Description

The present invention relates to an integrated form in which a delivery slip used in a delivery service or the like in various industries including a mail order industry and a diameter payment handling slip are integrated, and more specifically, For products including 1Pt Distribution Plus One (trade name), which is an integrated form with little curling and excellent printer transportability, and a thickness adjustment base material with tack paper is pasted on the back side of the printing surface base of the form. It relates to an integrated form.

In the present specification, “ratio”, “part”, “%” and the like indicating the composition are based on mass unless otherwise specified, and the “/” mark indicates that they are integrally laminated.

(背景技術)従来、配送伝票においては、複写式のものではなく、EDI(Electronic Data Interchange:電子データ交換)を絡めた1pt(ワンパート)方式のものが主流となってきている。 (Background Art) Conventionally, delivery slips are not of a copy type but of a 1 pt (one-part) system involving EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). However, in the case of a conventional copy-type delivery slip or the like, the 1pt type delivery slip is converted to electronic data instead of a piece of paper that has been pulled out at each relay point, and is further based on digital data instead of physical copying. By adopting data copy, problems such as management of delivery information are solved, and the efficiency of delivery work is improved. Furthermore, the 1pt delivery slip can be handled by various printers, and not only the dot method used in the conventional copy delivery slip but also the NIP (non-printing) such as the IJ (inkjet) method and the laser method. Impact printer method, thermal method, thermal transfer method, etc. can be used in almost any printer, so it is possible to change from a conventional system. With the progress of such 1pt delivery slips, slips in which this 1pt delivery slip is integrated with a product description (delivery slip) indicating the content information of the packed product has begun to be widely used. A slip in which such a delivery slip portion and a description portion such as a product description are integrated is expected to reduce the printing cost and improve the accuracy by abolishing the matching operation after printing. However, when they are integrated, the delivery slip portion is pasted with a sticky paper or the like on the back surface, so that there is a step between the specification portion and when printing with the printer, the structure of the printer There was a problem that paper and paper discharge cannot be performed, so-called transportability is poor.

Therefore, the integrated form has good transportability even with various printers and can handle printing, reducing the printing cost by integrating various forms such as payment handling slips, delivery slips, product descriptions, There is a need to be able to improve work efficiency.

特開2005−193553号公報JP 2005-193553 A 特開2005−324371号公報JP 2005-324371 A

(Prior Art) Conventionally, in a laminated sheet having a configuration in which tack paper is bonded to a partial area on the back surface of a sheet-like substrate for printing, and a sheet-like substrate for thickness adjustment is bonded to another area, At least a part of the tack paper pasting portion to which the tack paper is pasted is provided with an opening that penetrates at least one of the sheet-like base material and the tack paper, and the opening is a portion of the tack paper pasting portion. It is known that it is composed of a bottomed hole formed in a non-outer edge (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, since a through opening is provided and the opening is composed of a bottomed hole formed in the non-outer edge of the tack paper laminating portion, the operation is complicated, the process is increased, and the cost is increased. There is a drawback of becoming.

In addition, a plurality of slips are juxtaposed with the printing surface exposed, and at least one of the slips as a laminated sheet with a laminated portion composed of an adhesive layer, a tack base material, an adhesive layer, and a release paper on the back side, There is known one in which a spacer sheet having a thickness substantially the same as that of the laminated portion is attached to at least one part of the back side other than the laminated portion (see, for example, Patent Document 2). However, in Patent Document 2, in paragraph No. 0025, “·· slip paper, spacer sheet, and tack paper are wound around a collating device and set with a main component of acrylic on the slip base paper while being guided by a sprocket hole. Applying a water-based adhesive, pasting a spacer sheet and tack paper, ... "only, it is not a dot-shaped pattern adhesive layer of the present invention, but a mere solid adhesive, There is a problem that transportability in a printer is inferior.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present inventors have made extensive studies and have completed the present invention. Its purpose is that it can be transported with various printers and can be used for printing. By integrating various forms such as payment handling slips, delivery slips, product descriptions, etc., printing costs can be reduced and work efficiency can be improved. It is to provide an integrated form that can be improved.

In order to solve the above problems, the integrated form 10 according to the invention of claim 1 of the present invention has two or more types of forms including at least a delivery slip part 11A and a specification part 11B in a unit form. The delivery slip part 11A and the specification part 11B are separable from each other by a planned separation line, and are used in common for all of the two or more kinds of forms, and are printed on a printer. The tack base material of the tack paper 20 composed of the print base material 11 having suitability and the tack base material 21, the adhesive layer 33A, and the release paper 25 in at least a part of the back surface of the print base material 11. 21 surfaces are laminated via an adhesive layer 31A to form a delivery slip portion 11A, and a parting part of the printing base material 11 of the delivery slip portion 11A has a quasi-adhesive structure and can be separated. Have A part of the printing base material 11 is separable, and the tack base material 21, the adhesive layer 33 </ b> A and the peeling are formed in a region other than the region where the tack paper 20 is laminated on the back surface of the printing base material 11. A thickness adjusting base material 41 having substantially the same thickness as the thickness of the paper 25 is stacked via the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 33C to form the specification part 11B, the thickness adjusting base material 41 is a high-quality paper, and The integrated form 10 is characterized in that the adhesive layer 33C has a dot pattern.

A tenth aspect of the invention according to claim 2 is the integrated form according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer 33 </ b> C has a dot pattern area ratio of 60 to 80%.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, various printers have good transportability and can be used for printing, and printing costs can be achieved by integrating various forms such as payment handling slips, delivery slips, and product descriptions. There is an effect that it is possible to improve the work efficiency.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, even various printers have better transportability, further reducing printing costs and improving working efficiency.

It is sectional drawing of the conventional integrated form. It is sectional drawing of the integrated form of the example 1 of improvement. It is sectional drawing of the integrated form of the example 2 of improvement. It is sectional drawing of the integrated form of the example 3 of improvement. It is sectional drawing of the integrated form of the example 4 of improvement. It is sectional drawing of the integrated form which shows an example of this invention. FIG. 7 is a plan view of FIG. 6.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

(Integrated Form) As shown in FIG. 6, the integrated form 10 of the present invention has at least two types of forms including at least a delivery slip part 11A and a specification part 11B in a unit form, and a delivery slip part. 11A and the specification part 11B are the integrated forms 10 which can each be isolate | separated by the scheduled separation line. The integrated form 10 is used in common for all of two or more kinds of forms, and has a printing substrate 11 having printability for a printer. The delivery slip portion 11A has a surface of the tack base material 21 of the tack paper 20 composed of the tack base material 21, the adhesive layer 33A, and the release paper 25 in at least a part of the back surface of the printing base material 11. It is laminated via the adhesive layer 31A. Furthermore, a part of the printing substrate 11 of the delivery slip portion 11A has a detachable pseudo-adhesive structure and has a separable separation line, and a part of the printing substrate 11 can be separated. Further, the specification part 11B has substantially the same thickness as the thickness in which the tack base material 21, the adhesive layer 33A and the release paper 25 are laminated in a region other than the region in which the tack paper 20 on the back surface of the printing base material 11 is laminated. The thickness adjusting base material 41 having the above is laminated via the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 33C. High-quality paper is used as the thickness adjusting substrate 41, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 33C has a dot pattern.

(Effect) According to the present invention, the integrated form 10 is warped, has little so-called curl, is stable, and is soft and flexible as a whole. Therefore, printing is performed using various printers. Even if it is suitable for conveyance, it can print well, and by integrating various forms such as payment handling slips, delivery slips, product specifications, etc., it is possible to reduce printing costs and improve work efficiency .

When solving the above-mentioned problems, the integrated form 10 is flexible as a whole, curl is reduced and the curl is stable, and in particular, there are a plurality of edge warp (curl) called edge lift. It is extremely difficult to satisfy both conflicting matters that require performance. Therefore, the resolution of the above problem process will be described in further detail. 1 shows a conventional example, FIGS. 2 to 5 show an improved example, and FIGS. 6 and 7 show an embodiment of the present invention. Also, in Table 1 on the specification part 11B side, the paper name of the thickness adjusting base material 41, the presence or absence of a sealing print layer, the name of the material to be laminated, the pattern, the basis weight, the thickness, the density of the thickness adjusting base material 41, The rigidity of the specification part 11B as the whole integrated form 10 is shown, and Table 2 shows the evaluation of curl, flexibility and edge lift of each example.

Figure 2013063607
Figure 2013063607

Figure 2013063607
Figure 2013063607
(Conventional Example) FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a conventional integrated form. Semi-quality paper is used as the thickness adjusting substrate 41, and the sealing printing layer 23 is applied to the surface, and the surface of the sealing printing layer 23 and the surface of the printing substrate 11 are connected via the solid adhesive layer 31B. The specification portion 11B was laminated. However, since water-based glue is applied as an adhesive layer 31B for lamination, the thickness adjustment base material 41 is subjected to seal printing to prevent water from penetrating. The amount of paste soaked in, the curl was uneven, and the stability was lacking. When the integrated form 10 is used to print a delivery destination or a statement with a printer, if the curl is large, paper feeding to the printer is difficult, even if it can be fed, bent, or paper jams, So-called transferability to a printer is poor, work efficiency is poor, and printing cost is increased. In order to improve the transportability to the printer, in order to give the product flexibility, a semi-quality paper, which is a low-density paper, is used as the thickness adjusting substrate 41, and the sealing print layer 23 is provided to provide the product. The curl was adjusted but lacked stability.

(Improvement example 1) Therefore, in order to reduce curling and improve the stability of curl, improvement example 1 eliminates the seal printing. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of an integrated form of improvement example 1. FIG. However, when semi-quality paper is laminated without sealing printing, the water-based glue used for lamination is applied as the adhesive layer 31B, so that the semi-quality paper that is easily soaked in water has increased curl and flexibility. Although improved, the transportability to the printer was not good.

(Improvement example 2) Therefore, since the product curl becomes large when the semi-quality is pasted together, in the improvement example 2, the semi-quality paper is changed from the semi-quality paper as the thickness adjusting substrate 41. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of an integrated form of improvement example 2. In this way, although the curl was improved, the paper stiffness increased, the product (integrated form 10) was stiff, the flexibility was poor, and the transportability was poor.

(Improvement Example 3) Accordingly, in order to restore flexibility, the cross-sectional view of the integrated form of the improvement example 3 in FIG. However, although the stability of the curl was improved, the flexibility was not improved and the transportability was not improved.

(Improvement Example 4) Therefore, the adhesive layer 31B is changed to the adhesive layer 33B in the hope that the product (integrated form 10) will be flexible, so that the product becomes soft and the transportability is improved. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the integrated form of improvement example 4 in FIG. However, in the integrated form 10 of the improvement example 4, since the paper edge lift occurs and the shape is distorted, the transportability to the printer is not improved. Moreover, curling occurs when the storage environment is humidified or dry, and the transportability to the printer is further deteriorated.

(Invention of the Present Application) Therefore, the adhesive layer 33B is changed to an adhesive layer 33C having a dot-like pattern, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the integrated form 10 showing an example of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a plan view of FIG. As shown in FIG. 7, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to be laminated was formed into a dot-shaped pattern 35 to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 33C. The specification part 11B of the integrated form 10 of the present invention has a small area of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 33C to be laminated with the thickness adjusting base material 41, so that there is little fluctuation in product curl even in a dry environment, and the flexibility is also good. It was possible to improve transportability in the printer.

(Dot Area Ratio) The area ratio of the dot pattern of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 33C is preferably 60 to 80%. Beyond this range, the edge lift was large and curl variation was small even in a dry environment. If it is less than this range, the edge lift of the four corners of the integrated form 10 is generated, resulting in a distorted shape. Therefore, the paper feeding to the printer is unstable, and the conveyance in the printer is easy to generate wrinkles and bend. In addition, it was not stable, and curling occurred when the storage environment was humidified or dried, and the transportability to the printer was not good.

(Rigidity) Moreover, as rigidity in the specification part 11B, the vertical direction is preferably 800 mg or less and the horizontal direction is preferably 550 or less. Beyond this range, the flexibility is poor and the transportability to the printer is poor. The stiffness was measured using JAPAN TAPPI No. Stiffness according to the 40 method.

(Operation / Effects) As described above, the thickness adjusting base material 41 in the specification part 11B is a high-quality paper, the thickness adjusting base material 41 is not provided with an eye print layer, and the adhesive layer 33C is not an adhesive but an adhesive. By using the agent and applying the adhesive in a dot pattern, the integrated form 10 is warped, so-called curl is less and stable, and the whole is soft and flexible. Various printers have good transportability and can handle printing. By integrating various forms such as payment handling slips, delivery slips, and product descriptions, printing costs can be reduced and work efficiency can be improved. Play.

(Delivery slip part / details part) The delivery slip part 11A is a 1 pt type delivery slip, and a delivery slip and a sticker slip that can be printed by a printer are arranged in series. A part of the printing substrate 11 is provided so as to be separable, with a pseudo-adhesive structure in which the part can be peeled off and a separable scheduled line. The specification part 11B is a product description in which the content of the product to be delivered is written, and is housed in a delivery box or bag together with the product. Further, the specification part 11B may be other than the product description, for example, a picking list, a slip for paying the price of the product at a post office or a convenience store, a postcard used for application for the product, etc. Or a manual when the product buyer returns the product.

In FIG. 7, a delivery slip part 11A is provided on the right part of the integrated form 10 and a specification part 11B is provided on the left part. Conversely, the delivery slip part 11A is provided on the left part of the integrated form 10. The specification part 11B may be provided in the right part, or the delivery slip part 11A may be provided in the upper part of the integrated form 10 and the specification part 11B may be provided in the lower part. Furthermore, a sprocket hole (punch hole) may be provided on at least one side, preferably both sides, of the integrated form 10 to form a continuous form. In this case, when printing on the printing substrate 11 using a printer, the occurrence of slippage, slack, and wrinkles in the form is small, and more stable conveyance is possible, so that high-speed printing is possible, which is further preferable. .

(Integrated Form) The integrated form 10 has at least two types of forms including at least a delivery slip part 11A and a specification part 11B in a unit form, and the delivery slip part 11A and the specification part 11B are scheduled to be separated. They are provided so as to be separable by lines.

Moreover, you may use the film formed from thermosetting resins, such as a polyurethane. Furthermore, an antioxidant, a heat stabilizer, an ultraviolet absorber, a slip agent, an antistatic agent, an antifogging agent, a colorant, a filler, and the like may be added as desired. The coating amount and coating thickness of the resin for forming the release layers 21 and 32 are not particularly limited, but preferably the coating amount is about 0.1 to 10 μm, preferably 0.5 to 10 μm.

(Peeling Layer) As shown in FIG. 6, a peeling layer 13 may be provided. As the release layer 13, a release resin, a resin containing a release agent, a curable resin that is cross-linked by ionizing radiation, and the like can be used. The releasable resin is, for example, a fluorine resin, silicone, melamine resin, epoxy resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin, or fiber resin. The resin containing the release agent is, for example, an acrylic resin, vinyl resin, polyester resin, or fiber resin obtained by adding or copolymerizing a release agent such as fluorine resin, silicone, or various waxes. is there. The release layer 13A can be formed by dispersing or dissolving the resin in a solvent and applying it by a printing or coating method such as roll coating or gravure coating and drying to form a coating film, or forming a coating film by an extrusion coating method. You can do it.

In addition to the dot method used in conventional copy-type delivery slips, the IJ (inkjet) method and laser method are also available. NIP (non-impact printer) method such as NIP (non-impact printer) method, thermal method, thermal transfer method, etc. can be used, but NJ (non-impact printer) method such as IJ (ink-jet) method and laser method is preferable. In the case of the IJ (inkjet) method, an ink-jet ink receiving layer may be provided in advance so that clear printing can be performed. It is preferable that the receiving layer further contains a fixing agent from the viewpoint of preventing text blur due to humidification after printing.

(Tack Paper) The tack paper 20 is composed of a tack base material 21 / adhesive layer 33A / release paper 25, and at least a part of the back surface of the printing base material 11 has the tack base material 21 surface and an adhesive layer. It is laminated via 31A.

(Tack Substrate) As the tack substrate 21, the same paper or film as the printing substrate 11 can be used. Moreover, you may print a design, an explanatory note, etc. on the tack base material 21.

(Adhesive layer) The adhesive layer 33A is a layer that allows the delivery slip portion 11A to be attached to a package, and an acrylic adhesive is most preferred, but a natural rubber adhesive, a synthetic rubber adhesive, a silicone rubber. A system adhesive or the like may also be used. The coating amount and coating thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive for forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 33 are not particularly limited, but preferably the coating amount is about 0.1 to 50 g / m 2 , preferably 3 to 30 g / m 2 . The coating thickness is about 0.1 to 50 μm, preferably 3 to 30 μm.

(Release paper) The release paper 25 (also referred to as separate paper or separate paper) has a release layer on one side of a substrate such as high-quality paper, coated paper, impregnated paper, and plastic film. The release layer is not particularly limited as long as it is a material having releasability, and examples thereof include silicone resins, organic resin-modified silicone resins, fluorine resins, aminoalkyd resins, and polyester resins. These resins can be used in any of emulsion type, solvent type and solventless type.

(Adhesive layer) Examples of the adhesive layer 31A for laminating the tack base material 21 surface of the tack paper 20 on at least a part of the back surface of the printing base material 11 include, for example, urethane, acrylic, and vinyl acetate. Is not to be done.

(Thickness Adjustment Base Material) The thickness adjustment base material 41 has substantially the same thickness as the thickness of the tack base material 21, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 33 </ b> A and the release paper 25, and the tack paper 20 on the back surface of the printing base material 11 is laminated. The specification portion 11B is configured by being laminated via a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 33C in a region other than the region that has been formed. In the present invention, high-quality paper is used. The substantially same thickness is better if the difference in thickness between the delivery slip portion 11A and the specification portion 11B is small. Since the integrated form 10 is mainly made of paper and has cushioning properties, ± 0 .About.3 mm, preferably ± 0.2 mm or less.

As a preferable quality paper, the basis weight according to JIS-P8124 is about 80 to 200 g / m 2 , preferably 100 to 170 g / m 2 . Moreover, the density by JIS-P8118 is about 0.80 or more, Preferably it is 0.83-0.87. For example, high-quality paper of 45 to 70 kg (sixty-six conversion) is particularly preferable.

(Adhesive layer) The adhesive layer 33C provided in the dot pattern is most preferably an acrylic adhesive, but may be a natural rubber-based adhesive, a synthetic rubber-based adhesive, a silicone rubber-based adhesive, or the like. The coating amount and coating thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive for forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 33C are not particularly limited, but preferably the coating amount is about 0.1 to 50 g / m 2 , preferably 3 to 30 g / m 2 . The coating thickness is about 0.1 to 50 μm, preferably 3 to 30 μm.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example and a comparative example demonstrate this invention further in detail, it is not limited to this.

(Example 1) 70 kg of high-quality paper (sixty-six size conversion) was used as the printing substrate 11, a release layer 13 (2 g / m 2 ) was provided on the portion serving as a delivery slip, and a tack substrate 21 (45 g / m 2 ). The adhesive printing layer 23 on the surface of the tack base material 21 of a commercially available tack paper 20 (105 g / m 2 ) composed of: / adhesive layer 33A (20 g / m 2 ) / release paper 25 (40 g / m 2 ) (3 g / m 2 ) provided and used, the adhesive layer 31A is laminated using an acrylic resin water-based adhesive to form a delivery slip portion 11A, and the tack paper 20 on the back surface of the printing substrate 11 is laminated. In a region other than the region, 45 kg of high-quality paper (sixty-six conversion) is used as the thickness adjustment base material 41, an acrylic adhesive is used as the adhesive layer 33C, and a dot-like pattern with an area ratio of 70% is laminated. Examples shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 as the specification part 11B To obtain an integrated document 10.

(Example 2) An integrated form 10 of Example 2 was obtained in the same manner as Example 1 except that the area ratio of the dot pattern of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 33C was 60%.

(Example 3) Example 3 and the integrated form 10 were obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the area ratio of the dot pattern of the adhesive layer 33C was 80%.

(Comparative Example 1) An integrated form 10 of Comparative Example 1 was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the area ratio of the dot pattern of the adhesive layer 33C was 50%.

(Comparative Example 2) An integrated form 10 of Comparative Example 2 was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the area ratio of the dot pattern of the adhesive layer 33C was 90%.

(Evaluation method and result) A delivery slip, a sticker slip, and a purchase specification were printed on the integrated form 10 of the above-described example and comparative example using an A4 laser printer for a delivery slip. In Comparative Example 1, the edge lift occurred and the shape was distorted, and the transportability to the printer was poor. In Comparative Example 2, the edge lift was large and the transportability was poor. In Examples 1 and 2, the edge lift was small and the transportability was good. In Examples 1 and 2, a large number of sheets were stacked and set in the sheet feeding cassette. However, the thickness was almost uniform, and the sheets could be stably fed one by one. Also, since the delivery slip and information (details, etc.) related to the delivery are integrated, the matching work for the delivery slip, the slip, and the delivery can be reduced, and the efficiency of the matching work can be improved. It was possible to prevent misdelivery of goods. The purchase statement can also be used as a picking list. The surface of the printing substrate has substantially the same thickness, is substantially uniform, can be printed even with a laser printer, does not easily cause printing defects, and has improved printing fixability. Further, since paper feeding and paper discharge can be performed without any problem, the efficiency of the printing work can be improved and the printing cost can be kept low.

(Industrial Applicability) The main use of the integrated form of the present invention is such as delivery slips used in delivery operations in various industries including the mail-order sales industry, statement payment handling slips, etc. It is integrated with the form, has little curl, and has excellent printer transportability.
