When the fastening implement 24 is rotated further clockwise, the bracket 25 rises and abuts on a lower surface of the top part 15a of the buffer, and the top part 15a is sandwiched by a lower surface of the raising pipe 22 and the bracket 25 from upper and lower sides. Thus, the descent blocking device 20 is fixed to the buffer 15. For dismounting, the fastening implement 24 is rotated in the reverse direction.

Description

The present invention relates to an elevator apparatus in which a shock absorber is installed below a lift of a car or a counterweight.

FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing a conventional elevator apparatus. In the figure, 1 is an elevator hoistway, 2 is a car, 3 is a counterweight, 4 is a floor of the uppermost landing floor provided in the hoistway 1, 5 is a floor of the lowermost landing hall, and 6 is a hoistway. A suspension car installed at the upper part of 1, 7 is a main rope connecting the car 2 and the counterweight 3 via the suspension car 6, and 8 is a maintenance person riding on the car.

Reference numeral 9 is a counterweight buffer provided at the bottom of the hoistway 1 so as to face the counterweight 3, 10 is a car shock absorber, 11 is a counterweight descent prevention device, and a counterweight buffer for maintenance. The top of the container 9 is fastened and fixed by a plurality of bolts 12. Reference numeral 13 denotes a car lowering prevention device, which is fastened and fixed to the top of the car shock absorber 10 by a plurality of bolts 12 during maintenance. Reference numeral 14 denotes a maintenance staff at the bottom of the hoistway 1.
FIG. 4 shows a state in which the counterweight shock absorber 9 is fully compressed under the load of the counterweight 3, and the car shock absorber 10 does not receive the load of the car 2, but only the load of the car lowering prevention device 13. It shows a state where it has not been received and is growing.

The counterweight descent prevention device 11 prevents the descent of the counterweight 3 at a position above the counterweight shock absorber 9, that is, at a predetermined position above the normal descent position. By preventing the counterweight 3 from descending, the ascent of the car 2 is restricted at a predetermined position below the normal ascent position.

If the maintenance person 8 who has been on the car keeps raising the car 2 by mistake during maintenance, the maintenance person 8 may hit his head against the ceiling of the hoistway 1 as indicated by a broken line. In order to prevent this, when carrying out maintenance on the car, the counterweight lowering prevention device 11 is first attached to the counterweight shock absorber 9, and the counterweight 3 is countered before the counterweight shock absorber 9. The car 2 is prevented from physically rising above a predetermined position by hitting the weight lowering prevention device 11.
The dimension of the counterweight descent prevention device 11 at this time is set to such a length that the maintenance person 8 riding on the car does not hit his head on the ceiling of the hoistway 1, so that the safety of the maintenance person 8 is ensured. Is done.

When the maintenance staff 14 is at the bottom of the hoistway 1, the car lowering prevention device 13 prevents the lowering of the car 2 at a position above the car shock absorber 10, that is, at a predetermined position above the normal lowering position. Therefore, the maintenance staff 14 does not collide with the car 2. Similarly, the counterweight descent prevention device 11 prevents the descent of the counterweight 3 at a predetermined position above the normal descent position, so that the maintenance staff 14 does not collide with the counterweight 3.

However, since the above-described device is configured to fasten and fix the descent prevention devices 11 and 13 to the respective shock absorbers 9 and 10 with the bolts 12, it takes a lot of time for bolt mounting position adjustment and bolt tightening / unmounting operations. There's a problem.
In view of this, it has been considered to simplify the attachment of each descent prevention device to each shock absorber.

This example will be described with reference to FIGS. 5A and 5B are explanatory views in which the lowering prevention device is attached to the shock absorber. FIG. 5A is a front view, FIG. 5B is a side view, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the lowering prevention device. It becomes the composition of.
In the figure, 15 is a shock absorber for the car 2 or the counterweight 3, and 15a is a bowl-shaped shock absorber top. Reference numeral 16 denotes a lowering prevention device, which includes a lower surface contact plate 16a against which the lower surfaces of the car 2 and the counterweight 3 abut, a raised pipe 16b, a mounting portion 16c attached to the shock absorber 15 and an insertion hole 16d. The attachment portion 16c is formed in a C-shaped cross section so as to be fitted to the shock absorber top portion 15a. Reference numeral 17 denotes a positioning / detachment bolt.

When the lowering prevention device 16 is attached to the shock absorber 15, the attachment portion 16c is attached by sliding horizontally in accordance with the shock absorber top portion 15a, and the positioning and detachment prevention bolts 17 are attached to the insertion holes 16d. Thereby, the mounted bolt 17 is locked to the outside of the shock absorber top 15 a, and the lowering prevention device 16 is attached to the shock absorber 15.
In this example, since it is not necessary to tighten and fix the bolt 12 as in the case of FIG. 4, the lowering prevention device 16 can be easily attached to the shock absorber 15.

In the above-described device, the lowering prevention device 16 is horizontally slid in accordance with the shock absorber top 15a of the shock absorber 15, and the positioning / removal prevention bolt 17 is simply attached to the insertion hole 16d. However, since the bolts are not tightened as in the case of FIG. 4, the mounting becomes unstable. For this reason, when the car 2 or the counterweight 3 falls on the lowering prevention device 16, there is a possibility that the lowering prevention device 16 is displaced from the shock absorber 15 due to the impact.

The present invention relates to an elevator in which a shock absorber is disposed below a lifting body composed of a car and a counterweight, and a descent prevention device that prevents the lifting body from falling below a predetermined level during maintenance or the like is attached to the shock absorber. In the apparatus, the lowering prevention device includes a rotatable fastener and a bracket that is connected to the fastener and can be rotated by a predetermined amount, and the lowering prevention device is arranged at the top of the shock absorber. When the fastener is rotated in one direction, the bracket is rotated after a predetermined amount of rotation and comes into contact with the top of the shock absorber from below, so that the lowering prevention device is fixed to the top of the shock absorber, and in the reverse direction. When the bracket is rotated, the bracket is rotated by a predetermined amount in the opposite direction and then lowered and separated from the top of the shock absorber. It is obtained by Luo detachable become configuration.

Further, according to the present invention, the lowering prevention device has a raised pipe placed on the top of the shock absorber, a mounting plate fixed below the raised pipe, and a screw portion, and is rotatable to the mounting plate. A bracket that has a screw portion that is screwed into a screw portion of the fastener, and that rotates a predetermined amount as the fastener rotates, and a stopper that prevents the bracket from rotating. The bracket moves upward or downward when the fastener is rotated in a state in which the rotation is blocked.

According to the present invention, when the bracket rotates in one direction, a part of the bracket overlaps with the top of the shock absorber on a horizontal plane, and when rotated in the reverse direction, the bracket comes to a position not overlapping with the top of the shock absorber on the horizontal plane. It is characterized by the configuration.
In the present invention, the fastener is an eyebolt.

According to the present invention, the lowering prevention device can be easily and reliably attached to the shock absorber.

It is explanatory drawing which attached the descent | fall prevention device by embodiment of this invention to the buffer. It is explanatory drawing equivalent to the BB cross section of FIG. It is explanatory drawing which shows the procedure which attaches / detaches the fall prevention apparatus by embodiment of this invention to a buffer. It is the schematic which shows the conventional elevator apparatus. It is explanatory drawing which attached the conventional descent | fall prevention device to the shock absorber. It is a perspective view of the conventional fall prevention device.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view in which a descent prevention device is attached to a shock absorber, and is a view corresponding to FIG. 5. FIG. 1 (a) is a front view partially showing a cross section, and FIG. 1 (b) is FIG. It is AA sectional drawing of). FIG. 2 is an explanatory view corresponding to the BB cross section of FIG. 1, and FIG.

In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes a lowering prevention device which is attached to and detached from the shock absorber 15, and 21 is a lower surface abutting plate against which the lower surfaces of the car 2 and the counterweight 3 abut, and is fixed to the upper end of the raising pipe 22. 23 is a mounting plate fixed below the raised pipe 22, 24 is a fastener made of eye bolts rotatably provided at four positions of the mounting plate 23, and 25 is provided with a tapped hole (not shown) and fastened to this tapped hole. As shown in FIG. 2, the bracket 24 is a bracket in which the screw portion of the tool 24 is screwed. As shown in FIG. 2, an arc portion 25a and a long side portion 25b and a short side on both sides of the arc portion 25a with the fastener 24 as a center. A portion 25c is formed. Reference numeral 26 denotes a stopper disposed in the vicinity of each fastener 25 to prevent the bracket 25 from rotating. The lowering prevention device 20 is constituted by the lower surface contact plate 21 to the stopper 26.

A procedure for attaching and detaching the safety device will be described. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the lowering prevention device 20 is fixed to the shock absorber 15 and is the same state as FIG. FIG. 3A shows a state before the descent prevention device 20 is fixed to the shock absorber 15.

When the descent prevention device 20 is attached to the shock absorber 15, the order is (A) → (B) → (C) in FIG. 3. First, as shown in FIG. 3A, the raising pipe 22 is placed on the shock absorber top 15a. At this time, the bracket 25 is in a state where it does not overlap the shock absorber top 15a on the horizontal plane as shown in FIG.
Next, as shown in FIG. When the fastener 24 is rotated clockwise, the bracket 25 is also rotated clockwise. When viewed from below, as indicated by an arrow in FIG. 2A, the bracket 25 rotates 90 degrees counterclockwise about the fastener 24, and from the position of FIG. When the position reaches the position and the long side portion 25b of the bracket 25 hits the stopper 26, the rotation is stopped. Thereby, the bracket 25 comes to a position where a part thereof overlaps the shock absorber top 15a on the horizontal plane.

When the fastener 24 is further rotated clockwise, as shown in FIGS. 3B and 3C, the bracket 25 rises to contact the lower surface of the shock absorber top portion 15a, and the lower surface of the raising pipe 22 and the bracket 25 To sandwich the shock absorber top 15a from above and below. As a result, the lowering prevention device 20 is fixed to the shock absorber 15.

On the contrary, when the lowering prevention device 20 is removed from the shock absorber 15, the order is (C) → (D) → (A) in FIG. When the fastener 24 is turned counterclockwise from the state of FIG. 3C (the same applies to FIGS. 1A and 1B), the bracket 25 is also turned counterclockwise together. When viewed from below, as indicated by an arrow in FIG. 2 (b), the bracket 25 rotates 90 degrees clockwise around the fastener 24, from the position of FIG. 2 (a) to the position of FIG. 2 (b). When the short side portion 25c of the bracket 25 hits the stopper 26, the rotation is stopped. Thereby, the bracket 25 comes to a position where it does not overlap the shock absorber top 15a on the horizontal plane.

When the fastener 24 is further rotated counterclockwise, as shown in FIG. 3 (D), the bracket 25 is lowered and separated from the lower surface of the shock absorber top portion 15a to return to the state of FIG. 3 (A). Thereby, the descent prevention device 20 can be removed from the shock absorber 15.

Thus, according to the present embodiment, the lowering prevention device 20 can be easily attached to and detached from the shock absorber 15 simply by turning the fastener 24 made of an eyebolt. Moreover, since the top portion 15a of the shock absorber 15 is sandwiched between the mounting plate 23 and the bracket 25, the mounting plate 23 and the bracket 25 are firmly attached.

In the embodiment described above, the tap holes are provided in the bracket 25, but nut welding may be used instead of the tap holes. Moreover, although the fastener 24 and the bracket 25 are provided in four places, if it provides in three or more places, stable attachment can be performed. Further, the lowering prevention device 20 is attached to the shock absorber 15 by rotating the fastener 24 clockwise, and the lowering prevention device 20 is removed from the shock absorber 15 by rotating the fastener 24 counterclockwise. The direction of rotation may be reversed.

The bracket 25 is configured to rotate 90 degrees. However, the bracket 25 is not limited to the 90-degree rotation, and can be selected from a position that overlaps the shock absorber top 15a and a position that does not overlap on the horizontal plane. That's fine.
Furthermore, although an eyebolt is used as the fastener 24, other bolts such as a butterfly bolt may be used.

Further, the descent prevention device can be installed in both the car and the counterweight buffer, but can be installed only in either the car or the counterweight as required. The present invention can also be applied to an elevator such as a winding type or an indirect hydraulic elevator that does not have a counterweight.
Furthermore, this descent prevention device can be used not only at the time of maintenance, but also in various situations such as repairs and adjustments during installation.
