Yes.

The first cover plate portion 61 of the attachment portion 52 is a front cover plate portion that covers the entire front surface of the claw holder portion 33 in the rotational direction. Since the entire front surface in the rotational direction of the claw holder portion 33 is covered with the first cover plate portion 61 which is the front surface cover plate portion, the soil does not directly contact the claw holder portion 33 when the rotary shaft 31 rotates. .

Further, the third cover plate portion 63 is positioned in parallel to be separated from and opposed to the plate portion 55 of the soil adhesion portion 50. The third cover plate portion 63 is formed with a circular hole 65 large enough to allow the head 36a of the bolt 36 to pass therethrough. A circular shaft hole 66 is formed in the fourth cover plate portion 64, and the shaft 36 b of the bolt 36 is inserted into the shaft hole 66.

The head portion 36a is non-rotatably inserted into the head hole portion 45 of the third plate portion 43 of the claw holder portion 33, and the shaft portion 36b is a bolt hole portion (not shown) of the claw 35 and the claw holder portion. The nut 37 is screwed onto the bolt 36 inserted into the shaft hole 46 of the fourth plate portion 44 of 33 and the shaft hole 66 of the fourth cover plate 64 of the mounting portion 52. By being tightened, the base end portion (attachment portion) of the claw 35 and the attachment portion 52 of the holder guard 51 are attached to the claw holder portion 33 by fastening together. A washer 38 is interposed between the nut 37 and the fourth cover plate portion 64.

In addition, the attachment portion 52 has a wear portion (nail holder portion wear prevention portion) 70 that wears in place of the nail holder portion 33 due to contact with soil when the rotary shaft 31 rotates. The wear portion 70 is configured by the end portion of the first cover plate portion 61 on the third cover plate portion 63 side (excluding the portion covered by the earth dropping portion 53). That is, the wear portion 70 is formed by the bent portion 68 a of the bent plate member 68. Since the attachment portion 52 has the wear portion 70, the soil does not directly contact the third plate portion 43 of the claw holder portion 33 when the rotary shaft 31 rotates. In FIG. 7, the shaded portion is the worn portion 70.

The earth dropping part 53 is comprised by the elongate flat plate member, for example, and is formed in U shape (a substantially U shape is included). The earthing portion 53 is fixed so that a part thereof overlaps the outer surface of the first covering plate portion 61 of the mounting portion 52 (the front surface in the rotation direction of the claw holder portion 33), and the first covering plate of the mounting portion 52 Projecting from the portion 61 toward the plate portion 55 side of the cover member 34. The wear portion 70 of the mounting portion 52 and the earth dropping portion 53 define a substantially square through hole 54 for earth passage.

The U-shaped earth dropping portion 53 includes a pair of elongated plate-like portions 71 and 72 that are positioned along the axial direction (rotation center axis X) of the rotation shaft 31 of the embankment 13, and these It is composed of an elongated flat plate-like connecting portion 73 that connects the end portions of both the long portions 71 and 72. The base end portions of both the longitudinal portions 71 and 72 are fixed to the outer surface of the first cover plate portion 61 of the attachment portion 52.

The width dimension (length in the short direction) of the long portion 71 located on the distal end side of the nail holder portion 33 is the width dimension (length in the short direction) of the long portion 72 located on the proximal end side of the nail holder portion 33. It is larger than the width dimension of the connecting portion 73 and is the same as the width dimension (the length dimension in the short direction).

The reason why the longitudinal portion 71 located on the distal end side of the claw holder portion 33 is made wider than the longitudinal portion 72 located on the proximal end side of the claw holder portion 33 is that the claw 35 faces the plate portion 55 side. Therefore, the soil adhering to the plate portion 55 is gradually pushed into the rotating shaft 31 side, and the soil must always be scraped off by the long portion 71, and the long portion 71 is long. This is because it is easier to wear than the portion 72.

In addition, for example, the width dimension of the longitudinal part 72 is larger than the width dimension of the longitudinal part 71 and the width dimension of the connecting part 73 is the same, and the width dimension of each part 71, 72, 73 is the same. A configuration or the like may be used.

The connecting portion 73 comes into contact with the soil adhered to the plate portion (cover plate portion) 55 of the cover member 34 when the rotating shaft 31 rotates, and peels the soil from the plate portion 55. That is, the connecting portion 73 scrapes off the adhered soil on the inner surface of the plate portion 55. Further, when the rotary shaft 31 rotates, the longitudinal portion 72 on the shaft support portion 30 side comes into contact with the soil attached to the outer peripheral surface portion 56 of the shaft support portion 30 and peels the soil from the outer peripheral surface portion 56. That is, the longitudinal portion 72 scrapes off the adhered soil on the outer peripheral surface portion 56.

Next, the operation of the glazing machine 11 will be described.

When the coater 11 moves in the direction of travel as the tractor moves forward, the top surface of the main paddle is pre-processed by the upper surface grinder 15 and the paddy and the main paddy soil are plowed and raised by the embankment 13 Then, the embankment 14 compacts the embankment to form a new soot.

At this time, the rotation shaft 31 of the embankment body 13 rotates together with the claws 35 and the holder guard 51 in a predetermined rotation direction.

Then, the soil dropping portion 53 of the holder guard 51 scrapes and removes the soil adhering to the soil adhering portion 50 composed of the plate portion 55 and the outer peripheral surface portion 56 from the soil adhering portion 50. It falls onto the field through the through hole 54.

That is, the connecting portion 73 of the soil dropping portion 53 scrapes off the attached soil of the plate portion 55 of the soil attaching portion 50, and the longitudinal portion 72 of the soil dropping portion 53 removes the attached soil of the outer peripheral surface portion 56 of the soil attaching portion 50. Scratch off. As a result, unlike the conventional case shown in FIG. 19, the soil does not adhere to the soil adhering portion 50 and grow and solidify.

And, according to such a holder guard 51, a mounting portion 52 that is detachably attached to the claw holder portion 33 of the rotary shaft 31 of the embankment body 13 of the coater 11, and a soil drop provided on the mounting portion 52 Since the portion 53 is provided, wear of the claw holder portion 33 of the rotating shaft 31 can be prevented. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the expensive rotating shaft 31 has to be replaced due to wear of the claw holder portion 33.

Further, since the attachment portion 52 has the first cover plate portion 61 that is a front cover plate portion that covers the front surface of the claw holder portion 33 in the rotation direction, the soil does not directly contact the claw holder portion 33 when the rotary shaft 31 rotates. Further, it is possible to appropriately prevent the claw holder 33 from being worn.

Furthermore, since the mounting portion 52 can be attached to the claw holder portion 33 together with the claw 35 with the nail mounting bolt 36 and the nut 37, the mounting portion 52 is attached to the claw holder portion 33 with a mounting member dedicated to the holder guard. Thus, the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.

In addition, since a soil passage hole 54 through which the soil separated from the soil adhering portion 50 passes is provided at the soil dropping portion 53, the flow of the soil becomes smooth, the rotational resistance of the rotating shaft 31 decreases, and energy saving is achieved. be able to.

Further, since the earth dropping portion 53 is formed in a U-shape, sufficient strength can be secured, and wear of the claw holder portion 33 can be prevented appropriately and effectively.

Further, even if the worn portion 70 of the mounting portion 52 is worn and needs to be replaced, the holder guard 51 can be easily replaced, and the replacement cost is lower than that when the rotating shaft 31 itself is replaced.

Further, the holder guard 51 can prevent foreign matters such as grass from wrapping around the outer periphery of the shaft support 30 and soil from entering the shaft support 30.

8 and 9 show a second embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the attachment portion 52 of the holder guard 51 may be U-shaped in plan view and may not have the second cover plate portion 62. In FIG. 9, the shaded portion is the worn portion 70.

10 and 11 show a third embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the attachment portion 52 of the holder guard 51 may be L-shaped in plan view and may not have the second cover plate portion 62 and the third cover plate portion 63. That is, the mounting portion 52 includes at least a fourth cover plate portion 64 that is a mounting plate portion that is clamped between the nut 37 and the claw holder portion 33 by tightening the nut 37 with respect to the bolt 36, and the fourth cover plate portion. What is necessary is just to have the 1st cover board part 61 which is the front cover board part which is provided in 64 and covers the outer surface (front direction of rotation of the nail holder part 33) of the 1st board part 41 of the nail holder part 33. Further, the earth dropping portion 53 may be integrally connected so as to be continuous with the side edge of the first cover plate portion 61.

The holder guard 51 according to the third embodiment is composed of only one bent plate member bent at a right angle at an intermediate position, and can be manufactured at a very low cost. In FIG. 11, the shaded portion is the worn portion 70.

12 and 13 show a fourth embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, the earth dropping portion 53 of the holder guard 51 may be formed of a round bar member bent in a U shape instead of a flat plate member. In FIG. 13, the hatched portion is the worn portion 70. For example, although not shown, the earth dropping portion 53 may be formed of a square bar member. Moreover, it may be an L-shaped earth dropping portion 53 as in the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 14, or may be a straight straight earth dropping portion 53 as in the sixth embodiment shown in FIG. .

16 and 17 show a seventh embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, the attachment portion 52 of the holder guard 51 may not have the second cover plate portion 62 and the fourth cover plate portion 64. In FIG. 17, the shaded portion is the worn portion 70. 16 and FIG. 17 is different from that shown in FIG. 6 in that a hexagonal head hole 45 is formed in the fourth plate portion 44 and the third plate portion 43 is formed. A circular hole 46 for a shaft portion is formed.

In each of the above embodiments, the case where the holder guard 51 is attached to the claw holder portion 33 of the rotary shaft 31 of the embankment body 13 of the coater 11 has been described. For example, as shown in FIG. It can also be used by being attached to the claw holder portion 33 of the rotating shaft 31 of a certain tillage working machine 81.

This tillage work machine (rotary work machine) 81 is rotatably supported by a machine body 82 detachably connected to the rear part of the tractor, and a chain case part 83 and a bracket part 84 of the machine body 82 from the input shaft 86 side. A cultivating body 85 that performs a cultivating operation while rotating in a predetermined direction with power, and a leveling body (not shown) that performs a grading operation behind the cultivating body 85 are provided.

The cultivating body 85 includes a rotating shaft (rotating shaft with a claw holder) 31 that rotates in a predetermined rotating direction by power from the input shaft 86 side, and a plurality of tillers that cultivate soil on the field while rotating together with the rotating shaft 31. It has a book claw (cultivation claw) 35.

One end of the rotating shaft 31 is rotatably supported by a shaft support portion (boss portion) 30 below the chain case portion 83, and the other end portion of the rotating shaft 31 is a shaft support portion (boss portion) below the bracket portion 84. ) It is supported rotatably through 30.

Of the plurality of claw holder portions 33 of the rotating shaft 31, for example, the holder guard 51 is detachably attached to the claw holder portions 33 located at both left and right ends of the rotating shaft 31 together with the claws 35 by bolts 36 and nuts 37. ing.

The left holder guard 51 peels off the soil adhering to the soil adhering portion 50 formed by the inner plate portion 83a of the chain case portion 83 and the outer peripheral surface portion 56 of the left shaft support portion 30 from the soil adhering portion 50. It has a soil drop part 53. Further, the right holder guard 51 is a soil drop portion 53 that peels off the soil adhering to the soil adhering portion 50 constituted by the bracket portion 84 and the outer peripheral surface portion 56 of the right shaft support portion 30 from the soil adhering portion 50. have.

Even when the holder guard 51 is used in such a tilling work machine 81, it is possible to prevent the claw holder portion 33 of the rotating shaft 31 from being worn, and therefore the expensive rotating shaft 31 must be replaced by the wear of the claw holder portion 33. It is possible to prevent a situation that must be done. Although not shown, the present invention can be applied to various farming machines such as a plowing machine or a ditching machine in addition to the hull coater 11 and the tilling machine 81.

Each embodiment may be appropriately combined.

Further, in any of the embodiments, the structure is not limited to the structure in which the earth dropping portion 53 is integrally fixed to the attachment portion 52 by welding or the like. For example, the attachment portion 52 and the earth dropping portion 53 are pressed. The structure etc. which were integrally formed by may be sufficient.

Further, for example, an earthing portion attaching hole which is an attaching portion may be formed in the attaching portion 52, and the earthing portion 53 may be detachably attached to the earthing portion attaching hole.
