Abstract
【解決手段】分析システムを用いる眼科分析方法であって、分析システムは目の角膜の曲率を測定する。当該分析システムは、測定装置と、分析装置と、を有する。測定装置は、角膜10の形状解析データを算出するために用いられる。分析装置は、角膜の形状解析データから、角膜の曲率r1、r2を導き出すために用いられる。このように、角膜形状解析データから角膜の曲率勾配を導き出す。

Claims (17)
- 角膜(10)の形状解析データを算出する測定装置と、
前記角膜の前記形状解析データから、当該角膜の曲率(r1、r2)を導き出す分析装置と、を有する分析システムを用いて目の角膜の曲率を測定する眼科分析方法であって、
前記分析装置を用い、前記角膜の前記形状解析データから当該角膜の曲率勾配を導き出すことを特徴とする眼科分析方法。 - 前記形状解析データは複数の形状解析データセットを含み、前記各データセットは角膜表面(12)上の一のポイントを表し、三次元座標システム内での当該ポイントの位置が決定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の眼科分析方法。
- 前記分析装置を用いて複数のポイントの一次微分係数を計算し、前記各ポイントについて勾配を決定することを特徴とする請求項2記載の眼科分析方法。
- 前記分析装置を用いて複数のポイントの二次微分係数を計算し、前記各ポイントの曲率(r1、r2)を決めることを特徴とする請求項3記載の眼科分析方法。
- 前記分析装置を用いて複数のポイントの三次微分係数を計算し、前記各ポイントの曲率勾配を決定することを特徴とする請求項4記載の眼科分析方法。
- 前記分析装置を用いて前記形状解析データからスカラー場を形成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の眼科分析方法。
- 前記分析装置を用いて前記スカラー場の視覚表現を編集し、出力することを特徴とする請求項6記載の眼科分析方法。
- 前記分析装置を用いて前記曲率勾配から勾配場を生成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の眼科分析方法。
- 前記分析装置を用いて前記勾配場の視覚表現を編集し、出力することを特徴とする請求項8記載の眼科分析方法。
- データベースを含む前記分析装置を用いる眼科分析方法であって、
前記データベースは、複数の曲率勾配と、各曲率勾配にそれぞれ割り当てられた複数の補正値と、のデータセットを有し、
算出された前記形状解析データは、適合する曲率勾配のそれぞれの補正値で補正することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の眼科分析方法。 - 目に対し、視力における将来の変化を、補正された前記形状解析データから決定することを特徴とする請求項10記載の眼科分析方法。
- 前記角膜(10)の複数の断面像から、前記形状解析データを決定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項記載の眼科分析方法。
- シャインプルーフ配置がされた観察装置及びスリット光装置を有するシャインプルーフシステムを用い、前記角膜(10)の複数の前記断面像を得ることを特徴とする請求項12記載の眼科分析方法。
- 前記シャインプルーフシステムは、目の視軸(11)の周りを回転可能なように構築され、複数の断面像を得ることが可能なことを特徴とする請求項13記載の眼科分析方法。
- 角膜曲率計を用いて前記形状解析データを決定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれか1項記載の眼科分析方法。
- 前記形状解析データは光干渉断層計を用いて決定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項15のいずれか1項記載の眼科分析方法。
- 決定されたそれぞれの前記曲率勾配に従って、原位置でのレーザーによる角膜曲率形成術(LASIK)用のレーザー装置を動作させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項16のいずれか1項記載の眼科分析方法。
