Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a power storage system, a power storage control device, and a power control method, and more particularly to a power storage system that stores power and supplies the stored power.
In recent years, a power generation device using natural energy has been introduced in homes and the like, such as a solar power generation system. The power generation apparatus is introduced to reduce dependence on the system power supply and to obtain an economic benefit by selling power. On the other hand, due to power shortage and the like, there is a growing need for power storage devices that store power from commercial power sources.
FIG. 2 is a schematic block diagram when a photovoltaic power generation system and a power storage device are separately introduced.
The
On the other hand, the power stored in the
Thus, the power generation device and the power storage device have different roles and are therefore often introduced separately. When they are introduced separately, they are generally operated independently without changing the operation state of existing devices in relation to product warranty and the like.
Inventors have researched and developed the system which combined the system power supply, the electric power generating apparatus, and the electrical storage apparatus (for example, refer patent document 1). In addition, power storage is prohibited for power stored in the system power supply. In Patent Document 2, the power obtained by solar power generation and the power obtained by the system power source are stored in different power storage devices, and so to speak, the power is color-coded by the power storage devices, thereby obtaining the power by solar power generation. It describes that only the generated power can be sold.
However, as described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, for example, a system combining a system power source, a power generation device, and a power storage device is designed as a whole, and the power generation device and the power storage device are installed at the same time in principle. I was planning to do that.
In recent years, a photovoltaic power generation system has already been installed, and in many cases, a power storage device is newly introduced therein. Thus, when a power storage device is newly introduced in addition to an existing power generation device, for example, when the technology described in Patent Document 2 is applied as it is, the power generation device is connected to the power storage device in the technology described in Patent Document 2. As is done, it is necessary to change the already installed power generator from the grid side to the load side. For this reason, it is difficult to apply the conventional technology that is planned to be installed at the same time as it is and to operate both of them in cooperation even when they are installed separately.
Therefore, the present invention does not change the configuration of the power generation device, and can easily operate the power generation device and the power storage device independently or operate the power generation device and the power storage device in cooperation with each other. The purpose is to provide a system.

The power storage device adjustment unit further supplies the power stored in the power storage device, and stores the power of the system power supply to the power storage device. Whether the power storage device is connected without going through the power storage device adjustment unit, and whether the second switch connects or disconnects the power storage device adjustment unit, the system power supply, and the general load What to switch A.
A fourth aspect of the present invention is a power storage control device that stores power in a power storage device and supplies the stored power, and is connected to a power generation device that generates power separately from a system power supply. A connection unit; a second connection unit connected to the system power supply without passing through a reverse power flow sensor that detects a power flow from the power storage device to the system power supply; and the system power supply via the reverse power flow sensor. A first switch that switches whether to connect or connect the first connection unit and the power storage device; and a second switch that switches whether the power storage device and the third connection unit are connected or disconnected. Features .
A fifth aspect of the present invention is a power control method in a power storage system that stores power and supplies the stored power, the power storage system including a power storage device that stores power and the power storage device. A power storage control device that stores power and supplies the stored power, a reverse power flow sensor that detects a power flow from the power storage device to the system power supply, and a power generation device that generates power separately from the system power supply. The power storage control device determines whether to connect the control unit that controls the operation, the power generation device and the system power supply without going through the reverse power flow sensor, or to connect the power generation device and the power storage device. A first switch for switching, and a second switch for switching between connecting the power storage device and the system power supply via the reverse power flow sensor or disconnecting the power storage device and the system power supply. And when the power is supplied from the system power supply, the control unit switches whether the power generated by the power generation device is sold or stored in the power storage device by the first switch, When the electric power is not supplied from the grid power source, the power generation device and the power storage device are connected by the first switch when the power storage device is switched between a grid operation and a self-sustained operation by two switches. The method includes storing the power generated by the device in the power storage device.
In each aspect of the present invention, the power generation apparatus generates power using natural energy such as sunlight.
In each aspect of the present invention, an auxiliary power source that generates power using the power storage device as a reference power source may be provided. The auxiliary power source is, for example, a small output power generator (for example, a fuel cell, a gas power generation device, a wind power generator, etc.) having an inverter function. In particular, by connecting this auxiliary power source between the power storage control device and the dedicated load, it becomes possible to continuously generate power.
Furthermore, the present invention may be regarded as a program for causing a computer to function as the control unit according to the fifth aspect and a computer-readable recording medium for recording this program (steadily).
According to each aspect of the present invention, the power switch (eg, the
For example, when the power of the power generation device is connected to the system power supply by the first switch, the power generation device operates independently of the power storage device. Therefore, it is possible to sell power while maintaining the state before the introduction of the power storage device. Furthermore, by connecting the system power supply and the power storage device with the second switch, the power storage device can be operated in an interconnected manner, and charging of the power storage device can be realized.
Further, when the power generation device and the power storage device are connected by the first switch, the power generation device and the power storage device can be operated in cooperation. In this case, the power generation device is operated as a power supply source to the power storage device. Such an operation is difficult to realize by separately managing the power generation device and the power storage device.
An example of this cooperative operation is to connect the system power supply and the power storage device by the second switch in a state where power is supplied from the system power supply, thereby causing the power storage device to perform a grid-operated operation. That is, the output of the power generator is difficult to predict, particularly when natural energy is used. When such power is supplied to the load as it is, power control becomes difficult. Therefore, by outputting to the load via the power storage device, the output that is difficult to predict can be smoothed, and power control becomes easy. Thereby, it is possible to stably supply power to the general load from the power storage device and reduce the amount of power of the system power supply.
In addition, when power is not supplied from the system power supply or when the system power supply and the power storage device are shut off by the second switch, for example, the power generation device and the power storage device are connected by the first switch, so that the power storage device becomes independent. Operate and supply power to some or all of the load.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the following examples.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a power supply system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The power storage system 1 includes a commercial power source 3 (an example of “system power source” in the claims of the present application), a general load 5 (an example of “general load” in the claims of the present application), and a dedicated load 7 ( ”, A distribution board 9, and a power storage system 11 (an example of“ power storage system ”in the claims of the present application).
The
The
The general load 9 is a load different from the
The distribution board 9 is used for an electric supply circuit for electricity to a load. In the present embodiment, the
The
The power storage device 29 is for charging power and discharging the stored power.
The reverse
The
The
The power
The
The
The
When the
When the

The
The
Thus, in the present embodiment, the
