Preferably, the reference information is mets (METs) which is information on the strength of physical activity of the subject.
According to the said structure, since reference | standard information becomes a reference | standard called "METs" which the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare etc. involved, etc. determined, it is easy for a subject to evaluate momentum.
In the present invention, the above object has an acceleration information detection unit that detects exercise amount information of the subject as acceleration information, stores reference information of the exercise amount information, and at least the reference information of the target. Target acceleration reference information that is the acceleration information corresponding to the target reference information is stored in an acceleration reference information storage unit, and it is determined whether or not the acceleration information has reached the target acceleration reference information, and the target acceleration reference When the information is reached, the display unit displays that the information has been reached, determines whether the accumulated time of the acceleration information that has reached the target acceleration reference information has reached the target time, and sets the target time to the target time.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiments described below are preferred specific examples of the present invention, and thus various technically preferable limitations are given. However, the scope of the present invention is particularly limited in the following description. Unless otherwise stated, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing, for example, an
Specifically, it has X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis acceleration sensors inside, and the acceleration information detected by these acceleration sensors is, for example, X-axis acceleration data, Y-axis acceleration data, and Z-axis acceleration data. The average triaxial acceleration data is detected, and the momentum is measured from the acceleration data.
Traditionally, walking is considered to be good for health, and 10,000 steps per day were recommended. However, in recent years, it is important to improve lifestyle-related diseases through exercise. Activity. This “medium-intensity” activity is fast walking, but it is difficult to grasp the amount of exercise.
Therefore, in recent years, there is “METs” as a standard of the amount of exercise (physical activity) determined by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the like, and it is trying to objectively measure the amount of exercise with this Met.
For example, mets are classified from 0.9 mets to 15 mets, “0.9 mets” is the amount of exercise in sleep, etc. “1.0 mets” is the amount of exercise in listening to music, watching movies, etc., “2.0 mets” Is the amount of exercise in cooking, etc., "3.0 Mets" is the amount of exercise such as car washing, "4.0 Mets" is the amount of exercise in garden cleaning, etc. "5.0 Mets" is the amount of exercise in playing with children, etc. .
According to this Mets standard, the above-mentioned “medium-level activities” are set to “3 Mets” or more. For this reason, if a person continues “car wash” for “20 minutes”, it can be determined that the amount of exercise is favorable for improving lifestyle-related diseases.
However, human exercises and activities do not necessarily perform the exercises exemplified in the Mets standards. Therefore, it is more preferable to measure the amount of exercise of a person, convert the amount of exercise into a Mets standard, and determine whether or not the accumulated exercise amount per day corresponds to “medium intensity activity of 20 minutes or more”.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, whether or not the exercise of the subject possessing the
Thereby, the subject who possesses the

As shown in FIG. 2, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the average triaxial acceleration

3 and 4 are schematic flowcharts showing main operations and the like of the
この状態で、図3のステップST(以下「ST」とする)1へ進む。
First, a subject who wishes to measure his / her exercise amount, activity amount, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “exercise amount”) carries the
In this state, the process proceeds to step ST (hereinafter referred to as “ST”) 1 in FIG. In ST1, it is determined whether or not data before the previous day is stored in the medium intensity activity accumulated time data storage unit 23 (the contents of this storage unit will be described later) in FIG.
That is, in the present embodiment, the
Specifically, this determination is made by the medium-intensity activity accumulated time data presence / absence determination processing unit (program) 24 before the previous day in FIG. 2, and when the corresponding data exists, the data before the previous day is obtained in ST2. It erases from the medium-intensity activity accumulated time
The erased data is stored as past history data.
Next, the process proceeds to ST3. In ST3, the average triaxial acceleration
In the present embodiment, the amount of exercise of the subject is grasped as acceleration data. Specifically, the
Thus, the reason why the exercise amount of the subject is grasped as the acceleration data is that the increase / decrease in the average triaxial acceleration data substantially corresponds to the increase / decrease in the oxygen intake amount of the subject, whereby the increase / decrease in the exercise amount can be grasped. .
Further, in the present embodiment, correspondence data between the average triaxial acceleration data and the above-described reference information, for example, Mets, is stored in the acceleration / Mets correspondence
For this reason, average triaxial acceleration data corresponding to “3 Mets”, which is a medium-intensity activity, is also stored. This “3 Mets” is an example of target reference information, and average three-axis acceleration data corresponding to “3 Mets” is an example of target acceleration reference information. Therefore, the acceleration / mets correspondence
If the average triaxial acceleration data generation device calculates the average triaxial acceleration data and stores it in the average triaxial acceleration
In ST4, the average triaxial acceleration data determination processing unit (program) 27 in FIG. 2 operates, and the average triaxial acceleration data in the average triaxial acceleration
That is, it is determined whether or not the subject's exercise corresponds to a medium-intensity exercise.
If the average triaxial acceleration data is not “3 mets (medium intensity exercise)” or more in ST4, the process proceeds to ST5.
In ST5, the Mets value corresponding to the average triaxial acceleration data is displayed on the Mets etc.
As shown in FIG. 1, the Mets etc.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the Mets display 12 is configured to simultaneously display Met values up to a predetermined time, for example, up to about the past 50 minutes.
For this reason, the target person is also configured to be able to simultaneously grasp past Mets values on the same screen.
In the present embodiment, the average triaxial acceleration data displayed on the
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram showing a display example of the Mets etc.
As shown in FIG. 5, the display (arrow A) portion at the right end of the Mets display 12 is displayed as the amount of exercise of “1 Mets”. Therefore, the subject can immediately recognize that his / her own momentum of “2 minutes” has not reached “medium intensity exercise”.
On the other hand, when the average triaxial acceleration data is equal to or greater than “3 mets (medium intensity exercise)” in ST4 of FIG. 3, the process proceeds to ST6.
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram showing a display example of the
As shown in FIG. 6, in ST6, a mets value (6 mets) corresponding to the average triaxial acceleration data is displayed on the
As a result, the subject knows that the most recent exercise amount (up to 2 minutes before) has reached “medium-intensity exercise”, and whether or not his / her exercise is a favorable exercise amount for improving lifestyle-related diseases in almost real time. Can be easily determined.
In ST6, “2 minutes” that is the time of the average three-axis acceleration data of “3 mets” or more is added to the medium-intensity activity accumulation time data in the “medium-intensity activity accumulation time
That is, the arcuate “medium intensity activity time target
In this embodiment, when all of the “medium intensity activity time goal
When the medium intensity activity time target
Therefore, the subject can easily determine how much his / her exercise is insufficient for the target by visually recognizing the “medium intensity activity time target
The medium intensity activity time target
Next, the process proceeds to ST7. In ST7, the medium-intensity activity accumulated time achievement determination processing unit (program) 28 in FIG. 2 operates, refers to the medium-intensity activity accumulated time
If the data is “20 minutes” or more in ST7, the process proceeds to ST8.
FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a display example of the
As shown in FIG. 7, the “Banzai mark” is displayed on the
As a result, the subject can easily recognize that his / her exercise has become “medium intensity exercise for 20 minutes per day”, which is a preferable exercise amount for improving lifestyle-related diseases.
As described above, in the present embodiment, not only can it be easily understood how the exercise corresponds to the criteria of “METs” that are difficult to judge as criteria, but also the lifestyle based on the Mets criteria.
