上記第一浄化部は、活性炭、イオン交換フィルター、砂濾過器、および造核ユニット濾過器のうち少なくとも1つ以上を具備し、
上記第二浄化部は、UF膜および/またはMF膜を具備し、
上記第三浄化部は、RO膜および/またはNF膜を具備し、
