Description
The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin pipe rehabilitation method in which an inner wall surface of an existing pipe such as an agricultural water pipe, a sewer pipe, a water pipe, a gas pipe, etc. is covered with a thermoplastic resin pipe, and this thermoplastic resin pipe rehabilitation method. The present invention relates to a drum transport carriage used in a construction method.
Conventionally, as a countermeasure for existing pipes such as agricultural water pipes, sewer pipes, water pipes, gas pipes, etc. that have become obsolete and cracked or corroded, a thermoplastic resin pipe that has been flattened in the pipes of the existing pipes Then, the outer peripheral surface of the thermoplastic resin tube is brought into close contact with the inner wall surface of the existing tube by subjecting the thermoplastic resin tube to a heat treatment, whereby the inner wall surface of the existing tube is A thermoplastic resin pipe rehabilitation method for covering with a plastic resin pipe is performed (see, for example,
In carrying out this thermoplastic resin pipe rehabilitation method, the thermoplastic resin pipe flattened in the factory is wound around a take-up drum, and the take-up drum is loaded on the loading platform of a truck such as a truck. Transport to the road where the construction start point is located by land, pull out the thermoplastic resin tube wound around the winding drum at that point, and insert the thermoplastic resin tube into the existing pipe line through the primary shaft. After that, heat treatment was performed.
This thermoplastic resin pipe rehabilitation method is mainly performed on existing pipes having a relatively small pipe diameter. However, a road having an existing pipe having a relatively small pipe diameter embedded therein has a road width of 2500 mm. Since there are many narrow roads below, it has been physically difficult to bring a lorry into the primary side shaft on the narrow road.
In this case, the lorry is stopped on a road having a road width exceeding 2500 mm existing in the vicinity of the narrow road, and at the stop position, the thermoplastic resin pipe is drawn from the winding drum and pulled to the construction start point. It is conceivable to adopt a means of inserting into the existing pipe through a primary side shaft located at the construction start point.
However, for example, in order to pull out the thermoplastic resin tube from the winding drum in winter or in a cold region, the thermoplastic resin tube wound around the winding drum is softened by preheating. When there is a distance from the road where the lorry is stopped to the primary side shaft, there is a need to pull the thermoplastic resin pipe to the primary side shaft. The resin tube cools and loses flexibility, making it difficult to insert the thermoplastic resin tube into the existing tube.
The present invention has been developed to solve the above technical problem, and is a novel thermoplastic resin pipe that can suitably rehabilitate an existing pipe even when the construction start point is on a narrow road. An object of the present invention is to provide a rehabilitation method and a drum transport carriage used in the thermoplastic resin pipe rehabilitation method.
The thermoplastic resin pipe rehabilitation method of the present invention inserts the thermoplastic resin pipe into the existing pipe through the primary side shaft existing at the construction start point, and reaches the secondary side shaft existing at the construction end point along the pipeline of the existing pipe.
<Thermoplastic resin pipe rehabilitation method>
Then, this invention construction method (thermoplastic resin pipe renovation construction method) using the said
In carrying out the method of the present invention, first, the
After winding the
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the
The
After the
In addition, since the operation | work so far is performed in a factory, it does not affect the work time in the work site which renovates the existing pipe |
Next, the
After the
As shown in FIG. 6, in the
After transporting the
After the positioning of the
After the installation of the
After covering the
On the other hand, the winch W is arrange | positioned in the vicinity of the
Prior to the construction of the method of the present invention, the inside of the existing
Next, when the wire Y is wound by operating the winch W, the
At this time, as shown in FIG. 10, the two
In response to the withdrawal of the
Further, the
After the
After the front end and the rear end of the
Finally, air is pumped into the
In the present embodiment, the construction start point of the
In the present embodiment, since the present invention method is executed using the
Further, in the present embodiment, the present invention construction method is executed by using the
