前記蓋体の回動端に設けられた係合片と、
前記栓本体の他端で前記栓本体の内外方向に進退可能に取り付けられ、上部に前記蓋体の前記係合片と係合する係合部を有するボタンを備え、
前記ボタンは、前記係合部を備えたボタン本体部材と、このボタン本体部材に取り付けられるボタン操作部材とで構成され、
前記ボタンの前記係合部を前記蓋体の前記係合片との係合方向に付勢する付勢手段を有し、
