Abstract
Description
本願は、同一人に譲渡された米国仮出願第61/221,238号(2009年6月29日出願、名称「Monitoring Cardiovascular Conditions Using Signal Transmit Times」)の利益を主張する。該出願は、その全体が参照により本明細書に引用される。
Claims (29)
- 被験者における心血管症状を監視する方法であって、
該被験者の心臓活動と比例する、または該被験者の心臓活動の関数である中枢信号を測定することと、
該中枢信号に関連する信号と比例する、または該中枢信号に関連する信号の関数である末梢信号を測定することと、
該中枢信号および該末梢信号について、同一の心臓事象を表す信号特徴の間の時間差を算出することと
を含み、
該心血管症状は、該時間差が閾値よりも大きい場合に示される、
方法。 - 被験者における心血管症状を監視する方法であって、
該被験者の心臓活動と比例する、または該被験者の心臓活動の関数である中枢信号を測定することと、
該中枢信号に関連する信号と比例する、または該中枢信号に関連する信号の関数である末梢信号を測定することと、
該中枢信号および該末梢信号について、同一の心臓事象を表す信号特徴の間の時間差を算出することと
を含み、
該心血管症状は、特定された期間にわたって該時間差の有意な統計的変化がある場合に示される、
方法。 - 前記心血管症状は、血管拡張である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記心血管症状は、血管収縮である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記心血管症状は、高拍出性循環の発現を示す、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記心血管症状は、中枢から末梢の圧力または流量の分断である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記閾値は、150ミリ秒以上である、請求項3、5、または6のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記閾値は、100ミリ秒以下である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記統計的に有意な変化は、50ミリ秒以上である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記統計的に有意な変化は、0.4標準偏差以上である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記閾値は、5分以上である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記特定された期間は、5分以上である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記心血管症状は、特定された期間にわたって前記時間差が前記閾値よりも大きい場合に示される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記特定された期間は、5分以上である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記被験者の心臓活動と比例する、または該被験者の心臓活動の関数である、前記中枢信号は、心電図、大動脈圧、大動脈流、超音波、ドップラー、経胸腔バイオインピーダンス、または心音のうちの1つ以上である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の信号に対する末梢等価物と比例する、または前記第1の信号に対する末梢等価物の関数である、前記末梢信号は、末梢圧力、末梢流量、超音波、ドップラー、圧力測定、またはパルス酸素濃度測定である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記中枢信号は、大動脈圧であり、前記末梢信号は、末梢圧力である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記中枢信号は、大動脈流であり、記末梢信号は、末梢流量である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記中枢信号は、心電図信号であり、前記末梢信号は、末梢動脈圧である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記中枢信号と前記末梢信号との間の前記時間差は、継続的に監視される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中枢信号と前記末梢信号との間の前記時間差は、グラフィカルユーザインターフェース上で表示される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中枢信号と前記末梢信号との間の前記時間差は、棒グラフまたは動向グラフとして表示される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記中枢信号と前記末梢信号との間の前記時間差、または経時的な統計的変化は、継続的に監視される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記中枢信号と前記末梢信号との間の前記時間差、または経時的な統計的変化は、グラフィカルユーザインターフェース上で表示される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記中枢信号と前記末梢信号との間の前記時間差、または経時的な統計的変化は、棒グラフまたは動向グラフとして表示される、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記心血管症状が示される場合に、ユーザに警告することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記心血管症状が示される場合に、ユーザに警告することをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ユーザは、グラフィカルユーザインターフェース上で通知を公表することによって警告される、請求項26または27に記載の方法。
