying hot water to the long wooden pieces is embedded. A floor-type wooden floor heating panel having a floor heating device, wherein the long wooden piece is formed by elongating a plurality of solid wooden boards each having a longitudinal dimension of about 100 to 800 mm. It is configured by joining and integrating in the direction, while the long wood piece, when laid on the floor, is formed with a groove for pipe burying the back side of the floor side is opened when the floor side is opened, The hot water pipe is buried in the concave groove, and the concave groove in a state where the hot water pipe is buried is covered with the flexible back material. become, exposed is above the surface of solid wood plate, and as a result, loss of the keynote of the chamber floor Not I, can be used as laying on the floor of existing houses, not only can realize the hot water floor heating with excellent workability, the elongate wood pieces that are wound linked constitute it Since it becomes possible to disperse the warp to a plurality of wooden boards whose length is set to about 100 to 800 mm , the occurrence of the warp is effectively suppressed with respect to the temperature change accompanying the supply of the heating hot water, and a good laying state to be maintained for a long period of time.
