Description

The present invention relates to a luminaire that receives power supplied from a power supply unit to light a light source, and dissipates heat generated by the light source by a radiation fin.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is known a lighting fixture that is attached to a mounting site such as a ceiling and radiates heat generated by a light source with a heat radiating fin (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
As shown in FIG. 9, the lighting fixture 100 described in Patent Literature 1 is a downlight that is attached by being inserted into an attachment hole provided in a ceiling, for example.

The lighting fixture 100 includes a fixture main body (hereinafter referred to as “lamp”) 101 that houses an LED (not shown) as a light source. In addition, on the side opposite to the illumination direction of the lamp 101 (upper side in FIG. 9), a large number of thin plate-like heat radiation fins 102 are provided in order to radiate the heat generated by the LEDs. In addition, an arm portion 104 that is accommodated within the projection range of the lamp 101 and can protrude to the outside of the radiation fin 102 is provided on the upper portion of the radiation fin 102. A power supply unit 103 that supplies lighting power to the LEDs is attached to the arm unit 104.

Therefore, when the arm unit 104 is folded, the power source unit 103 is within the projection range of the lamp 101, which is convenient when packaging and transporting.
Further, by moving the arm portion 104 to the outside from the radiation fin 102 (the state shown in FIG. 9), the LED and the power source portion 103 are separated from each other, so that there is an advantage that the heat of the LED is not easily transmitted to the power source device.

(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, the lighting fixture of 1st Embodiment which concerns on this invention is demonstrated using drawing.
As shown in FIG. 1, the lighting fixture 10 of 1st Embodiment which concerns on this invention is set as the downlight which embeds in the attachment hole (illustration omitted) formed in the ceiling 11 which is a to-be-attached part, and illuminates the downward direction. be able to.

The luminaire 10 includes a lamp 20 that houses an LED 21 (see FIG. 4) that is a light source and emits illumination light in a predetermined direction. The lamp 20 is supported by a columnar frame 23 so as to be rotatable (see arrow A in FIG. 1), and the illumination direction can be adjusted. A collar member 24 is attached to the lower end (lower end in FIG. 1) of the frame body 23, and a plurality (here, for example, three are provided on the side surface of the frame body 23, but only two are shown in FIG. The mounting spring 25 is provided to project radially outward.
Therefore, the lamp 20 causes the ceiling member 24 to contact the lower surface of the ceiling 11 and the mounting spring 25 presses the upper surface (ceiling back) of the ceiling 11 downward. It can be attached with

The lamp 20 is connected to a power supply unit 30 for supplying power for turning on the LED 21 with an electric wire 31, and is attached to the back of the ceiling (upper surface side of the ceiling 11) separately from the lamp 20.
As illustrated in FIG. 2, the power supply unit 30 includes a rectangular box-shaped housing 32, and includes mounting portions 33 for fixing to the ceiling 11 at both ends in the longitudinal direction, for example. Moreover, it has the connection terminal block 34 for connecting with the power wire 12 of the commercial power source wired by the ceiling back, and is electrically connected by inserting the front-end | tip of the power wire 12. FIG. .

As shown in FIG. 1, the lamp 20 is integrally provided with a plurality of thin plate-like heat radiation fins 22 that radiate heat generated by the LEDs 21. The radiation fin 22 has a wide first radiation fin 221 provided on the side opposite to the rotation direction of the lamp 20, and a narrow second radiation fin 222 provided on the rotation direction side.
Note that the first radiating fin 221 and the second radiating fin 222 are collectively referred to as the radiating fin 22.

At the center in the height direction of the second radiating fin 222, a power supply unit recess 26 is provided as a power supply unit holding unit capable of holding the power supply unit 30. The power supply recess 26 is provided corresponding to the outer shape of the power supply 30.
That is, the power supply recess 26 has a size and shape that allows the housing 32 of the power supply 30 to be fitted and held.

Next, an operation for attaching the lighting fixture 10 to the ceiling 11 will be described.
The lamp 20 of the lighting fixture 10 is embedded in an attachment hole (not shown) of the ceiling 11 and is attached with the ceiling 11 sandwiched between the flange member 24 and the attachment spring 25.
On the other hand, the power supply unit 30 is connected to the commercial power supply line 12 wired on the back of the ceiling, and is attached to the back of the ceiling separately from the lamp 20. For this reason, the power supply line 12 is connected to the power supply unit 30 before the lamp 20 is attached to the ceiling 11.

Since the power supply unit 30 is connected to the lamp 20 by the electric wire 31, it must be attached while holding both the power supply unit 30 and the lamp 20.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the lamp 20 is laid sideways so that the front ends of the first heat dissipating fins 221 of the lamp 20 are substantially horizontal, and the power supply recess 26 is substantially horizontal upward. Then, the power supply 30 is fitted into the power supply recess 26 from above (see arrow A in FIG. 3) and temporarily held.
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the operator manually supports the lamp 20 from below (see arrow A in FIG. 4), and connects the power line 12 to the connection terminal block 34 of the power supply unit 30 held by the lamp 20. Insert the tip and connect.

Thereafter, the power supply unit 30 is removed from the lamp and placed or attached to the ceiling through an attachment hole (not shown), and then the lamp 20 is attached to the attachment hole (not shown).
Since the second radiating fin 222 is in the rotation direction of the lamp 20, if the lamp 20 is mistakenly attached to the ceiling 11 with the power supply 30 held in the power supply recess 26, the lamp 20 is turned. It is possible to easily find an erroneous operation by moving it.

As mentioned above, according to the lighting fixture 10 of 1st Embodiment which concerns on this invention demonstrated, LED21 accommodated in the lamp 20 receives supply of electric power from the power supply part 30 connected with the lamp 20 with the electric wire 31, and it lights. Then, a predetermined direction is illuminated. At this time, the heat generated by the LED 21 is radiated by the radiation fins 22 provided integrally with the lamp 20.
The power supply unit 30 is attached to the ceiling 11 separately from the lamp 20. However, when the power supply unit 30 is connected to the lamp 20 in advance by an electric wire 31, it cannot be transported or attached separately. For this reason, it is necessary to hold both the lamp 20 and the power supply unit 30 and perform the installation work. At this time, since the power supply section recess 26 capable of holding the power supply section 30 is provided in the heat radiating fin 22 of the lamp 20, the mounting work can be performed with the power supply section 30 held by the power supply section recess 26. Improved.

Further, since the power supply unit recess 26 corresponding to the outer shape of the power supply unit 30 is provided in the heat radiation fin 22 as the power supply unit holding unit, the mounting operation can be performed with the power supply unit 30 fitted and held in the power supply unit recess 26. , Workability is improved.

In addition, in the lighting fixture 10 mentioned above, although the case where the recessed part 26 for power supply parts was provided in the 2nd radiation fin 222 was illustrated, the reverse case is also possible.
That is, it is possible to provide the power supply section recess 26 in the first heat radiation fin 221.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, the lighting fixture of 2nd Embodiment which concerns on this invention is demonstrated.
In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the site | part which is common in the lighting fixture 10 of 1st Embodiment mentioned above, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.
As shown in FIG. 5, in the luminaire 10B of the second embodiment, in the radiating fin 22B, the operator's arm is placed on the first radiating fin 221B on the side opposite to the second radiating fin 222 provided with the power supply recess 26. A holding recess 27 was provided corresponding to the shape of M (see FIG. 6).

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, when the lamp 20B is arranged so that the held power supply unit 30 is positioned when the power supply line 12 is connected to the connection terminal block 34 of the power supply unit 30, the holding recess 27 is Located downwards. For this reason, the lamp 20B holding the power supply unit 30 can be supported by aligning the holding recess 27 with the arm M of the operator.
The work of attaching the power supply unit 30 and the lamp 20 to the ceiling 11 is the same as in the case of the first embodiment described above.

As described above, according to the lighting fixture 10B of the second embodiment of the present invention described above, the holding recess 27 corresponding to the shape of the operator's arm M is provided on the side opposite to the power supply recess 26 in the radiating fin 22B. Is provided.
For this reason, the operator can hold the lamp 20 or the lamp 20 and the power supply unit 30 on the arm M by fitting the arm M into the holding recess 27 at the time of work. Wiring work can be performed and workability can be improved.

Further, in the lighting fixture 10B described above, the case where the second heat radiation fins 222 are provided with the power source recesses 26 and the first heat radiation fins 221B are provided with the holding recesses 27 is illustrated, but the reverse case is also possible. .
In other words, it is possible to provide the first heat radiating fin 221 </ b> B with the power supply recess 26 and the second heat radiating fin 222 with the holding recess 27.

(Third embodiment)
Next, the lighting fixture of 3rd Embodiment which concerns on this invention is demonstrated.
In addition, suppose that the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the site | part which is common in the lighting fixture 10 of 1st Embodiment mentioned above, and the lighting fixture 10B of 2nd Embodiment, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIG. 7, in the lighting fixture 10 </ b> C of the third embodiment, a holding plate 28 that can hold the power supply unit 30 is provided on the top of the heat radiation fin 22 </ b> C as a power supply holding unit. The holding plate 28 can be integrally provided as a part of the heat radiation fin 22C.
Accordingly, the power supply unit recess 26 provided in the second radiating fin 222 of the luminaire 10 of the first embodiment and the luminaire 10B of the second embodiment and the first radiating fin 221B of the luminaire 10B of the second embodiment are provided. The holding recess 27 is not provided.
