Abstract
Description
(a)H2SをSO2に酸化するためにH2SおよびCO2を含む酸性ガス流を焼成炉に通し、SO2およびCO2を含む焼成炉煙道ガス流を提供するステップ;
(b)煙道ガス流中のSO2からH2SO4を生成するために焼成炉煙道ガス流を硫酸単位装置に通し、水性硫酸流およびCO2を含む硫酸単位装置オフガス流を提供するステップ;および
(c)NH3、H2SおよびCO2を含む第1のオフガス流からNH3を分離するために、水性硫酸流の少なくとも一部をアンモニアスクラバーに通し、H2SおよびCO2を含むスクラバーオフガス流、および水性硫酸アンモニウム流を提供するステップを少なくとも含む、H2SおよびCO2を含む酸性ガス流を処理し、水性硫酸アンモニウム流を提供する方法を提供する。
−H2SおよびCO2を含む酸性ガス流中のH2SをSO2に酸化し、酸性ガス流のための第1の入口、およびSO2およびCO2を含む焼成炉煙道ガス流のための第1の出口を有する焼成炉;
−焼成炉煙道ガス流中のSO2からH2SO4を生成し、焼成炉の第1の出口に接続された焼成炉煙道ガス流のための第1の入口、水性硫酸流のための第1の出口、およびCO2を含む硫酸単位装置オフガス流のための第2の出口を有する硫酸単位装置;
−NH3、H2SおよびCO2を含む第1のオフガス流からNH3を分離し、H2SおよびCO2を含むスクラバーオフガス流、および水性硫酸アンモニウム流を提供し、第1オフガス流のための第1の入口、硫酸単位装置の第1出口に接続された水性硫酸流のための第2の入口、スクラバーオフガス流のための第1の出口および水性硫酸アンモニウム流のための第2の出口を有するアンモニアスクラバーを少なくとも備える、H2SおよびCO2を含む酸性ガス流を処理し、水性硫酸アンモニウム流を提供する装置
を提供する。
(A)HCNの加水分解:HCN+H2O→NH3+CO
(B)COSの加水分解:COS+H2O→H2S+CO2
(C)CS2の加水分解:CS2+2H2O→2H2S+CO2
Claims (8)
- a)H2SをSO2に酸化するためにH2SおよびCO2を含む酸性ガス流(820)を焼成炉(850)に通し、SO2およびCO2を含む焼成炉煙道ガス流(860)を提供するステップ;
(b)煙道ガス流(860)中のSO2からH2SO4を生成するために焼成炉煙道ガス流(860)を硫酸単位装置(900)に通し、水性硫酸流(910)およびCO2を含む硫酸単位装置オフガス流(920)を提供するステップ;および
(c)NH3、H2SおよびCO2を含む、第1のオフガス流(120)からNH3を分離するために水性硫酸流(910)の少なくとも一部をアンモニアスクラバー(150)に通し、H2SおよびCO2を含むスクラバーオフガス流(180)、および水性硫酸アンモニウム流(190)を提供するステップ
を少なくとも含む、H2SおよびCO2を含む酸性ガス流(820)を処理し、水性硫酸アンモニウム流(190)を提供する方法。 - (d)スクラバーオフガス流(180)を焼成炉(850)に通すステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (i)微粒子固体、HCN、NH3、H2S、CO2、ならびに場合によって、COSおよびCS2の一方または両方を含むスラリーブリード流(720)を提供するステップ;
(ii)スラリーブリード流から微粒子固体を分離するためにスラリーブリード流(720)を酸性スラリーストリッパー(50)に通し、HCN、NH3、H2S、CO2、ならびに場合によって、COSおよびCS2の一方または両方を含むスラリーストリッパーオフガス流(60)、および微粒子固体を含むストリップ済みスラリー流(70)を提供するステップ;および
(iii)HCNならびに場合によってCOSおよびCS2の一方または両方を加水分解するためにスラリーストリッパーオフガス流(60)を低圧加水分解ゾーン(100)に通し、NH3、H2SおよびCO2を含む加水分解オフガス流(110)として第1のオフガス流(120)を提供するステップ
を含むさらなるステップによって第1のオフガス流(110)の少なくとも一部が提供される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。 - (iv)H2O、NH3、CO2およびH2Sを含む、凝縮水流(770)を提供するステップ;および
(v)凝縮水流(770)を酸性水ストリッパー(200)に通し、NH3、H2SおよびCO2を含む酸性水ストリッパーオフガス流(210)として第1オフガス流(120)を、および酸性水ストリッパー水流(220)を提供するステップ
を含むさらなるステップによって第1のオフガス流(110)の少なくとも一部が提供される、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - −CO、H2、HCN、NH3、H2S、CO2ならびに場合によってCOSおよびCS2の一方または両方を含む未加工シンガス流(710)を提供するステップ;
−HCNならびに場合によってCOSおよびCS2の一方または両方を加水分解するために未加工シンガス流(710)を高圧加水分解ゾーン(750)に通し、CO、H2、NH3、H2SおよびCO2を含む加水分解シンガス流(760)、およびNH3、CO2およびH2Sを含む凝縮水流(770)を提供するステップ;
−加水分解シンガス流(760)からH2SおよびCO2を分離するために加水分解シンガス流(760)を酸性ガス除去単位装置(800)に通し、CO、CO2およびH2を含む処理済みシンガス流(810)、および酸性ガス流(820)を提供するステップ
を含むさらなるステップによって酸性ガス流(820)が提供される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - −CO、H2、微粒子固体、H2O、HCN、NH3、H2Sならびに場合によってCOSおよびCS2の一方または両方を含む含湿固形分シンガス流(660)を提供するステップ;および
−含湿固形分シンガス流(660)から微粒子固体を分離するために含湿固形分シンガス流を湿式洗浄カラム(700)に通し、未加工シンガス流(710)、ならびに微粒子固体、HCN、NH3、H2S、CO2、ならびに場合によってCOSおよびCS2の一方または両方を含むスラリーブリード流(720)を提供するステップ
を含むさらなるステップによって未加工シンガス流(710)が提供される、請求項5に記載の方法。 - −ガス化ゾーン(600a)内で炭化水素原料(560)をガス化し、CO、H2、微粒子固体、HCN、NH3、H2S、CO2、ならびに場合によってCOSおよびCS2の一方または両方を含む高温シンガス流を提供するステップ;
−冷却ゾーン(600b)内で高温シンガス流を冷却し、冷却シンガス流(610)を提供するステップ;および
−乾燥固形分除去単位装置(650)内で冷却シンガス流(610)から乾燥固形分を分離し、フライアッシュ(670)および含湿固形分シンガス流(660)を提供するステップ
を含むさらなるステップによって含湿固形分シンガス流(660)が提供される、請求項6に記載の方法。 - −H2SおよびCO2を含む酸性ガス流(820)中のH2SをSO2に酸化し、酸性ガス流(820)のための第1の入口(848)、およびSO2およびCO2を含む焼成炉煙道ガス流(860)のための第1の出口(851)を有する焼成炉(850);
−焼成炉煙道ガス流(860)中のSO2からH2SO4を生成し、焼成炉(850)の第1の出口(851)に接続された焼成炉煙道ガス流(860)のための第1の入口(898)、水性硫酸流(910)のための第1の出口(901)、およびCO2を含む硫酸単位装置オフガス流(920)のための第2の出口(902)を有する硫酸単位装置(900);
−NH3、H2SおよびCO2を含む、第1のオフガス流(120)からNH3を分離し、H2SおよびCO2を含むスクラバーオフガス流(180)、および水性硫酸アンモニウム流(190)を提供し、第1のオフガス流(120)のための第1の入口(148)、硫酸単位装置(901)の第1の出口(901)に接続された水性硫酸流(910)のための第2の入口(149)、スクラバーオフガス流(180)のための第1の出口(151)および水性硫酸アンモニウム流(190)のための第2の出口(152)を有するアンモニアスクラバー(150)
