- 少なくともレーザを備えている、三次元の物体を層状に製造するための装置において、
該装置はビーム成形システムを備えていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記ビーム成形システムは焦点における出力密度に関する最大値を、焦点における出力密度の平均値を超えて50%未満に調整する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ビーム成形システムは、屈折型ビーム成形器及び/又はホモジナイザである、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- ポリマー粉末から三次元の物体を層状に製造するための方法において、
前記ポリマー粉末の選択性の溶融又は焼結をレーザによって行い、焦点における出力密度に関するレーザの最大値は焦点における出力密度の平均値を超えて50%未満であることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記焦点における出力密度に関する最大値は、前記焦点における出力密度の平均値を超えて20%未満である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記焦点における出力密度に関する最大値は、前記焦点における出力密度の平均値を超えて10%未満である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記焦点における出力密度分布をビーム変形によって調整する、請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ビーム変形を屈折型ビーム成形器及び/又はホモジナイザを用いて行なう、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置又は請求項4乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いてポリマー粉末から製造されることを特徴とする、モールド。
- ISO307に準拠して、使用されるポリマー粉末の溶液粘度に比べて10%以上小さくない溶液粘度を有する、請求項9に記載のモールド。
