Abstract
【解決手段】それを可能にするのは、海水地下発電所である。再生可能な自然エネルギーとして海水を利用し、地下に発電所を作ることによって、落差を得易く、また、大量の海水を利用でき、その2点によって大量の電力の安定供給が可能となる。

Description
▲1▼海水を利用して水車を回し発電する。海水は国土を取り巻き、無尽蔵にある。発電のための落差を得易く、海水を取り入れ易い地下に発電所を作り、海岸線に沿った取水口から大量の海水を取り入れ水車を回すことによって大量の発電が可能となる。水車を回した後の海水は、海水押し出し用導水管と排水管により構成されるU字管を通じて海へ放出する。(図1参照)
▲2▼地下に作るため環境への影響(塩害、騒音など)が少なく、自然災害の影響も受けにくい。また用地の選定も、平地・山地を問わない。

Q=26m3/秒、H=120メートルと設定。
9.8×26×120=30,576 約3万kW/時
発電機1基3万kW/時〜100基300万kW/時まで、小規模から大規模までの発電所建設が可能である。
※中規模モデル(発電機50基)(図2参照)
1基3万kW/時×50基=150万kW/時
中規模モデルを全国に100ヶ所建設すると
150万kW/時×100ヶ所=1億5千万kW/時
1億5千万kW/時×1日20時間=30億kW/日
30億kW/日×365日=約1兆kW/年
現在の国内の消費電力は年間約9千億kWといわれており、この中規模モデル100ヶ所で概ね国内需要に対応できる。
▲4▼排水管の太さは、海水押し出し用と水車用の二つの導水管を合わせた太さ以上のものとする。
▲5▼排水口は取水口の高さ以下となるので海水圧を受けるためコンクリート等で水圧防止の対策が必要。
この大規模事業(1基25億×50基×100ヶ所=12兆5千億と予想)により、雇用を促進し経済を活性化させ、わが国のエネルギー・環境・経済の3つの課題解決に寄与する。
Claims (3)
- 海水を海から直接地下の発電所に取り入れ発電することを特徴とする発電方式。
- 発電後の海水をU字管(海水押し出し用導水管と排水管により構成される)を通じて海へ放出することを特徴とする排水方式。
- 請求項1、2の方式で、多数の発電機を設置することにより大電力発電を可能とすることを特徴とする発電所。
