Description

The present invention relates to a technique for regulating a route of a wire harness laid on a vehicle or the like.

Conventionally, in a vehicle or the like, the route of the wire harness may be restricted by a resin protector or the like.

Further, as disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 4, a technique for covering a wire harness laid on a vehicle or the like with a corrugated tube having good flexibility is known.

実開平4−86022号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-86022 特開2000−184551号公報JP 2000-184551 A 特開2002−64917号公報JP 2002-64917 A 特開2006−296166号公報JP 2006-296166 A

By the way, when the branch line portion extends from the main wire portion of the wire harness, if a route maintenance member made of resin is formed along the route of the wire harness, and the branch line portion is attached and fixed along this route maintenance member, The extending direction of the branch line can be regulated.

However, depending on the route of the wire harness, it becomes difficult to attach and fix the branch line portion to the route maintaining member near the root of the branch line portion. In particular, when the interval between the plurality of branch line portions is narrow, the adjacent branch line portions interfere with each other, and the mounting and fixing work becomes difficult.

Then, an object of this invention is to make it easy to maintain the branch line part of a wire harness in the state arrange | positioned along the path | route maintenance member.

Hereinafter, the wire harness with a path maintenance member concerning an embodiment is explained. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a wire harness 10 with a path maintenance member, FIGS. 2 and 3 are partial perspective views of the wire harness 10 with a path maintenance member, and FIG. 4 is a portion of the wire harness 10 with a path maintenance member. FIG. 5 is a plan view, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VV in FIG.

This wire harness 10 with a path maintaining member includes a wire harness main body 12, a path maintaining member 20, a tubular member 30, and a fixing member 40.

The wire harness main body 12 is configured by bundling a plurality of electric wires while branching. Specifically, the plurality of electric wires are configured to be bundled while branching according to the wiring form to the vehicle to be arranged. Bundling may be performed only by the wire harness main body 12 or may be performed together with the path maintaining member 20. Here, description will be made assuming the former configuration. The bundling of the plurality of electric wires is performed using an adhesive tape or a bundling tie. You may bind a some electric wire in the state which covered the wire harness main-body part 12 with the resin sheet or the corrugated tube. Moreover, although the clamp 12C for fixation to a vehicle is attached with respect to the wire harness main-body part 12 here, this is not essential.

The wire harness main body 12 has a main line portion 14 and a branch line portion 16. Here, the main line portion 14 is a portion where the largest number of electric wires are bundled. The main line portion 14 may be straight or bent. The branch line portion 16 is a portion drawn outward from the middle of the trunk portion 14. Here, a plurality (four in FIG. 1) of branch line portions 16 are branched from the main line portion 14. But the branch line part 16 may be one. Moreover, each branch line part 16 is extended toward the same outer side from the trunk line part 14, Therefore, each branch line part 16 is arrange | positioned in the parallel state at least at each root part. Note that another optical cable or the like may be bound to the wire harness main body 12.

A path maintaining member 20 is disposed on a part of the main line portion 14 of the wire harness main body 12 and a proximal end side portion of each branch line portion 16. The portion of the trunk portion 14 that is subject to route maintenance by the route maintenance member 20 may be the whole trunk portion 14 of the wire harness main body 12 or a part thereof. Further, the branch line portion 16 only needs to be restricted by the path maintaining member 20 in the extending direction with respect to the main line portion 14, and therefore, at least the proximal end portion of the branch line portion 16 is restricted by the path maintaining member 20. It only has to be.

The route maintaining member 20 includes a trunk route restriction portion 24 and a branch line route restriction portion 26.

The main route restriction part 24 is a part that restricts the route of the main part 14. Here, the main line route regulating portion 24 has a groove 24 g that can accommodate the main line portion 14 of the wire harness main body 12, and is formed in a shape along the laying route of the main line portion 14. More specifically, the trunk line restriction portion 24 is formed as a part of a cylinder, that is, a long member whose cross section is arcuate. Then, the trunk line portion 14 can be easily disposed in the groove 24g along the groove 24g through the upper opening of the groove 24g, and the trunk line 14 is disposed in the groove 24g. The part 14 and the main route restriction part 24 can be easily bound.

The branch line route restriction portion 26 is formed so as to branch from the main line route restriction portion 24 and restricts the route of the proximal end portion of the branch line portion 16, thereby restricting the extending direction of the branch line portion 16. Part. Here, the branch line route restricting portion 26 is formed in a shape having a groove 26 g that can accommodate the branch line portion 16 of the wire harness main body 12, similarly to the trunk route restricting portion 24. And the branch line part 16 is arrange | positioned along the branch line path | route control part 26 in the state in which the base end side part of the branch line part 16 was accommodated in the groove | channel 26g. The branch line route restricting portion 26 may be linear or curved. Moreover, the rod-shaped part which does not have the groove | channel 26g may be sufficient.

Here, a plurality of branch line route restriction portions 26 are provided corresponding to the respective branch line portions 16. A plurality of branch line portions 16 are arranged along the branch line route restricting portions 26, respectively. Note that not all branch line portions 16 need to be route restricted by the branch line route restriction portion 26.

The path maintaining member 20 is preferably a part that is integrally molded with resin or the like, but may be a part configured by combining a plurality of parts.

The cylindrical member 30 is a cylindrical member formed of resin or the like, and is formed in a cylindrical shape that can be put on the branch line portion 16 and the branch line route restriction portion 26. Here, the cylindrical member 30 is configured by a so-called corrugated tube in which a large-diameter annular portion and a small-diameter annular portion are alternately connected via a stepped portion. Since the cylindrical member 30 is easily elastically deformed at a step portion between the large-diameter annular portion and the small-diameter annular portion, the tubular member 30 has the property of being easily bent and deformed as a whole.

The cylindrical member 30 has an inner diameter that can be covered with the branch line path regulating portion 26 along the branch line portion 16. In addition, the length dimension of the cylindrical member 30 is equal to or greater than the length dimension of the branch line path restricting portion 26. Accordingly, the cylindrical member 30 is placed on the proximal end portion of the branch line portion 16 and the branch line path restriction portion 26 in a state where one end portion of the cylindrical member 30 is disposed near the main line portion 14 or the main line route restriction portion 24. In the covered state, the other end of the cylindrical member 30 is disposed at the end of the branch line path restricting portion 26 or at a position away from the end.

The fixing member 40 is a member that fixes the end of the tubular member 30 on the side away from the main line portion 14 to the branch line portion 16. Here, an adhesive tape is used as the fixing member 40, and the adhesive tape is fixed by being wound around the end portion of the cylindrical member 30 and the branch line portion 16 in a spiral shape or the like. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape may be wound around the intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction and the base end side portion of the cylindrical member 30 or may not be wound.

The manufacturing method of the said wire harness 10 with a path | route maintenance member is demonstrated.

First, the said wire harness main-body part 12 with which the some electric wire was bundled suitably is prepared. And the wire harness main-body part 12 is arrange | positioned along the path | route maintenance member 20, and the trunk line part 14 and the trunk line path | route control part 24 are bundled with an adhesive tape, and are integrated.

Then, the tubular member 30 is put on the base end side of the branch line portion 16 and the branch line route restriction portion 26. As the cylindrical member 30, a member in which no slit is formed along the longitudinal direction thereof may be used, or a member in which a slit is formed may be used.

When the cylindrical member 30 formed with the slit is used, after the branch line portion 16 is disposed in the cylindrical member 30 through the slit, an adhesive tape or the like is wound around at least the end portion on the main line portion 14 side, It is preferable to keep the slit closed. Further, the tubular member 30 may be directly covered with the proximal end side of the branch line portion 16 and the branch line route restriction portion 26. Alternatively, the tubular member 30 may be moved by being pushed to the proximal end side of the branch line portion 16 after being put on the branch line portion 16 at the distal end side of the branch line path regulating portion 26 or at a position away from the distal end. .

Moreover, when the cylindrical member 30 without a slit is used, when manufacturing the wire harness main-body part 12, the cylindrical member 30 is previously mounted | worn, or the front end side of the branch line part 16 is cylindrical member. The cylindrical member 30 may be moved toward the base end side of the branch line portion 16 in advance.

Then, one end portion of the cylindrical member 30 is disposed in the vicinity of the main line portion 14 or the main line route regulating portion 24 and the cylindrical member 30 is put on the proximal end portion of the branch line portion 16 and the branch line route regulating portion 26. In the state, an adhesive tape is wound around the other end portion of the cylindrical member 30 and the end portion of the branch line path restricting portion 26 or the branch line portion 16 to fix them. In addition, the one end part of the cylindrical member 30 may be in contact with the main line part 14 or the main line path | route control part 24, and does not need to be in contact.

As a result, the proximal end side of the branch line portion 16 and the branch line path restricting portion 26 are accommodated in the tubular member 30 and bound, in other words, the proximal end portion of the branch line portion 16 is branched. The state maintained along the line route restricting portion 26 is maintained.

According to the wire harness with a path maintaining member configured as described above, the end of the tubular member 30 on the side away from the main line portion 14 is fixed to the branch line portion 16 by the fixing member 40. It is not necessary to perform the operation of winding the adhesive tape or the like at the proximal end portion of the portion 16 and the branch line path regulating portion 26, and the fixing operation by the fixing member 40 can be easily performed. Further, the branch line portion 16 is branched so as to include the proximal end side portion of the branch line portion 16 and the branch line route restriction portion 26 in a state where the proximal end portion of the branch line portion 16 is disposed along the branch line route restriction portion 26 Since the tubular member 30 is put on the line portion 16, the branch line portion 16 can be maintained in a state of being disposed along the branch line route restriction portion 26. By these, the branch line part 16 of the wire harness main-body part 12 can be easily maintained in the state arrange | positioned along the path | route maintenance member 20. FIG.

In particular, when there are a plurality of branch line portions 16, adjacent branch line portions 16 are obstructive (especially when the interval is narrow), and the fixing work between the branch line portions 16 and the branch line route restriction portions 26 is performed. It's hard to do. Therefore, as described above, the fixing member 40 is attached at a position away from the base end side of the branch line portion 16, so that there is a great merit in that the fixing operation can be easily performed.

In addition, by using a corrugated tube as the cylindrical member 30, even when the branch line portion 16 is bent, the fixing member 40 can be easily attached at a position away from the base end portion.

Moreover, since the adhesive tape is used as the fixing member 40, the fixing operation of the cylindrical member 30 and the branch line portion 16 can be easily performed.

Furthermore, as the path maintenance member 20, a member having grooves 24 g and 26 g that can accommodate at least a part of the wire harness main body 12 and formed in a shape along the laying path of the wire harness main body 12 is used. Therefore, the route of the wire harness main body 12 can be restricted with a simple configuration.

In addition, as a path | route maintenance member, the member in which the simple rod-shaped member was formed in the shape along the laying path | route of the wire harness main-body part 12 may be sufficient.
