Description

The present invention is a brake petal device for an automobile equipped with a device for preventing a runaway accident by stepping on the accelerator petal in the wrong way.

There is a blind spot that makes a mistake in the brake petals and accelerator petals of automatic and electric cars. The blind spot means that the brake petal is large and easy to step on the side with a focus on safety. In the event of an emergency, the driver can panic and the normal operation cannot be performed and the shoe sole is beside the petal. The brakes cannot be caught and an accident occurs.
FIG. 1 shows a state in which a shoe sole is caught when moving from an accelerator petal next to a brake petal at the foot of a conventional driver's seat.
When danger is imminent at hand, the driver may have an illusion that the shoe is on the brake petal while the shoe is caught, and the driver may step on it and cause a serious accident.
In the car society, “accelerator accident cause” is now a “mystery”.
Here are the experiences that our couple experienced.
My wife, 67, is cold this February. I intended to step on the brake petal, but I opened the accelerator petal and got into the grass. The cause is "mystery".
I was 65 years old and did not have an accident, but I found out the cause of the mistake.
This is because when driving with heavy-duty safety shoes with thick soles, the soles are caught beside the brake petal whenever braking is applied.
I decided that this was the cause and took safety measures according to this invention so that my wife's car was not caught.
After that, the wife who drove the car equipped with this invention “brake petal device” says “safe, secure and comfortable.”

The present invention provides an invention for causing a car accident to cause a personal injury or a major accident due to a mistake in stepping on a brake petal and an accelerator petal of an automatic car.

In the brake of an automatic vehicle or an electric vehicle, the present invention includes a fixed petal whose one end in the width direction is fixed to an arm, a movable petal on the right side of the fixed petal via a hinge, and a magnet on the lower surface of the fixed petal. A switch is fixed, and the piston of this magnet switch is a movable brake petal characterized in that it can expand and contract in the right direction in contact with the lower surface of the movable petal.

An object of the present invention is an invention that can be operated safely and safely by braking with a brake petal without any mistakes in sudden operation.

Schematic showing the relationship between conventional accelerator petals and brake petals The perspective view seen from the top of the present invention is shown. The front view of this invention is shown. (1) The figure of the moment when the foot got on the movable petal. (2) The figure which shows the state where the foot got on the brake petal.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 1 is a drawing in which a shoe sole is caught (dotted line portion) when a foot 3 moves to a brake petal 2 in order to brake the brake petal 2 at the foot of a driver's seat from the accelerator petal 1.

Fig. 2 is a diagram that solves the problem as shown in Fig. 1 so that shoes do not get caught. The left half of the brake petal is fixed to the arm 7 while the right half is the movable petal 4 and the accelerator petal 1 is not stepped on. Comprises a vertically movable petal 4 via a hinge 9. This shows the situation when the right foot 3 is moved from the accelerator 1 to the movable petal 5 of the brake petal without being caught.

Fig. 3 (1) is the rear view of the shoe. A fixed brake petal 5 whose right end is fixed to the arm 7 has a magnet switch 6 fixed to the lower surface and a piston 8 that expands and contracts inside the magnet switch 6.
A roller is provided at the tip of the piston 8, and this roller is in contact with the lower surface of the movable petal 4. When the accelerator petal is not stepped on, the movable petal 4 is tilted about 30 degrees to the right and is received by a roller provided at the tip of the piston 8. When the right foot 3 is put on the movable petal 4 on the piston 8, the magnet switch 6 is actuated by this load, and the piston 8 and the roller extend in the right direction, whereby the roller pushes the movable petal 4 upward, and the brake petal The fixed petal 5 and the movable petal 4 are aligned horizontally. When the right foot is released from the brake petal, the movable petal 5 tilts to the right.
When the shoe 3 steps on the right half 6 of the brake petal to brake (continued from Fig. 3 (2))

In FIG. 3B, when the movable petal 4 of the brake petal is stepped on, the brake lamp (stop lamp) and the relay react to the tip of the arm 7 and the magnet switch 6 is turned on. Then, the piston 8 extends and the movable petal 4 of the brake petal becomes instantaneously horizontal. When the movable petal 4 of the brake petal is released, the piston 8 is instantaneously contracted. Then, the movable petal 4 of the brake petal is lowered by about 30 degrees as shown in FIG.
