Abstract
【解決手段】カテーテルポンプは、中空カテーテル2と、カテーテルの内腔に配設された駆動ケーブル1と、カテーテルを囲むシース3と、駆動ケーブルによって回転されるように駆動ケーブルの遠位端に接続された駆動シャフト5と、駆動シャフトに配設されたプロペラ4と、プロペラを囲むケージとを備える。プロペラとケージは、カテーテルポンプが約3.3mmの断面寸法を有する折畳み位置から、ケージのサイズが約19.5mmになる展開位置に移動可能である。駆動シャフトは遠位と近位の軸受を備える。パージシステムは、流体を内腔で中空カテーテルに沿って近位軸受まで通過させるように配設される。流体は駆動ワイヤの外側を通って戻る。流体の一部分は、流体を近位軸受から遠位軸受まで通過させるように流路内に送られる。

Claims (12)
- 中空カテーテル(2)と、
前記中空カテーテル(2)を囲繞し、前記中空カテーテル(2)に対して軸線方向に移動可能であるシース(3)と、
前記カテーテル(2)の内腔(6)に配設された駆動ケーブル(1)と、
前記駆動ケーブルによって回転されるように前記駆動ケーブル(1)の遠位端に接続された駆動シャフト(5)と、
前記駆動シャフトに配設されたプロペラ(4)と、
前記駆動シャフト(5)の近位端および遠位端に配設された近位ハウジング(9)および遠位ハウジング(10)と、
前記近位ハウジングと前記遠位ハウジングとの間に延びる複数本の線条体(11)と、
を備える、例えば心臓を補助するために哺乳類の循環系に挿入するように意図されたカテーテルポンプにおいて、
前記近位ハウジング(9)が前記中空カテーテル(2)に接続され、前記遠位ハウジングが前記駆動シャフト(5)に接続され、それによって前記中空カテーテル(2)に対する前記シース(3)の軸線方向の移動の結果、前記遠位ハウジング(10)が前記近位ハウジングに近づき、その結果、前記線条体が展開されてケージを形成すること、
前記プロペラ(4)が前記駆動シャフト(5)と平行である第1折畳み位置と前記プロペラ(4)が前記駆動シャフト(5)と直角になる展開位置との間で前記プロペラ(4)が枢動自在であるように配設されたプロペラピン(13)を前記駆動シャフト(5)が備えること、
前記駆動シャフト(5)がスリーブ(8)によって囲繞され、前記スリーブ(8)が、前記プロペラを展開するために前記プロペラのカム面(12b)と協働するように軸線方向に移動可能である作動ピン(15)を備えること、および
前記シース(3)の前記軸線方向の移動が、第1の移動で前記ケージを展開させ、かつその後の第2の移動で前記プロペラ(4)を展開させる前記カム面(12b)に前記スリーブの前記作動ピン(15)が作動すること、
を特徴とする、カテーテルポンプ。 - 前記プロペラ(4)のカム面(12a、12c)と協働するように配設されたばね付勢ボルト(14)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカテーテルポンプ。
- 前記作動ピン(15)は、前記プロペラ(4)が垂直位置を超えて移動することを防止するように配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のカテーテルポンプ。
- 前記ばね付勢ボルト(14)は、前記プロペラが完全に展開されると、前記プロペラのカム面との接触を失うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルポンプ。
- 前記プロペラ(4)は、完全に展開されると、前記作動ピン(15)によりロックされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルポンプ。
- 前記遠位ハウジング(10)および近位ハウジング(9)に配設された前記駆動シャフト(5)を支えるための遠位軸受(24)および近位軸受(25)と、
前記近位軸受(25)の潤滑およびパージのために流体を前記中空カテーテル(2)に沿って前記近位軸受(25)まで通過させるパージシステムと、
前記遠位軸受の潤滑およびパージのために流体を前記近位軸受から前記遠位軸受(24)まで通過させるよう、回転する前記駆動シャフト(5)内に配設された流路手段(22)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルポンプ。 - 前記駆動シャフト(5)がスリーブ(8)によって囲繞され、前記流路手段が前記駆動シャフトと前記スリーブとの間に、前記シャフトおよび/または前記スリーブにおける溝として配設されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のカテーテルポンプ。
- 前記パージシステムが前記中空カテーテルに専用の穴(7)を備え、前記穴が前記流体を前記中空カテーテルの前記近位端からその前記遠位端まで通過させる目的のためにだけ使用されることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載のカテーテルポンプ。
- 前記遠位軸受がリップシール(23)を介して周囲の空間に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルポンプ。
- 前記流体が前記内腔(6)内の駆動ワイヤの外側を前記遠位端から前記近位端の方向に通過することを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルポンプ。
- 7
前記プロペラが帯状体(17)によって取り囲まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルポンプ。 - 前記帯状体が膨張可能なリングを備えることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のカテーテルポンプ。
