Description

The present invention relates to an electromagnetic coupling device, and more particularly to an electromagnetic coupling device that improves assembly workability related to lead wire drawing.

Conventionally, as a lead wire drawing means from a yoke of an electromagnetic coupling device of a lead wire used in an electromagnetic coupling device, an elastic body called a hollow rubber chromet or rubber bush as disclosed in Patent Document 1 is used, It is known that a lead wire is inserted into this elastic body and is pressed into a through hole of a yoke of an electromagnetic coupling device to protect the internal lead wire from disconnection or the like.

FIG. 4 is a schematic plan view (a) and a front view (b) of an example of the rubber bush 904. As shown in the figure, the rubber bush 904 has a substantially cylindrical shape and is roughly composed of a main portion 904a and a flange portion 904b at the end thereof, and the inside has a hollow portion 904c in the longitudinal direction of the substantially cylinder. It is made by integrally molding with nylon 66 or polyamide.

The rubber bush 904 has a hollow portion 904c inserted with a lead wire (not shown), the side surface of the outer wall 904d is press-fitted into the insertion hole of the yoke, and the flange portion 904b is closely attached so as to close the gap between the insertion hole and the outer wall 904d. Thus, the effect of improving the protection and airtightness of the internal lead wire is exhibited.

FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing an example of a conventional electromagnetic coupling device 901 using a rubber bush 904, and FIG. 5 (a) is a partial cross-sectional view taken along line BB in the partial plan view shown in FIG. 5 (b). FIG.

In the electromagnetic coupling device 901, the lead wire 903 connected to the exciting coil 906 is pulled out from the inside through the through hole 902a of the yoke 902, the lead wire 903 is inserted into the rubber bush 904, and the rubber bush 904 is inserted into the through hole 902a. There is known a structure in which the coil bobbin 905 is attached to the yoke 902 and the electromagnetic coupling device 901 is assembled while being press-fitted into the yoke.

However, when the lead wire 903 is inserted into the through hole 902a in this way, the gap between the coil bobbin 905 and the yoke 902 may be small due to the demand for downsizing of the electromagnetic coupling device. The work of attaching the coil bobbin 905 to the yoke 902 while passing through the hole 902a is a troublesome work. Further, depending on the material of the rubber bush 904, the chemical resistance is low, and it may be deteriorated or lost.

It is an object of the present invention to provide an electromagnetic coupling device that solves such problems at the same time, improves workability when attaching a coil bobbin to a yoke, and eliminates problems caused by using a rubber bush. It is said.

The present invention takes the following measures in view of the above problems.

That is, the electromagnetic coupling device of the present invention includes a yoke having a cylindrical peripheral wall, a coil bobbin attached to the inner periphery of the yoke, an excitation coil wound around the coil bobbin, and the excitation coil via the peripheral wall. And a lead member that is led out of the yoke, and has a notch at the edge of the peripheral wall of the yoke, and a closing member that closes the opening of the notch at the notch section of the notch A closing member mounting portion for mounting the lead wire is provided, an elastic body is sheathed on the outer periphery of the lead wire, and the lead wire is pulled out of the yoke in a state of being engaged with the closing member mounting portion via the elastic body. Configure.

In this way, instead of the through hole for drawing the lead wire from the exciting coil to the outside, a notch is provided at the edge of the peripheral wall of the yoke, and the notch is sandwiched between the outer opening and the inner opening. Since the closing member mounting portion is provided in the cut-out cross section, the lead wire can be inserted into the cut-out portion along with the mounting of the coil bobbin to the yoke. It is possible to remarkably improve the performance, and at the same time, when an external blocking member is mounted on the blocking member mounting portion, it is possible to effectively prevent foreign dust, dust, etc. from entering the electromagnetic coupling device. it can.

In addition, since the lead wire covers the elastic body at the position where it is engaged with the closing member mounting portion, the lead wire can be protected without using a rubber bush.

Further, by providing such a closing member mounting portion, when the electromagnetic coupling device according to the present embodiment is finally incorporated into a product, the circumferential positioning is performed using the position where the closing member is mounted on the closing member mounting portion as a clue. Therefore, there is an advantage that the assembly work becomes easy.

In addition, in order to further prevent dust from entering from the outside, it is preferable that a narrowed portion in the direction of narrowing the opening width of the cutout portion is provided at or around the cutout portion.

As described above, according to the present invention described above, the yoke is provided with the notch opening at the edge of the peripheral wall of the yoke instead of the through hole for drawing out the lead wire, and the outer opening and the inner opening of the notch are further provided. Since the notch cross section between the two parts is provided with a blocking member mounting part, it is possible to remarkably improve the workability related to lead wire drawing and to the inside of the electromagnetic coupling device for dust, dust, etc. from the outside It is possible to provide an electromagnetic coupling device that simultaneously eliminates the contamination and can also perform positioning using the closing member mounting portion when coupling with an attachment target (application target).

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an electromagnetic coupling device 1 according to the present embodiment, FIG. 2 (a) is a schematic partial sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1, and FIG. 2 (b) is a partial plan view. It is.

The electromagnetic coupling device 1 of the present embodiment includes a yoke 2, a coil bobbin 5 (see FIG. 2A) mounted on the inner periphery of the yoke 2, an excitation coil 6 wound around the coil bobbin 5, And a lead wire 3 drawn from the exciting coil 6 through the yoke 2. The yoke 2 has a bottomed cylindrical shape, has a shaft portion 2b at the center, and an annular recess 2c is formed between the shaft portion 2b and the peripheral wall 2a. On the other hand, the coil bobbin 5 has a U-shaped cross section and is rotated so that the opening is located on the outer peripheral side. The coil bobbin 5 is mounted in the recess 2c along the axial direction of the shaft portion 2b. . In this embodiment, there are two lead wires 3.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the use of the conventional through hole of the yoke 902 and the rubber bush 904 is abolished, and the notch 7 is provided at the edge of the peripheral wall 2 a of the yoke 2. . In addition, in order to protect the lead wire 3, in the present embodiment, the outer periphery of the two lead wires 3 is covered with a heat-shrinkable insulating tube 4. When the coil bobbin 5 is assembled in the yoke 2, the lead wire 3 whose outer periphery is covered with the heat-shrinkable insulating tube 4 that is an elastic body is positioned at the inner end of the notch portion 7. doing.

FIGS. 3B and 3C are an enlarged perspective view and a schematic enlarged front view of a portion X in FIG.

As shown in these drawings, the cutout section sandwiched between the outer opening 7o and the inner opening 7i of the cutout portion 7 of the yoke 2 closes the opening of the cutout portion 7 so that dust, dirt, etc. A blocking member mounting portion 8 for mounting a blocking member 10a (see an imaginary line in FIG. 1) for preventing mixing from the outside is provided. The closing member 10a is attached to the cover 10 which is an example of the attachment destination (application destination) of the electromagnetic coupling device 1, and when the electromagnetic coupling device 1 is accommodated in the cover 10, the closing member 10a. Is attached to the closing member attaching portion 8. The notch 7 is configured such that the outer opening 7o is smaller than the inner opening 7i.

Further, the closing member mounting portion 8 includes a convex portion 8a parallel to the outer opening 7o and the inner opening 7i of the cutout portion 7. This is because the external closing member 10a described above has an engaging groove 10b when used as a final product, and the engaging groove 10b is unevenly engaged with dust from the outside. This is a structure for preventing dust and the like from entering the electromagnetic coupling device 1. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and the long convex portion 8a may be a concave groove opposite to the above-mentioned one so as to be effectively engaged with the shape on the other side. What is necessary is just to engage with the shape of a member.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, a substantially semi-elliptical constriction 9 in the direction of narrowing the notch width of the notch 7 is formed at the inner end of the notch 7 in the inner end of the notch 7. It is provided at the end. The inner periphery of the narrowed portion 9 substantially corresponds to the outer shape of approximately half the periphery of the insulating tube 4 in which the lead wires 3 are bundled.

As described above, the electromagnetic coupling device 1 of the present embodiment includes the yoke 2 having the cylindrical peripheral wall 2a, the coil bobbin 5 attached to the inner periphery of the yoke 2, and the excitation coil wound around the coil bobbin 5. 6 and a lead wire 3 drawn out from the exciting coil 6 through the peripheral wall 2a to the outside of the yoke 2, a notch 7 is provided at the edge of the peripheral wall 2a of the yoke 2, and the notch A closing member mounting portion 8 for mounting a closing member for closing the opening of the notch portion 7 is provided in the notch section of the portion 7, and a heat-shrinkable insulating tube that is an elastic body is provided on the outer periphery of the lead wire 3. The lead wire 3 is drawn out of the yoke 2 in a state where the lead wire 3 is engaged with the closing member mounting portion 8 via the heat-shrinkable insulating tube 4. Thus, by replacing the through hole with the notch 7, the work related to drawing the lead wire 3 to the outside, which has been troublesome in the past, can be performed along with the mounting of the coil bobbin 5 to the yoke 2. At the same time, it is possible to remarkably improve the problem caused by using the rubber bush 904, that is, to eliminate the contamination of the electromagnetic coupling device 1 from the gap caused by the loss of the rubber bush 904. It becomes possible. Since the lead wire 3 externally covers the insulating tube 4 that is an elastic body at a position where the lead wire 3 is engaged with the closing member mounting portion 8, the lead wire 3 can be protected. Furthermore, by providing such a closing member mounting portion 8, positioning when the electromagnetic coupling device 1 in this embodiment is finally incorporated into a product is facilitated.

Further, since the closing member mounting portion 8 is provided with a narrowed portion 9 in the direction of narrowing the opening width of the notch portion 7, the narrowed portion 9 is an elastic body and is a heat-shrinkable insulating tube 4 at the inner end. The shape of the lead wire 3 covered with the metal wire further suits, and when the closing member 10 is attached from the outside, it is possible to further prevent dust and dirt from entering the electromagnetic coupling device 1 from the outside. It becomes possible.

As mentioned above, although one Embodiment of this invention was described, the specific structure of each part is not limited only to embodiment mentioned above.

For example, in the present embodiment, the heat-shrinkable insulating tube 4 is used as an elastic body that protects the lead wire 3, but the present invention is not limited to this, and other elastic bodies can be selected depending on the use environment.

Moreover, in this embodiment, although the convex part 8a was provided as the obstruction | occlusion member mounting part 8, not only this but a wavy thing and a recessed part may be sufficient, and there is only a longitudinal level | step difference depending on use environment. It may be a thing.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the substantially semi-elliptical constriction 9 is provided, but the shape of this constriction 9 is not limited to a substantially semi-elliptical shape, and the gap between the lead wire 3 or the insertion object is reduced. If so, it can be deformed.

In addition, in the present embodiment, the outer opening 7o of the notch 7 is provided so as to be smaller than the inner opening 7i. The size of the opening 7o and the inner opening 7i may be the same, or conversely, the outer opening 7o may be larger.

In addition to the above, the specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
