- 前記疎水性の膜フィルタ(140)および前記親水性の膜フィルタ(150)は、前記流れの方向において、錐体のテーパに形成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載のポンプ。
- 前記疎水性および前記親水性の膜フィルタ(140,150)のいくつかの向かい合って配置されたセクションは、前記媒体(220)から下流に、疎水性および親水性のセクション(140,150)が互い違いになるように、前記媒体(220)から下流に構成される、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載のポンプ。
- 下流方向において、前記疎水性のおよび前記親水性の膜フィルタ(140,150)は、終端壁(310)によって互いに隔てられ、気泡(210)のためのビルドアップ空間が前記終端壁(310)で形成されないように、前記終端壁(310)が構成される、請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに記載のポンプ。
- 前記親水性の膜フィルタ(150)および前記疎水性の膜フィルタ(140)が共通の膜基材を含み、前記親水性の膜フィルタ(150)および前記疎水性の膜フィルタ(140)は前記膜基材の異なる表層コーティングを有する、請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれかに記載のポンプ。
- 前記疎水性の膜フィルタ(140)の要素は、ポンプ輸送される媒体に対して100°より大きい接触角を有し、前記親水性の膜フィルタ(150)の要素は、ポンプ輸送される媒体に対して80°未満の接触角を有する、請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれかに記載のポンプ。
