Description

The present invention relates to an acupuncture pusher fitting.

In general, the treatment using acupuncture is performed by inserting the cadaver with the fingertip of the other hand (singer) while supporting the cadaver with the finger (pusher) of one hand. As a mounting tool to be mounted on a pusher for the purpose of preventing infection of the disease, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known. In this conventional example, the wearing tool is formed in a sheet shape and is used by being attached to the fingertip of the pusher.

The wearing tool has a barrier performance against bacteria, and prevents infection due to contact between the person to be treated and the practitioner in the attached state.

However, the above-described conventional example has a drawback that it is troublesome because an operation of attaching a wearing tool to each presser-forming finger is required for each treatment.

The present invention has been made to solve the above drawbacks, and an object of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-use pusher attachment device for acupuncture.

According to the present invention, the object is
2 connected at one side edge interposed between the pusher forming finger 2 and the housing 1 for picking and holding the housing 1 at the time of acupuncture treatment, and between the pusher forming finger 2 and the treatment field surface 3 of the treatment subject A piece of sandwich 4 and
A finger insertion portion 5 that is opened toward the connecting side edge of the clip piece 4 and that inserts the presser forming finger 2 to hold the clip piece 4 on the presser forming finger 2;
This is achieved by providing a pressing tool for acupuncture, in which the clip piece 4 is impregnated with a disinfectant and is made of a flexible material.

In general, acupuncture is performed by disinfecting the treatment area of the treated person, squeezing the treatment area (front heel), holding the heel pipe 8 with the skeleton 1 inserted into a predetermined position (standing pipe), and the head of the skeleton 1 Lightly tap the part with a stabter to cut the shell 1 into the subcutaneous tissue, insert it, extubate the canal 8, insert the rod 1 to a predetermined depth, remove the rod 1, surgical field It is carried out by the procedure of squeezing the back (rear) and disinfecting the extracted part.

According to the present invention, in the case of the single stab method in which the operation from insertion to removal of the housing 1 is performed as a series of operations, the pusher is in a state in which the sandwich piece 4 is impregnated with the disinfectant during the disinfection operation before the operation. It is possible to perform all subsequent operations with the wearing tool attached, and in the case of the placement method in which extraction is performed after leaving the case 1 for a predetermined time after insertion. However, it is possible to perform the subsequent operation in the mounted state only by mounting at the time of the sterilization operation before the operation and the extraction operation.

As a result, it is not necessary to take out and discard the absorbent cotton or the like for each disinfection operation, and the operation can be performed as a series of operations, so that the efficiency of the operation is improved.

Further, since the attachment is performed by inserting the pusher forming finger 2 into the finger insertion portion 5, the attachment / detachment operation becomes easy.

Furthermore, in consideration of the very small amount of body fluid such as blood that oozes out when the housing 1 is inserted, the pinching piece 4 functions as a physical partition that prevents the operator and the patient from coming into direct contact with each other. In addition to expectation, the disinfectant impregnated in the pinch piece 4 prevents infection in order to regulate the movement of the virus in the septum by bactericidal action against pathogens such as viruses causing infection. It becomes possible.

The finger insertion part 5 of the wearing tool may be a cylindrical shape in which the fingertip can be completely inserted as long as the fingertip of the presser forming finger 2 can be inserted, or a part of the finger insertion part 5 is opened and a string or belt May be constructed. In addition to providing one finger insertion portion 5 for each pinching piece 4, a plurality of finger insertion portions 5 are provided for each pinching piece 4, or each finger insertion portion 5 includes a plurality of finger insertion portions 5 other than allowing one fingertip to be inserted. The fingertip of the book can be inserted.

The wearing tool can be formed by connecting the clip piece 4 and the finger insertion part 5 by an appropriate means. However, the mounting tool is a base made of a material that has impregnation properties with respect to the disinfectant and has flexibility. If it is integrally formed on 6, the entire structure can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.

In this case, a filter material that is permeable to disinfecting liquids such as alcohol and shields against body fluids such as blood or viruses is used for the substrate 6 in addition to absorbent cotton. In this case, it is possible to reliably prevent infection via blood.

According to the present invention, it is easy to use and can prevent infection during acupuncture.

It is a figure corresponding to. It is a perspective view corresponding to Drawing 4 (a) showing the modification of Drawing 4. 6A and 6B are views showing still another modified example of FIG. 4, in which FIG. 6A is a cross-sectional view taken along line 6A-6A in FIG. 4B, and FIG.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the wearing tool is formed by using cut cotton obtained by cutting absorbent cotton into a rectangular parallelepiped as a base 6, and sandwiching pieces 4 and finger insertion portions 5 provided on the base 6.

The sandwiching piece 4 is formed by being divided into two in the thickness direction in a state where the base body 6 is connected to one side wall portion, and the finger insertion portion 5 is formed in each of the two sandwiching pieces 4. The finger insertion portion 5 is formed to open in the direction of the unconnected side edge with the connection side wall surface as an open end.

Since the cut cotton has a laminated structure directed in one direction and has a constant peeling direction in the lamination direction (thickness direction), in this embodiment in which the cut cotton is used as the base body 6, the pinching piece 4 Is formed by being peeled up and down from the center in the thickness direction of the substrate 6 toward the opposing wall surface, and the connecting end is configured by stopping the peeling operation before the opposing wall surface.

Similarly, the finger insertion portion 5 is formed by peeling the intermediate portion of the connecting end of the clip piece 4 in the thickness direction in the depth direction except for the width direction end portion.

FIG. 2 shows the use state of the above-described wearing tool. The wearing tool is used in a state in which fingers (in this embodiment, thumb and index finger) that form a pusher are respectively inserted into the two finger insertion portions 5 formed in each of the clip pieces 4, and at the time of wearing or After mounting, the base body 6 contains disinfecting alcohol, and in this state, the body surface 3 (surgical field) of the person to be treated is wiped and disinfected.

After this, as described above, a forward heel is applied, and then, as shown in FIG. 2, a standing tube operation is performed to hold the heel tube 8 into which the housing 1 is inserted by a pusher on the treatment field. The forehead can be performed with a pusher with the wearing tool attached. During standing, the pusher forming finger 2 and the body surface 3 of the person to be treated, and between the presser forming finger 2 and the cannula 8 In this state, the sandwiching piece 4 is interposed.

After cutting and inserting from this state, and further removing the fistula tube 8, even if body fluid such as blood that causes infection oozes out from the body surface 3 due to insertion of the fistula 1, A sandwich piece 4 is interposed between the body surface 3 of the therapist and the pusher forming finger 2 and the housing 1 to function as a physical partition wall to prevent direct contact. Since it is impregnated, viruses and the like are sterilized in the movement route.

After finishing the insertion operation described above and removing the housing 1 to finish the treatment, the rear heel and the removal site are sterilized while wearing the wearing tool, and all operations are completed. The mounting tool can be removed from the pusher and discarded as it is.

As described above, the disinfecting operation of the disinfecting alcohol on the mounting tool can be performed after mounting on the presser forming finger 2 or can be mounted in a pre-impregnated state. When supplying to a user in a state impregnated with alcohol for disinfection in advance, there is a risk that the opening of the finger insertion portion 5 will be in close contact and the operability during the mounting operation may be reduced. A spacer 9 can be inserted in the insertion portion 5 in advance. The spacer 9 is, for example, a film that is deformable substantially along the finger when the finger is inserted with a synthetic resin material that is insoluble in alcohol, and has an appropriate rigidity that can be compensated in the state of (a). Can be formed.

As shown in FIG. 3B, first, the finger is inserted in a state where the open end of the finger insertion portion 5 is secured so as to push the spacer 9 away with the insertion finger, and then in FIG. As shown by the arrow, the process is performed by removing the spacer 9.

In the above description, the case where one finger is inserted into each finger insertion portion 5 has been described, but a configuration may be adopted in which a plurality of fingers are inserted. Furthermore, although the case where the finger insertion part 5 and the pinching piece 4 are formed only by peeling off the base body 6 has been shown, it is possible to appropriately perform sewing or edging operation as necessary.

In addition, although the case where the base 6 is formed of absorbent cotton is described, any material can be used as long as it has an impregnation performance with respect to the disinfectant.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the case where the finger insertion part 5 and the pinching piece 4 were integrally formed on the one base | substrate 6 was shown, for example, the finger insertion part 5 each formed as a different body was provided. It is possible to form the finger insert 4 by appropriately connecting the clip pieces 4 or by connecting a belt body to each of the two clip pieces 4 formed on the same base 6.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention. In the description of the present embodiment, the same components as those of the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals in the drawings, and the description thereof is omitted.

In this embodiment, a barrier layer 7 that blocks permeation of body fluid such as blood is formed on the inner wall portion of the finger insertion portion 5. The barrier layer 7 is formed of a thin and flexible film made of synthetic resin, and is pushed into the finger insertion portion 5 and attached in a folded state.

The finger 2 is attached after the fingertip is inserted from the finger insertion portion 5 so as to correspond to the gap portion 7a of the barrier layer 7, and the fingertip is pressed downward so as to pass through the gap portion 7a. In a), it can be performed by shifting the finger to the left side and sliding the finger into the folded portion 7b. As shown in FIGS. 4 (b) and 4 (c), there is a disinfection between the presser forming finger 2 and the fistula 8, or after the extubation of the fistula 1 and the body surface 3 of the person to be treated. Since the sandwich piece 4 containing alcohol and the barrier layer 7 are interposed, infection can be reliably prevented.

In addition, although the case where the barrier layer 7 is formed by pressing a folded film into the finger insertion part 5 is shown above, a film formed in a cylindrical shape can also be pressed into the finger insertion part 5.

Further, the barrier layer 7 can be fixed to the inner wall of the finger insertion part 5 by using an adhesive or an adhesive, in addition to simply pressing the film into the finger insertion part 5. In order to facilitate this, as shown in FIG. 5, a tongue piece 7 c can be provided at the end of the barrier layer 7. In this case, the fitting is performed by inserting the fingertip from the finger insertion portion 5 so as to correspond to the gap portion 7a of the barrier layer 7 with the tongue piece 7c being pulled upward, and then passing through the gap portion 7a. After pressing the fingertip downward, the finger can be slid into the folded portion 7b by shifting the finger to the left in FIG.

In the above, the case where the substrate 6 is formed of absorbent cotton is shown. However, as shown in FIG. 6, the substrate 6 is permeable to alcohol for disinfection and the like, and is free from body fluids such as blood, or viruses. And a flexible filter film having a shielding property.

Although the wearing tool using the filter membrane described above can be formed in various shapes, in the modification shown in FIG. 6, the finger insertion portion 5 is similar to both ends of the base plate 10 formed by the filter membrane. These filter films are joined to each other, and are used by being folded from the center.
