Abstract
Description
−ベベル加工された側面のベベル角度が異なる。
−ベベル加工された側面どうしの間の部分は、丸く(図3aを参照)、本質的に、一部若しくは全部の隅を丸くするか、又は丸くしないで、エッジで又はより一般的に折れ線で構成することができる。
−ベベル角度は、10°から80°までの範囲内で選択され、好ましくは約60℃である。
Claims (12)
- 脊椎の外科治療のためのコネクティングロッド用の固定装置であって、プラスチックコネクティングロッド(1)、それぞれが前記ロッド(1)用の開口部(3)を有する複数の骨ネジ(2)、及び締結デバイス(4)を備え、前記プラスチックロッドは少なくとも2つの平面平行表面(35、36)を有し、前記開口部の側壁(39)の間の距離は前記ロッドが前記開口部内でぴったり摺動可能なように接触領域内の前記平面平行表面(35、36)の距離に合わせられていることを特徴とする固定装置。
- 前記側壁(39)と前記ロッド(1)の対応する前面との間に延在する前記開口部(3)の前記底面(44)は、前記ロッド(1)が実質的に遊びのない構成で前記開口部内に挿入可能であるように互いにぴったり嵌合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定装置。
- 前記平面平行表面(1a)に平行に働く、前記締結デバイス(4)の締結作用によって、前記ロッド(1)がその円周全体上で締結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定装置。
- 前記プラスチックロッド(1)は、少なくとも4つの側部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定装置。
- 前記平面平行表面(35、36)のうちの1つの前側エッジによってエッジ上で実質的に画成されている、前記ロッド(1)の前記前面(44)の少なくとも1つの有効ベベル部分(42、43)は、前記ロッドを前記開口部(3)内に挿入する作業がしやすくなるようにベベル加工され、好ましくはそれぞれのベベル部分は前記平面平行表面(35、36)に直交する平面に関して少なくとも10°の角度、好ましくは最大で80°の角度、より好ましくは約60°の角度でベベル加工されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定装置。
- 前記ベベル部分(42、43)は、本質的に、前記平面平行表面(35、36)の間に延在する前記ロッド(1)の前記前面(44)を構成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の固定装置。
- 前記締結作用は、それぞれ前記ロッド(1)における前記開口部(3)内の少なくとも1つの円周方向リッジ切り込み(8、9)の配置構成によって補助されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定装置。
- 前記締結作用は、複数の円周方向リッジ(10a、10b)及び異なる平面内の相補的切り込み(11a、11b)によって補助されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の固定装置。
- 前記締結デバイス(4)は、スペーサー(5)及び締結要素(6)を備え、前記スペーサーは前記開口部(3)の側部に対向していない前記ロッド(1)の後側に相補的な形状の前面を有し、前記締結要素は骨ネジ(2)の頭上に固定されるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定装置。
- 前記締結要素(6)は、エクスターナルナット(7)又はインターナルナット(11)であり、前記スペーサー(5)は別個の部分であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の固定装置。
- 前記締結デバイス(4)は、ワンピースのエクスターナルナット(13)又はインターナルナット(14)であり、一体化スペーサー(5)を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の固定装置。
- 前記プラスチックロッド(1)は、PCU(ポリカーボネートウレタン)で製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定装置。
