Description

The present invention relates to a frame molding that forms a design surface attached to a door frame of a vehicle.

。   Conventionally, various frame moldings have been proposed. For example, in patent document 1, a claw part is provided in the side wall part formed in the peripheral part of the outer wall part of an outer member, and a holder member is made into an outer member by engaging a claw receiving part provided in a holder member with a claw part. Some are assembled (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, in the frame molding of Patent Document 1, the outer member is composed only of the outer wall portion and the side wall portion facing the vehicle opening. Thereby, when a person contacts the frame molding by opening and closing the vehicle door or the like, the hand may touch the vehicle inner end portion of the outer wall portion, which may cause discomfort to the person.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to prevent a person from feeling uncomfortable when a person contacts the frame molding by opening and closing a vehicle door or the like.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an outer member provided on a door frame that forms a window frame of a vehicle door that is attached to a vehicle opening of a vehicle main body, an inner side of the outer member, and the door frame. And a holder member that fixes the outer member to the frame member, wherein the holder member has a claw receiving portion that protrudes toward the inside of the vehicle at a peripheral portion of the holder member, and the outer member includes the door An outer wall portion that forms a design on the vehicle outer side of the frame, a side wall portion that is formed on a peripheral edge portion of the outer wall portion and that faces the vehicle opening and extends toward the vehicle inner side, and a vehicle inner end portion of the side wall portion A folding part that extends to the inside of the vehicle in a form in which an angle formed with the outer wall part is smaller than an angle formed between the outer wall part and the side wall part, and a vehicle inner end of the folding part It is formed, and a claw portion extending into the vehicle interior, mobile the claw portion is bent to inside and outside the vehicle by engaging with the claw receiving portion is configured to be regulated.

With this configuration, the frame molding of the present invention is formed at the vehicle inner end of the side wall facing the vehicle opening, and the angle formed with the outer wall is smaller than the angle formed between the outer wall and the side wall. A fold-in part is provided to extend. Thereby, the frame molding has a structure that prevents a hand from coming into contact with the vehicle inner end of the side wall and the vehicle inner end of the folding portion. That is, it is possible to prevent a person from feeling uncomfortable when the person contacts the frame molding by opening and closing the vehicle door.

According to a second problem solving means of the present invention, in the state before the claw portion is bent, the claw portion extends in a direction inclined toward the vehicle opening side than the direction in which the folding portion extends. It is the structure provided in.

Here, “inclined toward the vehicle opening side” means that the claw portion is formed from the angle formed with the folding portion with respect to the vehicle opening provided on the vehicle width direction side surface of the vehicle body and the vehicle inner side surface of the vehicle width direction side surface. This is a state in which the angle to be reduced becomes smaller.

With this configuration, in the frame molding of the present invention, the claw portion is provided in such a manner that it extends in a direction inclined toward the vehicle opening side with respect to the direction in which the folding portion extends. Thereby, the angle which an outer wall part and a nail | claw part form becomes larger than the angle which an outer wall part and a folding part form. That is, when the holder member is assembled to the outer member, the movement range of the holder member can be secured wider.

The third problem-solving means of the present invention is characterized in that the claw portion has a first concave portion and a second concave portion that are recessed in directions close to each other at both ends in the short direction of the claw portion, The second recess has a first bottom portion that is most depressed on the second recess side, the second recess has a second bottom portion that is most depressed on the first recess side, and the claw portion is formed before the claw portion is bent. In this state, the first bottom portion and the second bottom portion are folded along a line connecting the first bottom portion and the second bottom portion.

With this configuration, the first recess and the second recess at both ends in the short direction of the nail portion have the first bottom portion and the second bottom portion, and the nail portion is bent with a fold line on the line connecting the first bottom portion and the second bottom portion. It is done. Thereby, a nail | claw part becomes a shape which can be bent easily, and it can prevent that the bending stress which arises in a nail | claw part is transmitted to a folding part, a side wall part, and an outer wall part side. That is, the occurrence of distortion of the outer wall portion and the side wall portion of the outer member can be suppressed.

According to a fourth problem solving means of the present invention, in the state before the claw portion is bent, the first bottom portion is closer to the vehicle outer end portion of the first recess than the vehicle inner end portion of the first recess. The second bottom portion is formed at a position closer to the vehicle outer end portion of the second recess than the vehicle inner end portion of the second recess.

With this configuration, the first bottom portion and the second bottom portion are positioned closer to the vehicle outer end side than the vehicle inner end portions of the first recess portion and the second recess portion before the claw portion is bent. Thereby, the distance of the crease | fold formed in a nail | claw part and the vehicle inner side front-end | tip of a nail | claw part can be lengthened, and the force applied at the time of a nail | claw part bending can be made small. That is, it is possible to prevent the holder member from being displaced from the outer member when the claw portion is engaged with the claw receiving portion.

The purpose of the frame molding of the present invention is to prevent the person from feeling uncomfortable when the person contacts the door frame when the vehicle door is opened or closed.

The flange 31 includes a fan portion 34 whose one end side extends in a substantially fan shape, and a protruding portion 35 that protrudes from the end surface of the flange 31. Seven through holes 36 are provided in the fan portion 34 with a predetermined interval. The bent corner portion 37 of the flange 31 is provided with 23 through holes 38 at regular intervals over the entire length. Since the through hole 38 is provided in the corner portion 37, the diameter is smaller than that of the through hole 36. In addition, although the stainless steel material is used for the metal holder member 30 for rust prevention, it may be a structural material other than stainless steel as long as it is a corrosion-resistant metal or a rust-proof metal.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the resin holder member 40 is provided with a protruding nail receiving portion 50 at a position corresponding to the protruding portion 35 of the metal holder member 30. Further, an extending portion 53 that extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the flange 31 from the corner portion 37 of the resin holder member 40 is provided, and a lift prevention receiving portion 51 is provided at an end portion in the extending direction of the extending portion 53. Provided.

As shown in FIG. 4, the outer member 10 is made of, for example, stainless steel and is largely bent along the window frame of the vehicle door 6, and thus is a molded product by press working. Further, the outer member 10 is provided with a side wall portion 13, a folding portion 14, and a claw portion 60 on a rear peripheral edge portion 12 (peripheral edge portion of the outer wall portion) that forms a design on the outside of the vehicle. The claw portion 60 is provided at a position corresponding to the claw receiving portion 50 of the holder member 20 in a state where the holder member 20 is assembled to the outer member 10. Further, a lifting prevention claw portion 16 is provided on the front peripheral edge portion 15 of the outer wall portion 11. The lifting prevention claw portion 16 is provided at a position corresponding to the lifting prevention receiving portion 51 of the holder member 20 when the holder member 20 is mounted on the outer member 10.

Details of the claw portion 60 and the claw receiving portion 50 will be described with reference to FIG.

The claw receiving part 50 is provided on the rear peripheral edge 41 (the peripheral edge of the holder part) of the resin holder member 40 constituting the holder member 20. Further, the claw receiving portion 50 includes a molding engaging portion 44 and a claw locking portion 43. The claw locking portion 43 protrudes inward with the inner side surface 42 of the resin holder member 40 as a reference surface. Further, the molding engaging portion 44 projects rearward and outward from the rear peripheral edge portion 41 and has a rear side surface 45 and an outer side surface 46. The claw locking portion 43 has a covering portion 47, a claw locking tip portion 48, and an inclined portion 49. The covering portion 47 is formed in such a manner that it inclines from the inner end of the rear side surface 45 of the molding engagement portion 44 toward the inner front side. Further, the claw locking tip 48 protrudes inward from the inner end of the covering portion 47. Further, the folding portion 14 is inwardly forward from the inner end 13 a of the side wall portion 13 (the vehicle inner side end portion of the side wall portion) and extends in a direction along the covering portion 47 of the claw receiving portion 50. That is, since the folding part 14 is formed in the inner side end 13a, it has a structure which cannot touch directly. Further, the inner end 14a of the folding portion 14 (the vehicle inner end portion of the folding portion) is located on the inner side of the outer wall portion 11 and extends away from the rear peripheral edge portion 12, so that it is difficult for humans to touch directly. It has become. Further, the folding part 14 has an extending piece 17 formed at the inner end 14 a of the folding part 14 and extending in the same direction as the folding part 14. Further, a claw portion 60 is provided so as to extend inward from the inner end 17a of the extending piece 17 (the vehicle inner end portion of the folding portion). The claw portion 60 includes a base portion 61, a constricted shape portion 62, and a grip margin portion 63. The base portion 61 extends inward from the inner end 17 a of the extending piece 17.

Furthermore, the detail of the nail | claw part 60 is demonstrated using FIG.

The claw portion 60 includes a gripping margin portion 63, a constricted shape portion 62, and a base portion 61. The base portion 61 extends inward from the inner end 17 a of the extending piece 17. The constricted portion 62 has an upper arc portion 64 (first concave portion) and a lower arc portion 65 (second concave portion) formed at the upper end portion 66 and the lower end portion 67 (both ends of the claw portion in the short direction). Is formed at a position close to the vehicle outer end side). The first upper arc shape portion 64a and the second upper arc shape portion 64b are formed with different curvatures, and the first upper arc shape portion 64a is set to have a smaller curvature than the second upper arc shape portion 64b. .

Further, the second bottom portion 69 of the lower arc portion 65 is formed at a position where the first lower arc shape portion 65a and the second lower arc shape portion 65b are continuous. The 2nd bottom part 69 is formed in the position of the distance H2 curved most to the upper side arc part 64 side. The second bottom portion 69 has an outer end 65d (second concave portion) of the second lower arc-shaped portion 65b in the inner and outer direction, rather than the inner end 65c (vehicle inner end portion of the second concave portion) of the first lower arc-shaped portion 65a. Near the vehicle outer end). The first lower arc shape portion 65a and the second lower arc shape portion 65b are formed with different curvatures, and the first lower arc shape portion 65a is set to have a smaller curvature than the second lower arc shape portion 65b. . Further, when the claw portion 60 is bent, a fold 80 is formed on a line connecting the first bottom portion 68 and the second bottom portion 69.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the door rear frame molding 3. As shown in FIG. 7, the claw receiving portion 50 and the lifting prevention claw portion 51 of the holder member 20 engage with the claw portion 60 and the lifting prevention claw portion 16 of the outer member 10. The holder member 20 may be in a state in which a part of the holder member 20 is located outside the outer shape of the outer wall portion 11 and can be seen as a design from the outside of the vehicle.

The nail | claw part 60 and the nail | claw receiving part 50 of the assembled state are demonstrated using FIG. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 7 before the claw portion 60 is engaged with the claw receiving portion 50. The holder member 20 assembled to the outer member 10 comes into contact with the outer side surface 53 of the resin holder member 40 being substantially flush with the inner side surface 11a of the outer wall portion 11. In addition, the outer side surface 46 of the molding engaging portion 44 of the claw receiving portion 50 is in contact with the inner side surface 11 a of the outer wall portion 11 in a substantially flush state, and the rear side surface 45 of the molding engaging portion 44 is the front side surface of the side wall portion 13. Abuts in a substantially flush state with 13b. Further, the front side surface 14 a of the folding portion 14 and the front side surface 17 a of the extending piece 17 are in contact with the covering portion 47 of the claw locking portion 43 in a substantially flush state. Further, the front side surface 62 a of the constricted portion 62 and the front side surface 61 a of the base portion 61 are in contact with the rear side surface 48 a of the claw locking tip 48 in a substantially flush state. In addition, the outer member 10 and the holder member 20 may be assembled | attached in the state which a part of surface does not contact | abut substantially flush.

Further, the angle R2 formed by the folding part 14 and the outer wall part 11 is set to be smaller than the angle R1 formed by the outer wall part 11 and the side wall part 13. Further, the claw portion 60 forms an angle R3 with the outer wall portion 11 of 90 degrees. That is, the claw portion 60 extends in a direction inclined toward the vehicle opening 5 by an angle R4 from the direction in which the folding portion 14 extends. In addition, the nail | claw part 60 may be provided in R4. Moreover, although the outer wall part 11, the side wall part 13, the folding part 14, the extension piece 17, and the nail | claw part 60 are cross-sectional view linear shapes, the shape which the whole or one part bent may be sufficient.

FIG. 9 is an AA cross-section after engaging the claw portion 60. The claw portion 60 abuts so that the front side surface 62 a of the constricted shape portion 62 is along the outer shape of the inner side surface 48 a of the claw locking tip portion 48. Further, the front side surface 62 a of the constricted portion 62 and the front side surface 63 a of the gripping portion 63 abut against the inclined portion 49. The claw portion 60 is formed with a fold 80 at the same height L as the inner tip 48 b of the claw locking tip 48.

Next, the assembling method of this embodiment will be described.

When the holder member 20 is assembled to the outer member 10, the holder member 20 moves within a range R <b> 3 formed by the claw portion 60 and the outer wall portion 11 that are perpendicular to the outer member 10. Then, the holder member 20 is moved so that the claw portion 60 and the lifting prevention claw portion 16 of the outer member 10 are positioned at the positions of the claw receiving portion 50 and the rising prevention claw portion 51, respectively. Then, the cover portion 47 of the caulking receiving portion 60 and the outer surface 46 of the molding engaging portion 44 are moved along the folding portion 14 and the outer wall portion 11 of the claw portion 60, and the claw receiving portion 50 is assembled to the claw portion 60. .

In the assembled holder member 20, the outer side surface 53 of the resin holder member 40 comes into contact with the inner side surface 11 a of the outer wall portion 11. Further, the outer side surface 46 of the molding engaging portion 44 of the claw receiving portion 50 contacts the inner side surface 11 a of the outer wall portion 11, and the rear side surface 45 of the molding engaging portion 44 contacts the front side surface 13 b of the side wall portion 13. Further, the front side surface 14 a of the folding portion 14 and the front side surface 17 a of the extending piece 17 abut on the covering portion 47 of the claw locking portion 43. Further, the front side surface 62 a of the constricted portion 62 and the front side surface 61 a of the base portion 61 are in contact with the rear side surface 48 a of the claw locking tip portion 48.

When the holder member 20 is fixed to the outer member 10, the claw portion 60 is engaged with the claw receiving portion 50. In order to engage, pushing force F is applied from behind to the gripping margin 63, and the claw portion 60 is bent toward the claw receiving portion 50 side. Then, with the fold 80 as a boundary, the constricted portion 62 and the gripping portion 63 inside the fold 80 are bent toward the claw receiving portion 50 side. Then, the claw portion 60 abuts so that the front side surface 62 a of the constricted portion 62 is along the outer shape of the inner side surface 48 a of the claw locking tip portion 48. Further, the front side surface 62 a of the constricted portion 62 and the front side surface 63 a of the gripping portion 63 abut against the inclined portion 49. As a result, the claw receiving portion 50 is sandwiched between the claw portion 60 and the outer wall portion 11. That is, the outer member 10 assembled to the holder member 20 is restricted from moving in and out of the vehicle.

Further, the lifting prevention claw portion 16 of the outer member 10 is bent from above the lifting prevention receiving portion 51 of the resin holder member 40 and brought into contact with the lifting prevention receiving portion 51, so that the lifting prevention receiving portion 51 is lifted. Stop. Thereby, the lifting prevention claw portion 16 prevents the holder member 20 from lifting.

As described above in detail, according to the first embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.

(1) The folding portion 14 is formed at the inner end 13a of the side wall portion 13 facing the vehicle opening 5, and an angle R2 formed with the outer wall portion 11 is smaller than an angle R1 formed between the outer wall portion 11 and the side wall portion 13. Extend to the inside of the vehicle. As a result, the frame molding 1 has a structure that prevents the inner end 13 a of the side wall portion 13 and the inner end 14 a of the folding portion 14 from coming into contact with each other. That is, it is possible to prevent a person from feeling uncomfortable when the person contacts the frame molding 1 by opening and closing the vehicle door 6 or the like.

(2) Since the claw portion 60 extends in a direction perpendicular to the outer wall portion 11, the angle R3 formed by the claw portion 60 and the outer wall portion 11 is the angle R2 formed by the outer wall portion 11 and the folding portion 14. Become bigger. That is, when the holder member 20 is assembled to the outer member 10, the movement range of the holder member 20 can be widened.

(3) The claw portion 60 has an upper arc portion 64 and a lower arc portion 65 having a first bottom portion 68 and a second bottom portion 69, and a fold 80 formed on a line connecting the first bottom portion 68 and the second bottom portion 69. The nail | claw part 60 is bent by using as a fulcrum. Thereby, when the nail | claw part 60 is bent by the pushing force F, it can prevent that the bending stress which arises in the nail | claw part 60 is transmitted to the folding part 14, the side wall part 13, and the outer wall part 11 side. That is, distortion of the outer wall portion 11 and the side wall portion 13 of the outer member 10 can be suppressed.

(4) The first bottom portion 68 is formed at a position closer to the outer end 64d side of the second upper arc shape portion 64b than the inner end 64c of the first upper arc shape portion 64a. Further, the second bottom portion 69 is formed in a position closer to the outer end 65d of the second lower arc shape portion 65b than the inner end 65c of the first lower arc shape portion 65a in the inner and outer directions. Thereby, the distance between the fold 80 and the tip 63b of the gripping portion 63 can be increased, and the pushing force F applied when the claw portion 60 is bent can be reduced. That is, it is possible to prevent the holder member 20 from being displaced from the outer member 10 when the claw portion 60 is engaged with the claw receiving portion 50.

(5) The claw portion 60 is set such that the first upper arc shape portion 64a and the first lower arc shape portion 65a have a smaller curvature than the second upper arc shape portion 64b and the second lower arc shape portion 65b. Thereby, blank discharge | emission property can be improved at the time of the external shape cutting | disconnection of the nail | claw part 60 in a press process.

(6) Since the claw part 60 has the upper arc part 64 and the lower arc part 65, it is lighter than the claw part 60 without a curved shape. Thereby, the pushing force F at the time of bending the nail | claw part 60 can be made small, and the shift | offset | difference with respect to the outer member 10 of the holder member 20 when the nail | claw part 60 is engaged with the nail | claw receiving part 50 can be suppressed.

(7) Compared with the frame molding of the cited document 1, the outer member 10 only needs to change the type | mold of a press, and does not need to change the number of processes of the press process in the outer member 10. FIG. Thereby, effect (1)-(6) can be show | played, maintaining manufacturing cost.

(Second Embodiment)
Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Since the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the angle of the claw portion 60 is changed, a detailed description of the common configuration is omitted.

FIG. 10 is an AA cross section of this embodiment corresponding to FIG. As shown in FIG. 10, the claw portion 160 extends inward and rearward from the inner end 117 a of the extending piece 117 constituting the folding portion 114. In the claw portion 160, the tip end portion 163 b of the gripping margin portion 163 is positioned closer to the vehicle opening 5 than the inner end 117 a of the extension piece 117. That is, the claw portion 160 extends in a direction inclined toward the vehicle opening 5 side from the direction in which the folding portion 114 extends, and forms an angle R5 with the outer wall portion 11. Here, “inclined to the vehicle opening 5 side” means that the folding portion 114 is in relation to the vehicle opening 5 provided in the vehicle door 6 which is the lateral side surface of the vehicle body 8 or the inner side surface 9 of the lateral side surface. The angle formed with the claw portion 160 is smaller than the angle formed.

As described above in detail, according to the second embodiment, the following effects can be obtained in addition to the effects (1) to (7) in the first embodiment.

(1) The tip 163b of the gripping portion 163 of the claw 160 is positioned on the vehicle opening 5 side from the inner end 117a of the extending piece 117. Thereby, in the movement of the holder member 20, a wider movement range R5 can be ensured.

In addition, you may change the said embodiment as follows.

In the above embodiment, the claw portion 60 after being bent has the constriction-shaped portion 62 abuts on the claw-engaging tip portion 48, and the constriction-shaped portion 62 and the gripping margin portion 63 are connected to the inclined portion 49 of the claw-engaging portion 43. However, the constricted portion 62 and the grip margin 63 may abut the inclined portion 49, and the tip 63 b of the grip margin 63 may abut the inner side 42 of the resin holder member 40. Even in this case, it is possible to achieve effects according to the effects of the above embodiment.

In the above-described embodiment, the constricted portion 62 has the upper arc portion 64 and the lower arc portion 65, but may be formed as follows, for example.

As shown in FIG. 11, the constricted portion 262 has an upper bent portion 264 and a lower bent portion 265. The upper bent portion 264 has a substantially V shape in which the upper end portion 266 of the claw portion 260 is bent downward, and includes a first upper inclined portion 264a and a second upper inclined portion 264b. The lower bent portion 265 has a substantially V shape in which the lower end portion 267 of the claw portion 260 is bent upward, and includes a first lower inclined portion 265a and a second lower inclined portion 265b. Further, the first bottom portion 268 of the upper bent portion 264 is formed at a position where the first upper inclined portion 264a and the second upper inclined portion 264b are continuous. The first bottom portion 268 is formed at a position of a distance H3 that is bent most toward the lower bent portion 265 side. The first bottom portion 268 is formed at a position closer to the outer end 264d of the second upper inclined portion 264b than the inner end 264c of the first upper inclined portion 264a in the inner and outer directions. The first upper inclined portion 264a and the second upper inclined portion 264b are formed with different inclinations, and the first upper inclined portion 264a is set to have a smaller inclination than the second upper inclined portion 264b. Further, a second bottom portion 269 of the lower bent portion 265 is formed at a position where the first lower inclined portion 265a and the second lower inclined portion 265b are continuous. The second bottom portion 269 is formed at a position of a distance H4 that is bent most toward the upper bent portion 264 side. The second bottom portion 269 is formed in a position closer to the outer end 265d of the second lower inclined portion 265b than the inner end 265c of the first lower inclined portion 265a in the inner and outer directions. The first lower inclined portion 265a and the second lower inclined portion 265b are formed with different inclinations, and the first lower inclined portion 265a is set to have a smaller inclination than the second lower inclined portion 265b. Further, when the claw portion 260 is bent, a fold line 280 is formed on a line connecting the first bottom portion 268 and the second bottom portion 269. Even in this case, it is possible to achieve effects according to the effects of the above embodiment.
