Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a biodegradable planter for cultivation of agricultural products formed by molding a waste paper material having biodegradability and a method for producing the same.
In recent years, planting systems using biodegradable sheets are becoming popular. This sheet has a large constituent molecular weight and does not decompose by microorganisms as it is, but has a function of starting decomposition into water and carbon dioxide by microorganisms when the molecular weight is reduced by hydrolysis or the like.
Such a biodegradable sheet has a function of suppressing weeds by a light shielding rate and physical strength. That is, with regard to the light shielding rate, the light transmission downward of the sheet is suppressed, and the amount of photosynthesis of the plant is made smaller than the respiration rate to suppress the growth of the plant under the sheet. For this reason, in recent years, this biodegradable sheet has been used together with a planter for planting in alley cultivation or the like where weeds can easily propagate.
However, as conventional planters for planting, non-degradable plastics, polystyrene foam, ceramics, etc. are used, so they cannot be reduced to pure organic fertilizer for soil and cannot be reduced. It will remain permanently in the soil as a thing.
Moreover, when the planter for planting is made of foamed polystyrene or ceramics, the strength gradually decreases by being exposed to ultraviolet rays or wind and rain when laid on the ground surface. Moreover, when the strength is reduced in this way, the planter may be damaged when the planter is stepped on with a person's foot or hit by a strong wind.
Therefore, the present invention has been devised in view of the existing circumstances as described above, while suppressing the progress of intensity reduction due to ultraviolet irradiation and wind and rain, while simultaneously suppressing the growth of weeds, On the other hand, the present invention aims to provide a biodegradable planter that can be reduced as pure organic fertilizer, which leads to ecology and leads to improved cultivation efficiency and yield even in alley cultivation, and a method for producing the same.
In order to solve the above-described problems, in the biodegradable planter according to the present invention, waste paper is used as a first raw material, and wood wood chips, cellulose fibers, tofu dregs okara, and azuki bean skin And a planter body composed of biodegradable raw material fibers containing at least one of them or a mixture thereof as a second raw material.
The planter body is configured as an accordion-shaped container with U-shaped cross-section on the surface of the tray, and multiple trays can be jointed by recesses or protrusions located at the end of the tray. It consists of
On the other hand, in the method for producing a biodegradable planter according to the present invention, the first raw material, which is waste paper, is 70% to 50%, the wood chips, cellulose fibers, the tofu residue, the red bean husk skin. Among them, at least one of them or a second raw material mixed with them is added to raw fiber mixed with 30% to 50%, water is added and stirred with a pulper, and after stirring, diluted with water to a concentration of about 1-2. % (Weight ratio) raw fiber, the diluted raw fiber is molded with a mold, and about 160 to 200 ° C. in a drying furnace, preferably about 20 to about 180 ° C. with hot gas at about 180 ° C. It is characterized by comprising a step of drying for about 30 minutes to obtain a planter finished product.
According to the present invention, while suppressing the progress of intensity reduction due to ultraviolet irradiation and wind and rain, and at the same time suppressing the growth of weeds, it can be easily reduced to become pure organic fertilizer to the soil, leading to ecology In alley cultivation, the effect of improving cultivation efficiency and yield can be obtained.
That is, in the biodegradable planter according to the present invention, waste paper is used as the first raw material, and at least one of wood chips, cellulose fibers, tofu dregs okara, and red bean husks are used. Because it is a planter body composed of biodegradable raw material fibers containing a mixture of these as the second raw material, it is possible to easily and inexpensively provide a high-strength and eco-friendly planter body, This can contribute to reducing the load.
The planter body is configured as an accordion-shaped container with U-shaped cross-section on the surface of the tray, and multiple trays can be jointed by recesses or protrusions located at the end of the tray. Therefore, any installation conditions for alley cultivation can be accommodated.
Since it comprises a process of drying for about 30 minutes to obtain a planter finished product, a planter body that is eco-friendly can be easily manufactured from any kind of used paper. Moreover, the amount of carbon dioxide emission is very small, which can contribute to the reduction of the global environmental load.
In particular, binders such as starch paste and chemical adhesives are not used, and the adhesive strength is that the raw fibers are self-bonded by hydrogen bonding with dissolved water. It can be reduced to the soil as pure organic fertilizer by the decomposition by microorganisms in the soil at the same time as the hydrolysis action that can be easily broken.
Hereinafter, embodiments of a biodegradable planter according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, a planter body 1 constituting a biodegradable planter according to the present invention is configured as a bellows-like container formed by arranging uneven portions on a tray surface having a U-shaped cross section. Yes.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) to 2 (c), the planter body 1 has a plurality of equidistant intervals along the longitudinal direction of the outer surface of the
Moreover, as crops grown and cultivated by the planter main body 1, for example, leaf vegetables and root vegetables are mainly used. That is, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the passages Q and the recesses R for planting are alternately provided on the surface of the soil P, and the biodegradable sheet S for soil reduction is covered on these, Furthermore, the planter main body 1 is placed in the recessed portion R for planting through the biodegradable sheet S in an embedded state. FIG. 3B shows a state where crops such as leaf vegetables and root vegetables, for example, cocoon Y grows on the soil P inside the planter body 1. In this case, the surface of the internal soil P of the planter body 1 is shown. Further, a biodegradable sheet S having a function of suppressing weeds by the light shielding rate and physical strength is laid.
This biodegradable sheet S is made of a plant plastic, has a large molecular weight, and is not decomposed by microorganisms as it is. However, when the molecular weight is reduced by hydrolysis or the like, decomposition into water and carbon dioxide starts by microorganisms. .
The planter main body 1 uses waste paper as a first raw material, and at least one of wood chips, cellulose fiber, tofu residue, azuki bean skin or a mixture thereof as a second raw material. It is formed by molding and drying the biodegradable raw material fibers that it contains.
Specifically, as a planter body 1 for cultivation of agricultural products (leaf vegetables and root vegetables), for example, persimmons, etc., a planter body 1 composed of three types of raw material fibers having different distribution amounts of the first raw material and the second raw material will be described later. It is formed by a molding technique.
For example, the first type of raw material fiber is composed of a first raw material of 70% waste paper (56% corrugated paper + 14% waste paper) and a second raw material of 30% of tofu residue Okara. A main body 1 is formed.
The second type of raw fiber is composed of a first raw material of 70% waste paper (56% corrugated paper + 14% waste paper) and a second raw material of 30% red bean husk (drawn dregs). Thus, the second planter body 1 is formed.
The third type of raw material fiber is composed of a first raw material of 50% used paper (40% used paperboard + 10% used newspaper) and a second raw material made of 50% rayon (cellulose fiber). A planter body 1 is formed.
Next, an example of a manufacturing method of the planter body 1 configured as described above by the molding technique will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.
When forming the first planter body 1, as shown in FIG. 4, first, the first type raw material fiber and water are put into the
Then, water is further added to the stirred raw fiber to dilute it to a concentration of about 1-2% (weight ratio). Specifically, the raw fiber after stirring in the
The raw material concentration adjustment at this time is performed by a pair of water level sensors SA and SB as shown in FIG. That is, when the raw material fibers in the
Thereafter, the diluted raw material fibers in the forming
Then, the raw material fiber after molding is sucked and held by the upper vacuum-carrying

As described above, in the present embodiment, the planter body 1 that is eco-friendly can be easily manufactured from any type of used paper.
