Description
Claims (20)
- ガス流から汚染物質を除去するための洗浄装置であって、
a)天井と、底部と、ガス入口と、ガス出口と、上端部の洗浄液入口と、底部の洗浄液出口とを有するタンクと、
b)前記洗浄液出口の上方かつ前記ガス出口の下方で、前記タンクの4つの壁の間に水平に広がるサブマージ・ヘッドであって、複数の狭いスロットがその全体に渡って設けられた板と、前記タンクの壁から奥まった位置にあって前記板の下方に延びる4つのつながった中実の垂直壁であって、これにより開口端をもつ箱形を前記板の下で形成している垂直壁と、前記タンクの壁と該サブマージ・ヘッドの垂直壁との間で前記板の各辺に沿った洗浄液用開口の列とを有するサブマージ・ヘッドと、
c)前記タンクの4つの壁の間に水平に広がる第1のバッフルであって、前記サブマージ・ヘッドの上方かつ前記ガス出口の下方に配置されている第1のバッフルと、
d)前記タンクの上端部から洗浄液を噴霧するための1つまたは複数の噴霧手段と、を備える、洗浄装置。 - a)前記第1のバッフルの上方かつ前記ガス出口の下方で、前記タンクの4つの壁の間に水平に広がる第1のフラッド・ヘッドであって、複数の狭いスロットがその全体に渡って設けられた板を有する第1のフラッド・ヘッドと、
b)前記タンクの4つの壁の間に水平に広がる第2のバッフルであって、前記第1のフラッド・ヘッドの上方かつ前記ガス出口の下方に配置されている第2のバッフルと、をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の洗浄装置。 - a)前記第2のバッフルの上方かつ前記ガス出口の下方で、前記タンクの4つの壁の間に水平に広がる第2のフラッド・ヘッドと、
b)前記タンクの4つの壁の間に水平に広がる第3のバッフルであって、前記第2のフラッド・ヘッドの上方かつ前記ガス出口の下方に配置されている第3のバッフルと、をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の洗浄装置。 - 前記ガス入口は前記タンクの上端部に配置されており、ガスはガス取込ダクトにより前記サブマージ・ヘッドの下方の位置まで導かれる、請求項1または2または3に記載の洗浄装置。
- 前記ガス入口は前記タンクの側部に配置されており、ガスはガス取込ダクトにより前記サブマージ・ヘッドの下方の位置まで導かれる、請求項1または2または3に記載の洗浄装置。
- 前記ガス入口は、前記タンクの前記サブマージ・ヘッドの下方に配置されている、請求項1または2または3に記載の洗浄装置。
- 前記タンクの1つまたは複数の壁に点検口をさらに備える、請求項1または2または3に記載の洗浄装置。
- 前記タンクにつながる中空の垂直柱を形成する4つの垂直壁を有するミスト除去器であって、該ミスト除去器の前記4つの壁の間に広がる吸収性メッシュを有するミスト除去器をさらに備える、請求項1または2または3に記載の洗浄装置。
- 前記タンクの1つまたは複数の壁に点検口をさらに備える、請求項1または2または3に記載の洗浄装置。
- 前記フラッド・ヘッドは、このフラッド・ヘッドの前記板を貫通して配置されるオーバフロー管をさらに有している、請求項1または2または3に記載の洗浄装置。
- 前記噴霧手段は、前記タンクの前記天井付近に位置する1つまたは複数の噴霧ノズルを有している、請求項1または2または3に記載の洗浄装置。
- 前記サブマージ・ヘッドの前記スロットは、垂直方向から、20度から40度の角度に切り込まれている、請求項1または2または3に記載の洗浄装置。
- 前記フラッド・ヘッドの前記スロットは、垂直方向から、20度から40度の角度に切り込まれている、請求項2または3に記載の洗浄装置。
- 前記噴霧手段は、前記タンクの前記天井付近に位置する1つまたは複数の噴霧ノズルを有している、請求項1または2または3に記載の洗浄装置。
- 前記サブマージ・ヘッドの前記スロットの大きさは、前記サブマージ・ヘッドの上方の洗浄液のレベルが選択された高さを超えない限り、前記サブマージ・ヘッドの下にガスがあるときに該スロットを通した洗浄液の通り抜けが阻止されるように選択される、請求項1または2または3に記載の洗浄装置。
- 前記フラッド・ヘッドの前記スロットの大きさは、前記フラッド・ヘッドの上方の洗浄液のレベルが選択された高さを超えない限り、前記フラッド・ヘッドの下にガスがあるときに該スロットを通した洗浄液の通り抜けが阻止されるように選択される、請求項1または2または3に記載の洗浄装置。
- ガス流から汚染物質を除去するための、請求項1ないし16のいずれか1つに記載の装置を用いた方法。
- ガス流から汚染物質を除去する方法であって、
a)請求項1ないし16のいずれか1つに記載の装置の中に、洗浄液を望ましい液位まで導入することと、
b)汚染された処理ガスを、従来技術によるガス調整器を使用して冷却することと、
c)請求項1ないし14のいずれか1つに記載の装置の中に、前記サブマージ・ヘッドより下の位置で、前記冷却された汚染ガスを導入することと、
d)汚染物質を前記ガスから洗浄液に移すため、前記ガスが上方に向かって、前記サブマージ・ヘッド、フラッド・ヘッド、および1つまたは複数のバッフルを通り抜けることを可能にすることと、
e)汚染物質をさらに除去すると共に前記ガスの流速を遅くするため、出ていこうとする前記ガスに対して噴霧することと、
f)出ていこうとする前記ガスが、前記洗浄装置から出ていくことを可能にすることと、
g)望ましい洗浄液位を維持するため、洗浄液を前記タンクの底部から排出することと、
h)排出された洗浄液を、前記洗浄装置において再利用するために浄化することと、を含む方法。 - 請求項1ないし16のいずれか1つに記載の洗浄装置を1つまたは複数備える、汚染されたガス流を処理するための設備装置。
- 亜酸化窒素、一酸化窒素、二酸化炭素、二酸化硫黄を含む汚染物質のグループから選択される1つまたは複数の汚染物質をガス流から除去するための、請求項1ないし16のいずれか1つに記載の装置を用いた方法。
