Description
a)260−300℃の反応温度、
b)0.7−1.4Mol/Molのホルムアルデヒドとパラアルデヒドとのモル比、

d)4−20重量%の酢酸濃度、
e)0.4−1.6Mol/kgのパラアルデヒド濃度、
f)連続反応の場合では10−30分および不連続反応の場合では10−90分の滞留時間、および
g)30−130barの反応圧力
というパラメーターを含む本発明に係る方法によって解決される。
反応は、非常に高い程度の混合を行う100リッターのリアクターにおいて連続的に行われる。ポンプを使用して、触媒溶液(水、アンモニアおよび酢酸の混合物)および抽出物(パラアルデヒドおよびホルマリン)が添加される。
Claims (8)
- ホルムアルデヒド、パラアルデヒド、アンモニアおよび酢酸から3−メチル−ピリジンを合成する方法であって、それら化合物は反応させられ、前記方法は、
a)260−300℃の反応温度、
b)0.7−1.4Mol/Molのホルムアルデヒドとパラアルデヒドとのモル比、
c)10−20重量%のアンモニア濃度、
d)4−20重量%の酢酸濃度、
e)0.4−1.6Mol/kgのパラアルデヒド濃度、
f)連続反応の場合では10−30分および不連続反応の場合では10−90分の滞留時間、および
g)30−130barの反応圧力
というパラメーターを含む方法。 - 前記方法は高効率の混合を行うリアクターシステムにて行われる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記リアクターシステムは連続または不連続流通撹拌容器である請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記リアクターシステムはループリアクターである請求項2に記載の方法。
- 副産物は触媒の再循環のプロセスにおいて除去される請求項1から4の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 前記副産物は精留または抽出によって除去される請求項5に記載の方法。
- 3−メチルピリジンの空間/時間収率は50kg/m3*hを超える、好ましくは80kg/m3*hを超える、最も好ましくは100kg/m3*hを超える請求項1から6の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 前記3−メチルピリジンの収率は(ホルムアルデヒドに基づいて)少なくとも64%であり、前記3−エチルピリジンの収率は(パラアルデヒドに基づいて)最大で4%である請求項1から7の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
