Description

The present invention relates to a structure for movably supporting an upper rail with respect to a lower rail in a vehicle seat slide device.

Conventionally, in Patent Document 1 below, since the upper rail moves while the resin protrusion of the slider attached to the upper rail is elastically pressed against the lower rail, rattling of the upper rail with respect to the lower rail can be restricted during the movement. .

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-315810

However, in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, since the resin protrusion of the slider is always pressed against the lower rail with a predetermined elasticity, not only does the upper rail move with respect to the lower rail in the unlocked state, but also the lower rail does not easily move. Due to the accuracy error between the upper rail and the upper rail, its elasticity changes, and its movement resistance becomes too large than the set value, which may hinder the movement operation of the upper rail. Further, in the locked state of the upper rail with respect to the lower rail, there is a possibility that the resin protrusion of the slider comes in contact with and separates from the lower rail due to an accuracy error between the lower rail and the upper rail, causing the upper rail to rattle.

In the seat slide device, in the unlocked state, the resistance of the upper rail to the lower rail is less likely to be generated, and even if there is an accuracy error between the lower rail and the upper rail, the rattling of the upper rail to the lower rail is restricted in the locked state. The purpose is to do.

Hereinafter, a seat slide device according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the seat slide device shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), a lower rail 1 is fixed to the floor (not shown) of the vehicle body on both sides in the left-right direction Y orthogonal to the front-rear direction X, respectively. Upper rails 2 fixed to the left and right sides of the lower rail 1 are inserted into the lower rail 1 and supported so as to be movable in the front-rear direction X.

A lower rail 1 shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b) extends in the front-rear direction X, and as shown in FIGS. 3 (a), 3 (b), 4 (a) and 4 (b), a bottom plate portion 3 and a bottom plate Side plate part 4 bent upward from the left and right end parts of part 3, upper plate part 5 bent opposite to the inner side in the left-right direction Y from the upper end part of left and right side plate parts 4, and both left and right upper plate parts 5 and a mouth plate part 6 bent downward. An accommodation chamber 7 surrounded by the bottom plate portion 3, the left and right side plate portions 4, the left and right upper plate portions 5 and the left and right mouth plate portions 6 is formed between the left and right both mouth plate portions 6 and extends in the front-rear direction X. 8 and a groove 9 formed between the side plate portion 4 and the mouth plate portion 6 and extending in the front-rear direction X, and is opened upward by the opening 8. On one mouth plate portion 6, a large number of lock holes 10 (lock portions) are arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction X within a predetermined range.

The upper rail 2 shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b) extends in the front-rear direction X between the front end 2a and the rear end 2b, and FIGS. 3 (a) (b) and 4 (a) (b) ), A pair of side plates 11 superposed with each other in the left-right direction Y are provided. The lower portions of the left and right side plates 11 are inserted into the accommodation chamber 7 of the lower rail 1 and inserted into the opening 8 of the accommodation chamber 7 so that the left and right guide plate portions 13 are lined up with the sliding grooves 12 in the left-right direction Y. The arm plate portion 14 is bent from the lower end portions of both guide plate portions 13 to the outside in the left-right direction Y and inserted into the left and right grooves 9 of the storage chamber 7. The left and right arm plate portions 14 support rollers 15 placed on the bottom plate portion 3 of the lower rail 1. Guides 16 extending in the front-rear direction X are formed at both ends in the front-rear direction X of the left and right arm plate parts 14 as shown in FIGS. 5 (a), 5 (b) and 6 (a) (b). On each guide 16, a regulating surface 16 a that is inclined upward as it goes outward in the front-rear direction X is formed. The upper portions of the side plates 11 protrude upward from the opening 8 of the lower rail 1.

A locking member 18 having a plurality of locking claws 18a (locking portions) is mounted on a bracket 17 attached to one side plate 11 at a central portion of the upper rail 2 in the front-rear direction X by a support shaft 19 extending in the front-rear direction X. It is supported so that it can rotate to Z. A handle 20 is connected to the lock member 18. A tension coil spring 21 is hooked between the upper rail 2 and the lock member 18. A plurality of avoidance holes 13 a and 14 a are formed in one guide plate portion 13 and arm plate portion 14 corresponding to each lock hole 10 of the mouth plate portion 6 of the lower rail 1.

In the locked state P shown in FIGS. 1 (a), 1 (b) and 3 (a), the lock member 18 is urged by the tension coil spring 21 together with the handle 20 and rotates about the support shaft 19 to each lock claw. 18 a is engaged with a part of the lock holes 10 of the lower rail 1 and the avoidance holes 13 a and 14 a of the upper rail 2. Therefore, in the locked state P, the upper rail 2 cannot be moved in the front-rear direction X with respect to the lower rail 1.

When the handle 20 is pushed down against the elastic force of the tension coil spring 21 from the locked state P, the unlocked state Q is entered as shown in FIG. 3B, and the lock member 18 rotates about the support shaft 19. Each lock claw 18a is detached from a part of the lock holes 10 of the lower rail 1 and the avoidance holes 13a, 14a of the upper rail 2. Therefore, in the unlocked state Q, the upper rail 2 can be moved in the front-rear direction X with respect to the lower rail 1.

2 (a) and 2 (b), in the upper rail 2, on both sides of the locking member 18 in the front-rear direction X, levers 22 (interlocking means) are rotatably supported by support shafts 23 extending in the left-right direction Y, respectively. Has been. The lever 22 includes an upper arm portion 24 that extends upward from the support shaft 23 and a lower arm portion 25 that extends downward from the support shaft 23. The upper arm portion 24 is formed with a transmission portion 24 a that engages with the lock member 18 and transmits the rotation of the lock member 18 as the rotation of the lever 22. A slider 26 (interlocking means) is inserted into the sliding groove 12 between the left and right guide plate portions 13 so as to reciprocate with respect to the upper rail 2 along the movement direction (front-rear direction X) of the upper rail 2. The base end portion of the slider 26 is connected to the lower arm portion 25 of the lever 22 by a support shaft 27. A tension coil spring 28 is connected between the upper arm portions 24 of the left and right levers 22. A movable portion 29 provided at an end portion of the slider 26 in the front-rear direction X protrudes outward from the sliding groove 12. As shown in FIG. 1B, the movable portion 29 is formed of resin and has an intermediate portion 30 and a contact portion 31 that protrudes from the intermediate portion 30 in the left-right direction Y. As shown in FIGS. 5B and 6B, a passage 32 is formed between the intermediate portion 30 and the left and right contact portions 31, and the mouth plate portion 6 of the lower rail 1 passes through the passage 32. A restriction hole 33 through which the guide 16 (interlocking means) is inserted is provided in the contact portion 31 in the front-rear direction X. In the abutting portion 31, a gap 31 a opened in the vertical direction Z is formed inside the wall portion 34 facing the guide portion 4 a inside the left and right side plate portions 4 of the lower rail 1.

Now, in the locked state P of the lock member 18 described above, the transmission portion 24a of the left and right levers 22 is separated from the lock member 18 and the elasticity of the tension coil spring 28 between the left and right levers 22 is shown in FIG. The left and right levers 22 rotate about the support shaft 23 by force, and the movable portion 29 protrudes outside the sliding groove 12 via the left and right sliders 26. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 5A, the restriction hole 33 of the contact portion 31 of the movable portion 29 is pushed upward by the restriction surface 16 a of the guide 16, and the contact portion 31 becomes lower rail 1. It will be in the approach state SP which contact | abuts so that the clearance gap G between them may be eliminated with respect to the guide part 5a inside the right-and-left both upper board part 5. FIG. Therefore, the contact portion 31 of the movable portion 29 is pressed against the guide portion 5a in the locked state P.

Further, in the unlocked state Q of the lock member 18 described above, as shown in FIG. 2B, the transmission portions 24 a of the left and right levers 22 are moved upward against the elastic force of the tension coil spring 28 by the lock member 18. The left and right levers 22 are rotated around the support shaft 23 and the movable portion 29 is immersed inward via the left and right sliders 26. Therefore, the restriction of the restriction surface 16a of the guide 16 with respect to the restriction holes 33 of the left and right abutting parts 31 of the movable part 29 is released, the movable part 29 moves down, and guides inside the left and right upper plate parts 5 of the lower rail 1 It will be in the separation state SQ which leaves | separates in the up-down direction Z so that the clearance gap G may be produced between them with respect to the part 5a. Accordingly, in the unlocked state Q, the abutting portion 31 of the movable portion 29 makes a slight contact with the guide portion 4a on the lower rail 1 side and is spaced from the guide portion 5a on the lower rail 1 side in the vertical direction Z with respect to the lower rail 1. The upper rail 2 can be moved in the front-rear direction X.

なお、第1実施形態の図5(a)(b)及び図6(a)(b)はそれぞれ第2実施形態の図7(a)(b)及び図8(a)(b)に対応する。   Next, a seat slide device according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 8 with a focus on differences from the first embodiment. 5A, 5B and 6A, 6B of the first embodiment correspond to FIGS. 7A, 7B, 8A, and 8B of the second embodiment, respectively. To do.

In the left and right guides 16 extending in the front-rear direction X, the regulation surface 16a facing the guide part 5a on the inner side of the upper plate part 5 of the lower rail 1 is inclined upward as it goes outward in the front-rear direction X, as in the first embodiment. In addition, the regulating surface 16b facing the guide portion 4a on the inner side of the side plate portion 4 of the lower rail 1 is inclined so as to spread toward the outside in the front-rear direction X. The contact part 31 can be bent slightly in the left-right direction Y.

In the lock state P of the lock member 18 described above, the contact portion 31 eliminates the gap G between the guide portions 5a inside the left and right upper plate portions 5 of the lower rail 1 as in the first embodiment. The contact state SP is brought into contact with the guide portions 4a inside the left and right side plate portions 4 of the lower rail 1 so as to eliminate the gap G therebetween. Accordingly, the contact portion 31 of the movable portion 29 is pressed against the guide portions 5a and 4a in the locked state P.

Further, in the unlocked state Q of the lock member 18 described above, the contact portion 31 forms a gap G between the guide portions 5a inside the left and right upper plate portions 5 of the lower rail 1 in the same manner as in the first embodiment. In this state, the separation state SQ is separated in the left-right direction Z so that a gap G is generated between the guide portions 4a inside the left and right side plate portions 4 of the lower rail 1 and the gaps G therebetween. Accordingly, in the unlocked state Q, the upper rail 2 is moved in the front-rear direction with respect to the lower rail 1 in a state where the abutting portion 31 of the movable portion 29 is simultaneously separated from the guide portions 5a, 4a on the lower rail 1 side in the vertical direction Z and the horizontal direction Y. Can be moved to X.

This embodiment has the following effects.
(1) In the unlocked state Q of the lock member 18, both the front and rear movable parts 29 take the separated state SQ via the interlocking means, and a gap G is generated in the vertical direction Z with respect to the guide part 5a on the lower rail 1 side. Even if there is an accuracy error between the upper rail 2 and the upper rail 2, movement resistance of the upper rail 2 with respect to the lower rail 1 is less likely to occur, and the upper rail 2 can be moved smoothly.

(2) When the locking member 18 is in the locked state P, both the front and rear movable parts 29 take the approaching state SP via the interlocking means and come into contact with the guide part 5a on the lower rail 1 side so as to eliminate the gap G between them. Even if there is an accuracy error between the lower rail 1 and the upper rail 2, rattling of the upper rail 2 with respect to the lower rail 1 can be restricted.

(3) By simple interlocking means (the lever 22, slider 26, and guide 16 on the upper rail 2 side), the movable portion 29 is moved to the separated state SQ or the approached state SP according to the unlocked state Q or the locked state P of the lock member 18. It can be set easily.

(4) Since the movable portion 29 on the upper rail 2 side contacts and separates from the guide portion 5a on the lower rail 1 side on both sides in the front-rear direction X and both sides in the left-right direction Y with respect to the upper rail 2, the upper rail 2 in the unlocked state Q And the backlash of the upper rail 2 in the locked state P can be eliminated with a good balance.

For example, the following embodiment may be configured as follows.
The gap G of the contact portion 31 of the movable portion 29 with respect to the guide portion 5a on the lower rail 1 side may be eliminated from the locked state P of the lock member 18 as in the above embodiment, but the lock of the lock member 18 It may be made slightly smaller than in the released state Q in a range that does not adversely affect the rattling of the upper rail 2 with respect to the lower rail 1.

As the interlocking means for transmitting the movement of the lock member 18 as the movement of the movable portion 29, a mechanism other than the link mechanism and the cam mechanism (the lever 22, the slider 26, and the guide 16 on the upper rail 2 side) as in the above embodiment is employed. May be.

In the above embodiment, the movable portion 29 and the interlocking means (the lever 22, the slider 26, and the guide 16 on the upper rail 2 side) are disposed on both sides of the movement direction (front-rear direction X) of the upper rail 2 with respect to the lock member 18.
