Claims (8)
- ロータの回転軸の周りに環状表面部分を備え、流体通路(31)が前記表面部分を通して配置されるロータ要素(3)であって、前記通路(31)を閉鎖するための手段を備え、前記手段が、
ロータの回転速度に応じて変形され、かつロータの回転速度に応じて流体流量を調整するように配置されることができる閉鎖要素(4)であり、取付け部(41)、テーパ形状の変形可能な本体(42)、および、閉鎖部分(43)を備える環状形状をした閉鎖要素(4)と、
前記閉鎖手段を形成するために前記閉鎖要素(4)と相互に作用する自由端縁(62)を備える環状シュラウド(6)であり、環状シュラウド(6)の自由端縁(62)は閉鎖要素(4)の閉鎖部分(43)と共に、流体通路(31)を閉鎖するダイアフラムを形成する環状シュラウド(6)とを備えることを特徴とする、ロータ要素。 - 閉鎖部分(43)が円筒形状であり、シュラウド(6)の前記自由端縁(62)が、リップ(62)の形であり、ダイアフラムが、円筒状閉鎖部分(43)とリップ(62)との間に配置される開口(e)によって画定される、請求項1に記載のロータ要素。
- 閉鎖要素(4)が、形状記憶合金で作られている、請求項2に記載のロータ要素。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のロータ要素(3)を備える、タービンエンジン。
- タービンディスクおよびシールディスク(3)を有するタービンロータ(5)を備え、シールディスク(3)が、タービンディスクを冷却するための流体用の少なくとも1つの通路(31)を備え、タービンディスクを冷却するための流体用の前記閉鎖手段と共に前記ロータ要素を形成する、請求項4に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 閉鎖手段が、全速と呼ばれるタービンロータの第1の回転速度(Vto)において、決定された開口(e2)の流体通路を形成する、請求項5に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 閉鎖手段が、第1の速度(Vto)よりも小さい巡航速度と呼ばれるタービンロータの第2の回転速度(Vc)において、最小開口(e1)の流体通路を形成する、請求項6に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 閉鎖手段が、タービンロータの回転速度がゼロの状態において、最大開口の流体通路を形成する、請求項7に記載のタービンエンジン。
