Abstract
Description
人口の増加および高齢化の双方に伴って、加齢に付随する疾病が世界的な割合(pandemic proportion)に達すると考えられる。これは単純に、より高齢の人はより長い期間に渡って潜在的なリスクにさらされているからである。例えば、2020年までに、加齢性の心血管疾患のみで、世界中の全ての死因の約25〜30%になると考えられる。現在、加齢性疾患の治療は、主として観察された臨床症状、リスク要因および関連性のある有害イベントの二次的管理に向けられている。リスク要因は、根底にある生理学的摂動の結果であると考えられることが多いが、これらのリスク要因自体は、それらに起因する疾患の発現の主たる原因ではない。リスク要因は、原因ではなく結果になぞらえられることがより多くなってきている。
Claims (7)
- ポイント・オブ・ケアエナクティブ医療システムであって、
第1の人に関する医療データを得る取得装置であって、前記取得装置は、前記第1の人に看護を施す第2の人によって操作される取得装置と、
前記第2の人が前記取得装置を操作するためのエナクティブインターフェイスと、
プロセッサおよびメモリを含むコンピュータであって、前記コンピュータは、前記取得装置によって生成された前記医療データを受け取り、記憶し、かつ処理し、前記メモリには、複数の特徴集合を有する知識ベースが記憶され、前記特徴集合のそれぞれは2つ以上の特徴を有するコンピュータと、
前記医療データを変換データに変換し、前記知識ベースから1つ以上の前記特徴集合の少なくとも1つの特徴を選択して前記変換データの少なくとも1つと関連付け、前記変換データに関連付けられた前記特徴を有する1つ以上の前記特徴集合によって表される1つ以上の生理学的状態の知識を生成するプロセスを、前記医療データおよび前記知識ベースにアクセスして、前記プロセッサ内で実行する遠心コンポーネントと、
前記取得装置をさらに操作させるために、前記プロセッサ内で動作して前記第2の人に前記1つ以上の生理学的状態に関する前記知識を伝達する求心コンポーネントとを備えるポイント・オブ・ケアエナクティブ医療システム。 - 前記変換データに関連付けられた前記特徴を別の生理学的状態と関連付ける学習コンポーネントをさらに備え、
前記変換データに関連付けられた前記特徴を有する別の特徴集合によって表される前記別の生理学的状態の別の知識が生成され、
前記別の知識が前記メモリに記憶された前記知識ベースに追加される請求項1に記載のポイント・オブ・ケアエナクティブ医療システム。 - 前記プロセスはアルゴリズムを含む請求項1に記載のポイント・オブ・ケアエナクティブ医療システム。
- 実行可能なプログラムが記憶された非一時的なコンピュータ可読記憶媒体であって、
前記プログラムは、第2の人に操作される取得装置を用いて得られた第1の人の医療データを評価し、
前記媒体はコンピュータメモリに装填可能であり、
前記プログラムは、コンピュータプロセッサに一連のステップを実行するように命令し、
前記メモリには、特徴集合を有する知識ベースおよび前記第1の人の前記医療データが記憶され、
前記プログラムの制御下にある前記コンピュータプロセッサは、前記第2の人が前記取得装置を操作できるようにするためのエナクティブインターフェイスに命令を出し、
前記一連のステップは、
前記医療データを変換データに変換すること、前記知識ベースから得られた前記特徴集合の特徴を選択して前記変換データの少なくとも1つと関連付けること、および前記変換データに関連付けられた前記特徴を有する1つ以上の前記特徴集合によって表される1つ以上の生理学的状態の知識を生成することを含むプロセスを、前記メモリから前記医療データおよび前記知識ベースにアクセスして、前記コンピュータプロセッサ内で実行する遠心コンポーネントステップと、
前記コンピュータプロセッサ内で動作して、前記取得装置の操作に関して、前記第2の人に向けて前記エナクティブインターフェイスに前記1つ以上の生理学的状態の前記生成された知識を伝達する求心コンポーネントステップとを含む非一時的なコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。 - 前記一連のステップは、
前記コンピュータプロセッサ内で動作する学習コンポーネントステップをさらに含み、
前記学習コンポーネントステップは、
前記変換データに関連付けられた前記特徴を別の生理学的状態と関連付けること、
前記変換データに関連付けられた前記特徴を有する別の特徴集合によって表される前記別の生理学的状態の別の知識を生成すること、および
前記別の知識を前記メモリに記憶された前記知識ベースに追加することを含む請求項4に記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。 - 第1の人の1つ以上の生理学状態に関する知識を得る方法であって、前記方法は、
第2の人が取得装置を操作する工程と、
前記取得装置から前記第1の人の医療データを得る工程と、
前記取得装置からの前記医療データをコンピュータに入力する工程と、
前記コンピュータが前記医療データを受け取り、記憶し、かつ処理する工程であって、前記コンピュータはプロセッサおよびメモリを有する工程と、
前記メモリ内の特徴集合を有する知識ベースにアクセスする工程と、
前記プロセッサに搭載されたプログラムを実行する工程であって、
前記プログラムは、前記メモリ内の前記医療データおよび前記知識ベースにアクセスして、前記プロセッサ内でプロセスを実行して前記医療データを変換データに変換する遠心コンポーネントを含み、前記プロセスは、前記知識ベースから得られた1つ以上の前記特徴集合の特徴を選択して、前記変換データの少なくとも1つと関連付けること、および前記知識ベースをさらに用いて前記変換データに関連付けられた前記特徴を有する1つ以上の前記特徴集合によって表される1つ以上の生理学的状態の知識を生成することを含み、
前記プログラムは、前記取得装置が前記第2の人にさらに操作されるようにするために、前記プロセッサ内で動作して前記エナクティブインターフェイスに前記1つ以上の生理学的状態の前記知識を伝達する求心コンポーネントをさらに含む工程と、
前記第2の人が前記取得装置をさらに操作する工程と、
前記取得装置から前記第1の人のさらなる医療データを得る工程とを含む方法。 - 前記プログラムは、
前記コンピュータプロセッサ内で動作して、前記変換データに関連付けられた前記特徴を別の生理学的状態と関連付け、前記変換データに関連付けられた前記特徴を有する別の特徴集合によって表される前記別の生理学的状態の別の知識を生成し、前記別の知識を前記メモリに記憶された前記知識ベースに追加する学習コンポーネントをさらに含む請求項6に記載の方法。
