- 粒状媒体をカラム内に供給するとともに、エンドユニット(212)及び第1のフィルター(204)を通して前記カラムの封入された吸着床スペース(209)に入る媒体入口(219)を備える、クロマトグラフィーカラムに使用されるフィルターホルダーであって、前記フィルターホルダーが、
前記封入された吸着床スペース(209)に面する前記フィルター(204)の面において前記フィルター(204)に隣接して設けられるように適合されたフィルター締付け部品(356)であって、本質的に前記媒体入口を受け入れる中央穴を有するプレートの形態である、前記フィルター(204)に面するフィルター締付け部品(356)と、
前記フィルターホルダーと前記フィルター(204)との間での前記吸着床スペース(209)からの粒状媒体の漏れを防ぐため、前記フィルター締付け部品(356)を前記フィルター(204)に対して締め付けるように適合された締付け手段(354)とを備え、
前記フィルター締付け部品(356)が、前記フィルター締付け部品(356)を通して前記フィルター締付け部品(356)の前記フィルター(204)に面する面から前記フィルター締付け部品(356)の前記吸着床スペース(209)に面する面への流体接続を提供する、1つ以上のチャネル(338)を備えることを特徴とする、フィルターホルダー。 - 前記チャネル(338)が、前記吸着床スペース(209)に面する第2のチャネル開口部(401b)が前記フィルター(204)に面する第1のチャネル開口部(401a)よりも前記フィルター締付け部品(356)の中心に近くなるように傾けられ、前記第1のチャネル開口部(401a)が前記第2のチャネル開口部(401b)と流体接続している、請求項1記載のフィルターホルダー。
- 前記チャネル(338)の数が3つ以上である、請求項1又は請求項2記載のフィルターホルダー。
- 前記締付け手段(354)が前記媒体入口(219)の一部を取り囲むように適合されたねじ山付きシリンダである、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のフィルターホルダー。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のフィルターホルダーを備えるクロマトグラフィーカラム。
