図6は、液体注出装置の他の実施形態を示している。本実施形態では、エルボ1の筒状軸部4の下端部の弁7を取外し、空気導入管5の下端の空気取入口6を常時開いた状態としている。空気導入管5の先端部には、空気導入管5内に液状味噌Wが流入するのを防止する逆止弁27を取付けてある。逆止弁27は、図7に示すように、下部側に空気導入管5が差し込まれる接続部28を有し上端部に弁体着座部29が取付けられた基部30と、基部30に上方から被せて弁体収容空間31を形成する弁ケース32と、弁体収容空間内31に離脱不能に収容した弁体33とで構成している。基部30と弁ケース32と弁体33は樹脂で形成してあり、弁体着座部29はシリコンゴムで形成してある。弁ケース32は、上面に空気出口34が形成してあり、空気出口34の裏側にはリブ35を設けてあり、弁体33が浮き上がったときに空気出口34が弁体33で塞がれないようにしている。弁体33は、下部側が半球状で上面が平坦な弾丸形状に形成され、弁体収容空間31内で弁体着座部29に対して接近離間する方向(図7の上下方向)に1mm程度移動可能となっている。
コック2が閉じている間は、図7(a)に示すように、弁体33はペットボトルP内の液状味噌Wの圧力により弁体着座部29に押付けられており、これにより液状味噌Wが空気導入管5内に流入するのを防いでいる。コック2が開いて飲料注出口25から液状味噌Wが注出されると、空気取入口6から空気導入管13内に空気が吸い込まれるため、図7(b)に示すように、弁体33は空気圧により浮き上がって弁体着座部29から離れ、よって空気出口34から空気36が液状味噌W中に放出される。このように液体注出時に空気取入口6と空気導入管5によりペットボトルP内に空気を送り込むことで、ペットボトルP内の液体と空気の置換が行われるため、コック2の液体注出口25から液状味噌Wを脈動することなくスムーズに注出できる。空気導入管5の先端部に逆止弁27を取付けたことで、空気導入管5がペットボトルPの底部まで達していなくてもよいので、空気導入管5を短いものにでき、また大きさの異なるペットボトルPで空気導入管5を兼用することができる。
逆止弁27は上記構造のものに限らず、例えば特許文献1の図12に記載されているような、シリコンゴム等で一体成形したくちばし状のものでもよい。エルボ1の筒状軸部4の下端部に弁7を取付けた上で、さらに空気導入管5の先端部に逆止弁27を取付けることもできる。

The check valve 27 is not limited to the one having the above structure, and may be a beak shape integrally formed of silicon rubber or the like as described in FIG.
