Abstract
【解決手段】 寛骨臼に嵌入される内部が空洞の半球状の金属製のアウターカップと、アウターカップに嵌入される同じく内部が空洞の半球状の金属製のインナーカップと、インナーカップの内部に突出部分を有して才差運動可能に嵌入される略球状をした金属製の人工ヘッドと、人工ヘッドの突出部分に大腿骨に挿入されるステムに続くネックが差し込まれる人工股関節において、アウターカップの内面とインナーカップの外面との間に金属からなる筋状の弾性体を分散させて介在させ、インナーカップからアウターカップ又はその逆に衝撃が加わったときに弾性体が弾性変形して当該衝撃を吸収するとともに、変形が最大のときでも、アウターカップの内面とインナーカップの外面とに間隙が保たれるようにする。

Description
本発明者らは、金属対金属型人工股関節において、より優れた衝撃緩和性を発揮させることを念頭に鋭意研究した結果、アウターカップとインナーカップとの間に特定の構造と配置の弾性体を介在させることで、違和感、不快感を与えることの少ない人工股関節を出現できることを見出し、ここに提案したものである。結論的には、上記した特許文献3の発明をより進化させたものといえる。

Claims (8)
- 寛骨臼に嵌入される内部が空洞の半球状の金属製のアウターカップと、アウターカップに嵌入される同じく内部が空洞の半球状の金属製のインナーカップと、インナーカップの内部に突出部分を有して才差運動可能に嵌入される略球状をした金属製の人工ヘッドと、人工ヘッドの突出部分に大腿骨に挿入されるステムに続くネックが差し込まれる人工股関節において、アウターカップの内面とインナーカップの外面との間に金属からなる筋状の弾性体を分散させて介在させ、インナーカップからアウターカップ又はその逆に衝撃が加わったときに弾性体が弾性変形して当該衝撃を吸収するとともに、変形が最大のときでも、アウターカップの内面とインナーカップの外面とに間隙が保たれることを特徴とする人工股関節。
- 弾性体がガータースプリング、切れ目を入れた中空パイプ、板を薄い可撓性のある基板上で短手方向に連続させた帯状板バネのいずれかである請求項1の人工股関節。
- インナーカップ又はインナーカップとアウターカップに溝を形成し、溝に弾性体を嵌め込んだ請求項1又は2の人工股関節。
- 溝が周方向に複数形成される請求項3の人工股関節。
- 溝が径方向に複数形成される請求項3の人工股関節。
- 溝が螺旋状に形成される請求項3の人工股関節。
- 溝の断面形状が半球状、矩形状、波形状のいずれかである請求項2〜6いずれかの人工股関節。
- アウターカップとインナーカップの端部に弾性変形可能で両カップの間隙をシールするシール部材が装設される請求項1〜7いずれかの人工股関節。
